When we arrived the man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We went to our room and found the room had not been cleaned. The cleaning and vacuuming was done by us. (the front desk said they needed a 2 day advance notice if something needed to be done). On day 2 we had not been given any clean towels, so again went to the front desk and were advised they were all in the washer and would not be ready for several hours. We finally got them at 8pm. Our key cards had been disabled so we had to go let them know we had one more night with them. The phone in the room was out so we couldn't call the desk to let them know if we needed something. The ice machine was not working, so again had to go to the desk. The last time we went, we were told they were out of ice. This place is obviously not well run. It's in a great location so it's a shame that they have so many problems.

There were only 2 towels no hand towels no wash clothes no cups the sheets and covers were stained the staff wasn’t very kind and they woke us up by banging on the door an hour and a half before check out! Then they came back 15 mins before check out to bang on the door again!! Worst experience of my life and it’s my damn birthday I should have been able to relax! The room is absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website at all and parking was Ridiculous!!

No working ice machine on property, but night manager provided me an ice bucket's worth when we arrived and again early the next morning. Some lights did not work. Patching job around the tub was not good. A large section of the back wall of the tub/shower had light coming through from the other side (basically it glowed in the dark). Breakfast was minimal. Could make fresh waffles with syrup (no sugar-free option) and toast with margarine/jelly/jam (no sugar-free option), bananas, and coffee. No milk, juice, or water (except from a room-temperature water fountain that barely came out enough t get the edge of the cup under) options. No cereal, yogurt, pastries, etc.

The water from the shower wouldn't drain, dryer broken, cigarette holes in spread and blanket. Lightning poor. 1/2 of toliet paper on roll, had to get more, ice machine broken so therefore no ice bucket. Breakfast was ridiculous. Only coffee, waffles, old bananas, sliced bread. When i went to put bread in toaster, has 2 small roaches crawling around. We stay here about 2 years ago and wasn't this bad. Never again.

Bath tub/shower & hot tub nasty we would not get in either one, microwave & refrigerator or the TV would not work. toilet hard to flush and the set ring was broken the lavatory sink was cracked three different ways. Had to go up to the check-in desk for coffee cups and coffer for us to us the coffee maker in the room. No blankets and the pillows was to small and no extras ones available. No ice maker on the premises. Light bulbs out. No maintenance personal on the property. The room smelled like mildew. Women walking the parking lots, like they where street workers. We paid more money for a better property and it was the worst room/property we had to stay at. We have had to travel to Baton Rough LA. 8 times in the last 5 months and this was the highest price and absolute worst. And no compensation was given ! But the phone in the room worked to call the front desk. Oh yea the AC worked.

We would've spent two nights here except we had prepaid. Won't be back either. Avoid this place where there was no security and gangs openly roaned. Our room smelled of pot and cigarette smoke. The rooms are provided two small pillows, and don't bother to ask the office for more, there are any. No service of any kind, sparch breakfast, i didn't even bother. (24 food stops are nearby.)

First thing is they take pets but sign said $25 but front desk girl said $20 deposit. We'll see if I get my money back. The pool is gone but had a somewhat fenced in area for my dog which was nice. The room smelled like rotten feet and when I was brushing my teeth I noticed a lot of black mold under the rim of the sink... Oh and how could I forget the room was huge with a couch, coffee table and a desk but more than half the lights either didn't have bulbs or just didn't work.. I was way too tired to deal with the problem.

Hi guys, I’m sure you already knew what was wrong with the room before I got in there, given how eager your staff were to enter my room with master keys WHILE I WAS STILL MOVING OUT. On the plus side: I did have my own extra pillow and earplugs available to get a peaceful night’s sleep on the noisy interstate side of the motel. The room was spacious for me alone and pretty clean as one could expect. I easily rinsed off the A/C filter which was not too dirty. The biggest inconvenience, as you know, was that the sink faucet was completely detached from the counter and had to be held in place to operate the handle. The fridge was almost half ice, so I turned it completely off to defrost it at checkout. Sorry to the next resident who will get a huge puddle of water when they open it. I had to use the fridge since the hotel provides no ice otherwise. Nor do they provide breakfast (in spite of “breakfast included” advertised). I don’t count a waffle maker with nothing to put on it as even toast. Don’t get me started on the mystery orange liquid stuff in a pitcher. The bedside was missing a lightbulb and the shower head is loose in spite of hand tightening and spraying all over.

