The room was very clean ,my kids and I were able to enjoy the spacious pool for a nice swim but on top of it all the staff was friendly and quick ,would definitely recommend

Rooms smelt like fresh bowel movements, dead roaches in the halls, left over toilet paper roll still there, cigarette burns all over the comforter, there was a RAZOR BLADE underneath the mattress protector on the mattress!! Looks like clumps of dirt in the drawers, smoke detector wasn’t on the wall it was put inside a drawer, literal buggers all over the head board, looked like a body decomposed on the mattress. Saw that while looking to figure out what was sharp and stabbing me and discovered the razor blade. The outside looks like hurricane laura hit and they didn’t even attempt to fix anything up ever since. The roof at the main office awning is literally busted wide open with masking tape holding up lights. Cabinets hanging by one hinge. And the toilet was turned at a 45 degree angle with issues flushing. It wasn’t just my room that was bad it was 2 other rooms exactly the same that my friends had booked. 0/10 would not recommend. I did meet a nice roach named Terry. He was a hard working father of 117.

The pictures provided are not an accurate depiction of the property. There is an abandoned building directly beside the property. The entire area is in a state of disrepair. I did not stay here due to the condition of the property (it was literally falling down) and the motley collection of loiterers near the entrance. I had to drive to Lafayette because the LSU game resulted in scarcity of lodging. The reviews and pictures are very misleading. I was beyond disappointed.
