Was welcomed with a big smile and how are you. Staff was more than helpful with all the questions asked. Even though it was an overnight stay, would definitely book with them again. Seriously minutes away from everything we were in town to do and see. Great work management for picking a suberp staff!

My Stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown — 2/5 ⭐️ I recently stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown, and unfortunately, my experience was mediocre at best. I had several issues during my stay that affected my overall experience. Here are some of my main concerns: * Room maintenance: My TV kept going out, and the toilet leaked every time I flushed it. * Front desk service: The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. At times, they seemed uninterested in assisting guests. * Breakfast: The breakfast selection was very limited and consisted mostly of carbohydrates, with eggs and sausage being the main protein options. I would have appreciated more variety, including fresh fruit and healthier choices. * Room security: On a couple of days, my door would not lock properly. Maintenance eventually fixed the issue, but what concerned me most was that someone attempted to enter my room twice without my knowledge. This was especially unsettling and made me uncomfortable from a security standpoint. * Location: The best part of my stay was definitely the location. The hotel was conveniently located just a few blocks from the streetcar and within walking distance of Bourbon Street and other attractions. Overall, I would rate my stay a 2/5. While the location was convenient, the maintenance problems, customer service, limited breakfast options, and especially the room-security issue significantly impacted my experience.
