Elevator was out, had to use stairs. Water was turn off for a bite, once it came back on, the water was black. It left behind black stuff, had to clean it myself. Internet was down , so they could not give us a key, had to wait on someone to open the door. I have stayed here before, and never had any problems. Staff was nice, but all they could say is sorry.

Room was good bed covers were itchy but sheets were fine. Breakfast wasn’t available as some lost the key to the food. So we had to eat elsewhere

At check-in, we arrived at 3:15, we were told our suite wasn’t ready yet. Not a biggie, they took my number so they could text me when it was ready. I asked if they knew approximately how long it would be, and another lady behind the one getting my number states “check-in is at 4pm anyways.” I stated that online it says check-in is at 3. She replied that it’s wrong and that it needs to be updated. Ok. They finally messaged me to tell us that our suite wasn’t ready. When we received our keys, she specifically stated that our kitchen in the suite was furnished with pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. However, the only thing that our kitchen had was 1 pan, 4 cups, and 8 glasses. There was no silverware, plates, bowls, etc. I texted the number provided to tell them there were no dishes, but never received a reply. Later, I called to let them know about the dishes and that the tv was not working. The lady stated it was too late to fix anything that day. However, no one came the next day either. The main disappointment was the fact that there were no dishes due to the fact that we had bought food to cook for the 3 days we were there.
