It was nice and affordable. I had a minor problem in my room and the staff helped immediately. The only complaint I have this time and many other times is the net to clean the pool stays locked up and the pool is full of water bugs and dead bugs. I would’ve had no problem cleaning it myself if it was available.

Not sure why paying upon arrival is even an option because they take it upon themselves to charge the card prior to check in. Also dont expected any type of modern amenities because you wont get it. Also no elevators at all. Staff wasnt horrible but definitely not welcoming. Unfortunately this was the first and last time staying here.

The room smelled horrible I sprayed Lysol and other on the go cleaner bf I even used the room staff was amazing at check in and very friendly when ask to unlock pool gate and extra towels

This time we had an okay stay. The rooms were clean but the pool was FULL of dead bugs! We tried to get the pool net but front desk said the person with the key to the maintenance room wasn’t there.

The expectations were met for the location. Staff was really nice, room, was clean, breafast and coffee was cold, but area was clean, id suggest adding a microwave to the area. Only complaint would be the towels they were white, but they had a good bit of hair stuck within them. Also they were stained by the metal rack in the bathroom

The room was suppose to be non smoking but very strong odor. So strong we had severe headaches the 2 nights stayed. White substance in the HVAC appeared to be something the hotel staff put in the unit to help disguise the odor.

Even though all the rooms are non-smoking the room smelled like smoke. this was probably caused by people smoking outside the room and the smoke being drawn into the room thru the air conditioner which was pretty much right by the ashtray. Kind of a run down place. You get what you pay for - we won't be back

Next door to a bar, with a rowdy crowd on Friday night. Coffee pot wasn't clean.. old coffee grinds with mold so it had been there a while. Probably won't stay here again unless last resort.

I liked the room but the hotel is off of the main drag in Eunice and is NOISY. I had trouble getting to sleep because of the traffic and it woke me up a few times throughout the night.

The staff was great - they were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I didn’t realize the doors open to the outside, and that’s on me for not looking closer, but just noting that for anyone who may want to know that. As a solo traveler a lot of the time, that’s a factor. They had a lot of possibilities for breakfast, but the first morning, they had out of order signs on the juice dispenser (there were carafes in the fridge) and on the pancake maker. They had breads, eggs, and sausage patties. The second morning, there were only breads. I realize it was midweek, but that was pretty disappointing. It’s a good location, near restaurants and convenience stores. Very spacious rooms.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, including when we requested to stay another night at the last minute. Very quiet and convenient to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. The free breakfast buffet needs much improvement. Very limited selection and they ran out of items long before the end timeframe.

It was convenient location-wise and was easy in and out onto main road. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, i.e., no OJ available either morning, VERY limited number of items such as muffins (2-3 total) and when I requested if there were additional ones available, I was told that they only had frozen ones.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, including when we requested to stay another night at the last minute. Very quiet and convenient to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. The free breakfast buffet needs much improvement. Very limited selection and they ran out of items long before the end timeframe.

The expectations were met for the location. Staff was really nice, room, was clean, breafast and coffee was cold, but area was clean, id suggest adding a microwave to the area. Only complaint would be the towels they were white, but they had a good bit of hair stuck within them. Also they were stained by the metal rack in the bathroom

It was convenient location-wise and was easy in and out onto main road. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, i.e., no OJ available either morning, VERY limited number of items such as muffins (2-3 total) and when I requested if there were additional ones available, I was told that they only had frozen ones.

Room had a bad smell and the exhaust vent in the bathroom sounded like it was gonna blow up.The only hot food for breakfast was sausage patties or chopped potatoes

This is an old but refurbished motel in a very old, small town. I was worried but it was very nice in all aspects. Had a nice breakfast daily. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was great - they were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I didn’t realize the doors open to the outside, and that’s on me for not looking closer, but just noting that for anyone who may want to know that. As a solo traveler a lot of the time, that’s a factor. They had a lot of possibilities for breakfast, but the first morning, they had out of order signs on the juice dispenser (there were carafes in the fridge) and on the pancake maker. They had breads, eggs, and sausage patties. The second morning, there were only breads. I realize it was midweek, but that was pretty disappointing. It’s a good location, near restaurants and convenience stores. Very spacious rooms.

Its a motel. Its cheap,but very old. I stayed in room "218". The breakfast was horrible. Very limited options and not worth it. The workers didnt want to put batter in the pancake machine because they felt it wasn't enough people that booked rooms. Also, there was mold on the bread. The room smelled old and the sheets had holes in them. The chair was torn and had electrical tape wrapped around the arms. The tub was very old looking and the water would get clogged. The staff were nice and pleasant to speak to. I would not book this motel ever again. Spend a few more dollars and get a better hotel.

Staff was very rude from the hotel clerk to I’m guessing the property manager. There was something that looked like blood one of the rooms light switch and the door was hard to open because it’s dragging the floor. My other room was okay other than black crumbs on one of the beds. The whole time we was there if felt like they were waiting for a reason to tell us something. He even told the guest he asked to leave that he don’t need her money. He said that you’re only allowed to have over for an hour or two in your room. I used to book there often bout NOT ANYMORE. Most of my issue with the rude clerk was from Expedia’s mess up.

When we arrived on 5/29/2026, was disappointed no elevator. We had to go upstairs. Walked into the room and there was a stale smell in the room.There was a roach on the wall. The refrigerator was left open and it iced over. We had to get moved to another room. It was minimum. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any type of stay.

1st the door battery went out and they had to use a machine to get me back into my room. Then they moved me a few doors down to another room, bug bug bug! The first night I didn't notice (was very tired) then next night I noticed tons of little roaches coming out of gaps in the baseboards in the bathroom. Next morning I checked out (I didn't sleep the whole night) I didn't say anything they had to know they have bugs. I went down the street to a Waltham Days Inn to finish my stay in the area. Also the breakfast was a joke, puck looking eggs one morning & hard French toast, this morning fresh fruit (apples & bananas) bread or cereal with sketchy milk. I had a bagel and a banana ... zero proteins
