The rooms where not well kept and cleaning staff was none

Not clean, access to hotel through unlocked doors anyone could just walk in, no security cameras, every excuse I got was we’re under new management. I’ve never had a problem staying at a residence inn before but I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was told we could use the sister hotel’s hot tub and pool. Hot tub was half full and was advised it didn’t warm up. It is outdated and dirty looking. Door to the room, you had to hold down the handle to shut. All around a fail.

great all around i will use it again

The room, upon entering, was 59° and felt frigid. Had to turn the heat on. The curtains were in disrepair — shredding sheers and blackout drapes. The bathroom sink was clogged. No lotion. One place setting of utensils. Breakfast had spoons only. No eggs or oatmeal or waffles available. Grits were thick. Egg omelets came out later.
