We booked the two bedroom suite with four in our travel party and had plenty of room. The kitchenet was nice providing us with a second sink to use. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel location on the northern border of the French Quarter and the on-site parking were convenient. Be sure to reserve your parking space directly with the hotel.

Location is next to a sketchy gas station, check in and out were contactless and a little confusing. And while the kitchen and bathroom sinks had nice hot water, the shower was lukewarm at best. Room 336. Those complaints aside, the property is definitely secure, the location is perfect. On the fringe of the French Quarter, a 5 min walk to Bourbon st but without the noise of most of the FQ. The suite is extremely nice and well worth the price. And they “only” charge 25/night for parking where everyone else nearby charges 40-50. Highly recommend this property if you don’t mind dealing with the slight nuisances of no on site staffing.

Enjoyed my stay at the French quarter suites. It was weird at first because it looked abandoned and communication was through text message. However once I got inside there was a front desk and someone to great us. The room was just like the pictures and very clean. Enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect to walk to all the local bars and clubs in the area. Overall I would come back to the French quarter suites and the area was quiet with a great chicken spot next door.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was the internet goes in and out. Our refrigerator was leaking I had to keep whipping the inside because of the water and the Maintenance man said he was coming back and he never returned. also the worst thing was trying to leave. Every time we was trying to get out the gate in the car the gate wouldn’t open. I had to keep backing up and going forward at least for ten minutes each time we needed to leave out.

We ended up rolling the dice and won with this hotel. Checking in and parking was easy, we could get to the car quickly, it was safe in a gated lot, and fees were cheaper than others in the area. Janice was absolutely wonderful and a huge help our entire stay. We stayed in the room by the pool and loved it. The area is nicely located where walking to Bourbon or the French Market is an easy trip. The pool was in good condition and we enjoyed it too!

Recieved email thats stated fill out prearrival form sent to you. Non sent tried calling number on email, went to voice mail asked for them to return my call, tried 4 additional times to call in each time left message. Arrived and was told that only get one key fob for 3 people so difficult to come and go. Discovered blood on wall in king room. No cups to go with ice stoage, no coffee or condiments for coffee. They dont have hair drier. No front desk. First night when returning from town key fob wouldnt unlock door, my daughter called the number at desk they hung up on her they come and had hard time unlocking to with an attitude. I told the staff on duty i was disappointed in the wayvthings were going and she said do you want to check out. The is no daily room service which didnt affect us rather than having fresh towels. They have a shelf in lobby that has extra soap, toilet paper and shampoo but no coffee, towels and trash bags as stated in emailings. The person on duty seems to be responsible for several hotels. The beds did sleep good. Just feel like anyone staying based on a budget should know what your getting.

Parking lot is located directly behind the building, which was very convenient and felt safe. It is essentially an unmanned hotel, and you must call off-site for assistance (no housekeeping unless requested). Room is clean and comfortable with good A/C and a kitchenette with sink, cabinets, counter, mini fridge, and microwave. Biggest complaints were the complicated check-in/parking registration process (you are unable to register for parking prior to the day of your arrival, which is a real pain while traveling), only one room key provided, and the bathroom. The bathroom in Room 331 reeked of residual vomit and the shower curtain was not long enough for the walk-in shower, causing the floor to get wet constantly. Our stay was great! Very quiet, loved our 2 bedroom suit with a little refrigerator, microwave, sink. The bathroom was spacious, the only problem was that when taking a shower the water got a little bit on the floor, almost like the curtain wasn’t long enough. But seriously other than that very minor thing, room was great, staff was great! Walkable to downtown, We were able to leave our bags there after check out and before our flight left, and able to walk to bourbon street, shop and we ended up taking an Uber back to get our bags which was only like a $5 Uber.

Nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very noisy. The door to the stairs slammed all night long and was directly next to my room so we got no sleep at all. The listing said 5 min walk to Bourbon st but was about 16 mins.

This hotel was fine. The room was clean and the area was safe. A word of caution: the front desk is not staffed, and you may not be able to reach anyone. This hotel claims to offer luggage storage, but we couldn't get ahold of anyone and were forced to pay for luggage storage.
This hotel was fine. The room was clean and the area was safe. A word of caution: the front desk is not staffed, and you may not be able to reach anyone. This hotel claims to offer luggage storage, but we couldn't get ahold of anyone and were forced to pay for luggage storage.

Recieved email thats stated fill out prearrival form sent to you. Non sent tried calling number on email, went to voice mail asked for them to return my call, tried 4 additional times to call in each time left message. Arrived and was told that only get one key fob for 3 people so difficult to come and go. Discovered blood on wall in king room. No cups to go with ice stoage, no coffee or condiments for coffee. They dont have hair drier. No front desk. First night when returning from town key fob wouldnt unlock door, my daughter called the number at desk they hung up on her they come and had hard time unlocking to with an attitude. I told the staff on duty i was disappointed in the wayvthings were going and she said do you want to check out. The is no daily room service which didnt affect us rather than having fresh towels. They have a shelf in lobby that has extra soap, toilet paper and shampoo but no coffee, towels and trash bags as stated in emailings. The person on duty seems to be responsible for several hotels. The beds did sleep good. Just feel like anyone staying based on a budget should know what your getting.

