I was really looking forward to this stay based in the rating but I will never stay here again. Room number one in the backside smelled like weed straight up. Went down to the front desk moved to the room directly below and it was lingering but not as bad. It’s like the guy at the front desk knew because he brought febreeze with him to help but this room below smelled like cigarettes and neither my husband or I smoke so it was absolutely miserable. If you want a contact high stay here! We get drug tested too often at work to stay in a place like this. Also the bathroom towels and sheets had stains on them. Brown stains on the towels and spots in the sheets where it looks like they just moved them from another room. At 5am there was a repetitive pounding in the parking lot maybe? I’m not sure.

Just around the door had spider webs all in the corner and the bathroom shower pressure was so strong that the water was shooting out the tub and the shower curtain was dirty. Also the sheets on the pull out couch was dirty. Overall the stay was fine

The pictures on Google does this place no justice. The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. The room was better than I expected. I got the King suite..I love everything about it. It has two televisions in case you have kids and don’t want to watch what they are watching. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good as well

The hotel was newly renovated. Stayed 4 nights in the king room with kitchenette. The room was spacious and had new appliances (microwave, full size refrigerator, electric stove top). All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and activities. Continental breakfast was fresh and hot every day and included a waffle maker, toast, muffins, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, fruit, milk, juice bar, and coffee/tea.

The rooms were awesome and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The onky things the rooms didnt have was an iron but for everything offered that wasn't a problem. Ms. Adrienne (forgive me if spelling is wrong) and Earnest are top notch and I hope they know how pleased we all were.

This hotel was a nice clean hotel. Looks like they remodeled the property extensively (new beds/new pillows/ new showers/ toilets/ fridge). Hotel was perfect. We stayed here 3 nights. I would recommend this hotel however the only thing I did not like was the hotel put a 100$ hold on my debit card. Upon checkout, my card has a pending charge of 240$. I already paid Expedia in advance for my 3 night stay!!!! Oh god I'm scared as hell that I've been double charged. But I wanted to let yall know the actual hotel was very nice just beware about the hold situation.

Very good front desk and breakfast help (Ernest). Breakfast was better than other motel breakfasts, with corn taquitos or "tornados" & salsa. And they offer at least one regular (not sugar-ladened) cereal: Cheerios! (Bran Flakes would be good option, too! Area is quiet in general. Awoke to the Mockingbird. I didn\'t like having to carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. The newly-renovated room APPEARED elegant enough. Th AC worked well for the front seating area, while the back bed area stayed stuffy, even with the bathroom fan on to try and move air through. The king bed was comfortable, but the fluffy-LOOKING bed pillows "deflated" to nearly nothing when we sat up against them or slept. The kitchenette\'s stove-top appeared so fancy, but neither of us could figure out how to turn it on if we had to! (And we have our own fancy stovetop). But no worries because there were NO COOKING PANS, utensils, or dishes of any kind. What a sham, a PRETENSE of Helpfulness! But yes, the large fridge (and having a microwave) was appreciated. No outlet in the dark toilet/shower room for my nightlight (we hate turning on the bright room light just to go at night. But that\'s exactly why we each carry an extension cord.)

Very good front desk and breakfast help (Ernest). Breakfast was better than other motel breakfasts, with corn taquitos or "tornados" & salsa. And they offer at least one regular (not sugar-ladened) cereal: Cheerios! (Bran Flakes would be good option, too! Area is quiet in general. Awoke to the Mockingbird. I didn\'t like having to carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. The newly-renovated room APPEARED elegant enough. Th AC worked well for the front seating area, while the back bed area stayed stuffy, even with the bathroom fan on to try and move air through. The king bed was comfortable, but the fluffy-LOOKING bed pillows "deflated" to nearly nothing when we sat up against them or slept. The kitchenette\'s stove-top appeared so fancy, but neither of us could figure out how to turn it on if we had to! (And we have our own fancy stovetop). But no worries because there were NO COOKING PANS, utensils, or dishes of any kind. What a sham, a PRETENSE of Helpfulness! But yes, the large fridge (and having a microwave) was appreciated. No outlet in the dark toilet/shower room for my nightlight (we hate turning on the bright room light just to go at night. But that\'s exactly why we each carry an extension cord.)

I really like how they text you and let you know that room has been cleaned and ready when you get there. The staff was really friendly. I just wish they had a better selection of breakfast but what we ate was good.

The pictures on Google does this place no justice. The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. The room was better than I expected. I got the King suite..I love everything about it. It has two televisions in case you have kids and don’t want to watch what they are watching. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good as well

The hotel was newly renovated. Stayed 4 nights in the king room with kitchenette. The room was spacious and had new appliances (microwave, full size refrigerator, electric stove top). All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and activities. Continental breakfast was fresh and hot every day and included a waffle maker, toast, muffins, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, fruit, milk, juice bar, and coffee/tea.

Hall d’accueil de standing, piscine agréable, chambre OK, mais la structure du bâtiment au niveau des chambres doit être en bois car on entend les voisins du dessus marcher d’un pas lourd, idem dans le couloir. Petit déjeuner correct mais vide 1 heure avant la fin, en demandant le réassort a été fait

The property was filthy. Their was only one friendly staff member and she was the cook. The building is crawling with roaches and for some reason they have a shortage on towels. We asked for towels several times and was told to come back in a few hours. Each time we came back the towels still wasnt ready. During our week stay we had to kill at least 4 roaches in our room. The room was only serviced once in our week stay. We tried to go swimming to cool the kids off from the hot Louisiana weather and was told the pool would be open but then when went the pool was locked up. I went to the front desk to see when the pool would be open on June 30th she told me in 2 hours. I said okay and left to spend time with family. Me and my family returned in 3 hours and pool was locked up for the remaining of the same. We checked back the next day, and the pool was closed so we talked to the lady at the front desk and asked her when will it be open she said today. So around 10 am we checked and pool was again locked up and stayed locked for 3 more days. We were unable to use the pool until our last day visiting family. I will not book this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