The room had a bad odor, it was dirty with dust on the furniture and the carpet looked disgusting. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub. I even found a live big roach that slep in the room with our family, which I found in the morning. Breakfast was the worst ever, only pancakes, bananas and American coffee. I asked for brea and it was then that it was brought out with some butter. I don’t recommend it at all!

1. I had a reservation for jacuzzi suite. 173 bucks. I arrived, desk clerk tried to give me simple one bedroom no jacuzzi room. 2. I went back to office he gave me a different key. Key did not work in the new room. I went back to the office. Clerk opened new room with a key and said battery was dead. Room was filthy. Room looked nothing like the online picture. Room faced the hiway and would have been so noisy as to be impossible to sleep. Jacuzzi tub was filthy. Drain was rusted. Two dead bugs in it. 3. Went back to office. I was too tired to and it was too late to get another hotel so I took the single bed non jacuzzi room. It was filthy. I used a whole can of disinfectant on it to try and make it livable. Rug was filthy and left th bottom of my feet black! Ceiling had numerous brown spots that probably was water damage or mode residue. I took a brief nap as I was exhausted but then just left. I couldn't breath the air got so bad. Hotel should be condemned and I am sure would fail any reasonable health inspection. I expect a full refund

This was such a horrible experience and such a waste of mone. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the towels smelled like mildew, the shower was clogged. The sheets even had burn holes from people smoking even tho smoking wasnt allowed. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was terrible. It was disgusting. The walls were stained, the bed spreads and the couch had cigarette burns all over them even though our room was non-smoking. The faucet was moving all over the place. The shampoo/body wash was already open so apparently it was used. The carpet was stained and disgusting. There were cigarette butts and beer bottles near the walk ways and on the stairs. I would never stay at this place again.

The room is old and run down. I have stayed years years ago and I had a better experience. The rooms are not cleaned. The toilet had urine stains on it. The carpet had wet spots near the bathroon area. The microwave was not cleaned and it didn't have a iron and the hair dryer had been wiped down, it was very dirty. The room didn't have a fire alarm which was very concerning to me because that's breaking fire codes. I think the owners of these places should take into account that people are paying for comfort and cleanliness. No ones wants to stay in nastiness and discomfort. A clean bathroom is a necessity. I will never stay here again or any other Super 8 anywhere for that matter.

Room 205 as soon as you walk in there’s a smashed roach on the wall! There was also a roach in the bathroom, a live one, and the knob above the water in the tub is broken so water pressure was minimal, carpet is dirty….

Room faced the hiway and would have been so noisy as to be impossible to sleep. Jacuzzi tub was filthy. Drain was rusted. Two dead bugs in it. 3. Went back to office. I was too tired to and it was too late to get another hotel so I took the single bed non jacuzzi room. It was filthy. I used a whole can of disinfectant on it to try and make it livable. Rug was filthy and left th bottom of my feet black! Ceiling had numerous brown spots that probably was water damage or mode residue. I took a brief nap as I was exhausted but then just left. I couldn't breath the air got so bad. Hotel should be condemned and I am sure would fail any reasonable health inspection. I expect a full refund

Hi guys, I’m sure you already knew what was wrong with the room before I got in there, given how eager your staff were to enter my room with master keys WHILE I WAS STILL MOVING OUT. On the plus side: I did have my own extra pillow and earplugs available to get a peaceful night’s sleep on the noisy interstate side of the motel. The room was spacious for me alone and pretty clean as one could expect. I easily rinsed off the A/C filter which was not too dirty. The biggest inconvenience, as you know, was that the sink faucet was completely detached from the counter and had to be held in place to operate the handle. The fridge was almost half ice, so I turned it completely off to defrost it at checkout. Sorry to the next resident who will get a huge puddle of water when they open it. I had to use the fridge since the hotel provides no ice otherwise. Nor do they provide breakfast (in spite of “breakfast included” advertised). I don’t count a waffle maker with nothing to put on it as even toast. Don’t get me started on the mystery orange liquid stuff in a pitcher. The bedside was missing a lightbulb and the shower head is loose in spite of hand tightening and spraying all over.

Broken tub, sink, sink faucet, door, unsafe tampered door lock, and disgusting room. Asked housekeeper about our rooms condition and she said it was one of the 2 best rooms available. Room was not what was advertised. Would not stay here again, even if it were free. Will never be back.