Great location on Rampart. Short walk to Bourbon etc. staff was awesome! Had a small issue with the bathroom that I mentioned to them that they should look into after I left. Within an hour, issue resolved. Hoping to see this property again on Expedia.

Building/Room looks just like the photos Super convenient location! Close to Bourbon Street, dining, & all the festivities for Mardi Gras On Off Tour Bus Stop is right in front of the door to the hotel The gas station next door serves the best chicken!! The only downfall of the place is that there is seldom a host/or desk clerk available- so if you need anything you are probably SOL- for example, The elevator didn’t work the last couple days we were there, I’m sure if something isn’t functioning it takes longer to repair due to lack of staff.

My husband booked this trip for my birthday months back. I was thinking these people is on top of their business because they were communication with me on the way into NOLA. We drove 6 hours to this hotel to fine out we didn't have a room. The room was out of order no air condition. The lady at the front desk tried to help find me something next door they were all full. She sweet a girl but recked of cannibas.So the person that was texting me was the property manager. She had know clue of what was going on in her own establisment. If she had known she wouldn't have given me that room and then wanted to give me some fans without any other compensation. They refunded us our money back but nothing for our inconvenience no food voucher or gift card nothing. The hotel is in a bad area, not walking distant to Canal St. nor Bourbon St. We called a hotel on Canal St. It was the Best Western St. Charles. Loved it.

Good value for the size of the two-bedroom suite and the location in proximity to the Quarter. Immediate area seemed fine. Parking lot is located directly behind the building, which was very convenient and felt safe. It is essentially an unmanned hotel, and you must call off-site for assistance (no housekeeping unless requested). Room is clean and comfortable with good A/C and a kitchenette with sink, cabinets, counter, mini fridge, and microwave. Biggest complaints were the complicated check-in/parking registration process (you are unable to register for parking prior to the day of your arrival, which is a real pain while traveling), only one room key provided, and the bathroom. The bathroom in Room 331 reeked of residual vomit and the shower curtain was not long enough for the walk-in shower, causing the floor to get wet constantly. No ceiling fans in bedrooms and the fan in the living room did not work. The smaller bedroom of the two-bedroom suite faces Rampart Street and is a bit noisy.

I was surprised to see how large my suite was, essentially a one bedroom apartment. The location was great and had everything I needed. It made my stay for Super Bowl better than expected!

We booked the two bedroom suite with four in our travel party and had plenty of room. The kitchenet was nice providing us with a second sink to use. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel location on the northern border of the French Quarter and the on-site parking were convenient. Be sure to reserve your parking space directly with the hotel.

Location is next to a sketchy gas station, check in and out were contactless and a little confusing. And while the kitchen and bathroom sinks had nice hot water, the shower was lukewarm at best. Room 336. Those complaints aside, the property is definitely secure, the location is perfect. On the fringe of the French Quarter, a 5 min walk to Bourbon st but without the noise of most of the FQ. The suite is extremely nice and well worth the price. And they “only” charge 25/night for parking where everyone else nearby charges 40-50. Highly recommend this property if you don’t mind dealing with the slight nuisances of no on site staffing.

In the heart of French quarter. 24hr convenience store next door. Restaurants all around. Canal st and Bourbon st 15min walk. Hop on Hop off bus stop right in front of the building I also saw other buses stopping there too like tour buses and the Cajun encounters bus. Busy street so it was fun to people watch while it rained several times daily. (Rooms 231 & 331) The rooms were clean the beds felt good the furniture was comfortable. A great hotel if you are a smoker. The outside patio was nice and spacious and comfortable. If you have any problems call the number

Spaciousness galore especially for New Orleans. Great location for a great price. The ladies here were all spectacular! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the gated parking behind the building it felt very secure.

Great place stay. Full kitchen, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Short, easy walk to French Quarter and numerous restaurants. One block from Louis Armstrong park. Easy spot to get picked up for Uber. There is parking for a fee. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. Able to store luggage the day we were leaving.

Not right in the French Quarter so quieter but convenient to walk.Parking lot was a plus. Very old building with very quirky layout. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Getting through the hotel was a maze, and when we checked out the elevator was broken so had to drag bags thru the maze. Nice pool.

The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen, it was basically a one bedroom apartment. The room was clean except there was a strong mold or mildew odor. The staff was very friendly and helpful but entering the property through a small "lobby" which was basically an office with a desk was odd.good option for budget minded traveler wanting to stay close to the French quarter.

You will not find a better room for a better price anywhere in New Orleans. Location and parking was great and easy! Rooms are huge! This isnt just a room, its a one bedroom apartment! Full kitchen with silverware and cookware! Big bathroom, big bedroom! Balcony! 2 Swimming pools! A beautiful courtyard! It really does not got any better than this! Trust me. I've stayed here twice and I will be staying here again!
