the AC had a high pitch ringing and it barely cooled the room off. the whole area when parking and even the hallways smelled of weed. we came with our kid, and he couldn’t even watch tv. we went to the desk about this, and the lady said their was a connection issue and couldn’t help. we tried to use the pool, but it looked green. then it became overrun with kids. the hot tub did not work. we are so dissatisfied with this hotel. we will not come back.

The AC took a very very long time to cool the room. We could not sleep in a hot room. We wanted to use the pull out bed but had no linens- what we thought were linens were actually just 25 pillowcases. So he was unable to sleep on the pullout and just had to make do with sleeping on top of the couch. We were unable to use the pool because it was extremely dirty. There were floating Cheerios inside the pool. I guess we missed a party that we were unaware of we like this hotel because of the location and we can’t tell that they have updated some of the features in the rooms, it was not necessarily a dirty facility just aspects of it. The staff was very friendly, but there was no one manning the coffee bar for breakfast so we did not get a coffee on the way out little things like that all in all for the price. I guess it was fine except the AC.