When we arrived the man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We went to our room and found the room had not been cleaned. The cleaning and vacuuming was done by us. (the front desk said they needed a 2 day advance notice if something needed to be done). On day 2 we had not been given any clean towels, so again went to the front desk and were advised they were all in the washer and would not be ready for several hours. We finally got them at 8pm. Our key cards had been disabled so we had to go let them know we had one more night with them. The phone in the room was out so we couldn't call the desk to let them know if we needed something. The ice machine was not working, so again had to go to the desk. The last time we went, we were told they were out of ice. This place is obviously not well run. It's in a great location so it's a shame that they have so many problems.

There were only 2 towels no hand towels no wash clothes no cups the sheets and covers were stained the staff wasn’t very kind and they woke us up by banging on the door an hour and a half before check out! Then they came back 15 mins before check out to bang on the door again!! Worst experience of my life and it’s my damn birthday I should have been able to relax! The room is absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website at all and parking was Ridiculous!!

I have been staying at this location for a couple of months now. The desk attendant is always friendly and helpful. My rooms are always clean, and i haven't had an unpleasant stay. I plan to continue using this hotel.

I was greeted by a man sleeping in the lobby. I woke him up. Unfortunately the room given to me wS smelling like someone just smoked weed and left. I had to go back again to the reception and requested the staff to change my room. (which they took care then and there) not coming back ever abd wont recommend to anyone with family.

Did not have our room serviced once the whole five days we were there. Other tenants were really loud as well. Our key wasn’t working properly, overall I’d not stay there again even though it was decently priced.

Staff and owner Are very rude and biased. Hotel is in horrible condition. To say it is a roach motel is a complete over statement! Owner/ management Make up their policies and procedures as they go. There is no Wyndham compliances involved with this hotel at all in my honest opinion it is a waste of space and should be demolished. There are drugs and Prostitution noticeably in effect constantly. I would not rent A room at this hotel for an enemy… If you are thinking about booking with them, do not take a second thought make it a strong No And save yourself The time and energy of merely entertaining the thought of being there!

The staff are amazing, it’s just in a very questionable area. The area is very sketchy, as long as you mind your business and just go into your room, you should be good. The cleanliness is average, and staff always comes around to bring new towels and toilet paper. The facility itself seems a little old.

I loved how food options were in walking distance, but the area felt and looked a little sketchy. But the hot tub in the room was awesome. They need more drink and food options in the breakfast area. They only had waffles and coffee. My son didn't get to have a drink with his waffles. Not even water was an option.

I had an awful experience, the hotel was old, the room smelled horrible, it was all dirty, rusty, and it was not safe. There were homeless people around. I asked for a refund. They didn’t want. They send me directly to you. I try to get my deposit back and I was not successful. I had to book a night in another hotel.

We would've spent two nights here except we had prepaid. Won't be back either. Avoid this place where there was no security and gangs openly roaned. Our room smelled of pot and cigarette smoke. The rooms are provided two small pillows, and don't bother to ask the office for more, there are any. No service of any kind, sparch breakfast, i didn't even bother. (24 food stops are nearby.)

No working ice machine on property, but night manager provided me an ice bucket's worth when we arrived and again early the next morning. Some lights did not work. Patching job around the tub was not good. A large section of the back wall of the tub/shower had light coming through from the other side (basically it glowed in the dark). Breakfast was minimal. Could make fresh waffles with syrup (no sugar-free option) and toast with margarine/jelly/jam (no sugar-free option), bananas, and coffee. No milk, juice, or water (except from a room-temperature water fountain that barely came out enough t get the edge of the cup under) options. No cereal, yogurt, pastries, etc.

The water from the shower wouldn't drain, dryer broken, cigarette holes in spread and blanket. Lightning poor. 1/2 of toliet paper on roll, had to get more, ice machine broken so therefore no ice bucket. Breakfast was ridiculous. Only coffee, waffles, old bananas, sliced bread. When i went to put bread in toaster, has 2 small roaches crawling around. We stay here about 2 years ago and wasn't this bad. Never again.

We thought being a Wyndham, it would be a nice hotel. The rooms are very old. Sheets had ripest in them. For breakfast they had over ripe bananas, 2 pieces of white bread and the making for waffles. We are very disappointment of the overall stay.

This place was terrible. It was disgusting. The walls were stained, the bed spreads and the couch had cigarette burns all over them even though our room was non-smoking. The faucet was moving all over the place. The shampoo/body wash was already open so apparently it was used. The carpet was stained and disgusting. There were cigarette butts and beer bottles near the walk ways and on the stairs. I would never stay at this place again.
