Pool was closed for whatever reason. No washer and dryer for guest. Breakfast was not very good. Our sink could not really be used because it was evidently clogged and the water took a while to go down.

We booked and entered at 3a because of a family emergency- the person at the desk was less than friendly, never made eye contact and confidently and almost enjoyable said "no refunds!" when we said we might not need the second night that we booked before we understood how bad our emergency was. Hallways smelled like smoke and there were no coffee cups in the room with the coffee maker and packets. No extra pillows or blankets that are usually available, but perhaps I'm thinking of a higher end hotel. We slept through the breakfast hours.

Everything is very dirty from the moment you enter until you settle into the room. On the other hand, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke when smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, and even more so since I was going with a small child and I didn't have the money to rent another hotel, so I couldn't leave. It is not recommended to use it in an emergency, but it was a terrible experience.

BBQs set up in the parking areas and couldn't maneuver to park. The bathroom door would not close. The room door security latch was missing. The attendant at the front was friendly and welcoming. I would have left if it wasn't late and I was tired. Wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms are fine but when you get out of the elevator it smells really bad like weed and there are no smoking signs but the elevator and hallways smell so bad that every time I got out my nose had to spit up.

Towel shortage, seemed very rationed and not cleaned/bleached properly; rough washed. Asked for cleaning 2nd day, they left all dirty towels in bathroom and only took the trash, left some new towels, and basically made up the beds. Staff was friendly, hotel floor was quiet, but needs serious upgrades to interior. Even dollies were old and hanging on for life - that's a real easy fix. Exterior of property was neatly kept, but I can't give interior and cleaning a 3. Get (hire) some seasoned, mature workers in there who are serious about room cleaning and not on cell phones. Also, redo wall paper - peeling in various noticeable areas throughout our 2nd floor. Enforce smoking rules - first step on elevator we were hit with weed. Don't just have the property in Ruston just to exist - invest and make it pop and better, particularly coming from a beautiful Indian culture and ownership where I know you all know class and elegance. We'd likely not stay here again. Upgrade bedding and wall plug fixtures. That bedding is so 1970s. For these reasons, I'd have to give our stay a 2 star rating. This hotel was disgusting. We checked in late at night and noticed our rooms smelled like cat pee and mildew. My colleague woke up with bug bites all over her legs, which immediately became a health and safety issue for us, as we were concerned that there might be bed bugs. We attempted to check out immediately that morning (one day early). The front desk attendant told us they would check us out and refund our card for the unused nights. After a week with no refund, I called the manager (Daxa), who told me they would not be refunding me and that I should not expect a clean and safe experience at a Quality Inn.

When we walked in the front door we thought “oh no” we should not have booked this place but all other hotels were full. The smell and the immediate looks of the place was not pleasant. We checked in which took a long time then went to our room. The room smelled worse than the hallway and bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was a 2” hair ball on the bathroom floor in the corner by the door. I went and asked for another room and was given one next door that was “cleaner” than the other one and smelled better. We slept there trying not to touch more than we had to and left asap the next morning. The a/c did work well so that’s a plus. We would not recommend this place. It also cost $150 for this type of place. A real shame they get away with this.

When we went up to our room the door was open. I went and told the front desk and he said that’s ok. It made Ms very nervous . Also there where 3 dead roach’s on the floor. And the desk was dirty. Not impressed for sure.

Not a good experience. Room had a configuration where the bathroom faucet was located in the entry hallway, so it could not be closed off. The floor was wet and greasy, and when they came to mop it housekeeping left the front door open.

Check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. We were on the interstate side of hotel and it was very noisy. So much that we thought the window may have been open! Hotel had a stale bar room smell. I picked this hotel because it said no pets, but while downstairs in the lobby I saw a dog and owner walk through. The next morning we got up for breakfast around 8:30 and there was very little waffle mix left and not much else. Most important of all there was no coffee!!

Check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. We were on the interstate side of hotel and it was very noisy. So much that we thought the window may have been open! Service was great. We ended up booking here due to a disaster at check-in with the hotel we had booked a few weeks in advance. The room was alright but smelled like mold and mildew. We found out very quickly that it smelled like that because something was going on with the AC and everything in our room was extremely damp. Breakfast was decent. It was a place to lay our head.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the bathroom seriously needed work, drywall and patching, which has apparently been started but not finished. The shower was very slow to drain. There were several electrical outlets in the room that did not work. We normally like Quality Inn, but we will not be staying at this one again.

I was charged a $100 incidental deposit for a low budget. The worker put my card in wrong and had the audacity to tell me my card was declined. Not sure why she had to manually put my card in . I will never stay here again!

We booked and entered at 3a because of a family emergency- the person at the desk was less than friendly, never made eye contact and confidently and almost enjoyable said "no refunds!" when we said we might not need the second night that we booked before we understood how bad our emergency was. Hallways smelled like smoke and there were no coffee cups in the room with the coffee maker and packets. No extra pillows or blankets that are usually available, but perhaps I'm thinking of a higher end hotel. We slept through the breakfast hours.

The staff was polite, or I’d have given one star. When I arrived at 4, I couldn’t check in because they’d had housekeeping issues. I was assured that if I came back later, the process would be quick. Returning hours later, check-in still took half an hour. We had two rooms. One had still not been cleaned. I couldn’t actually use my room until 10:30 p.m. The towels were noticeably dingy and scratchy (our old towels we use for our dogs’ baths are nicer), and the towel rack fell off the wall in the bathroom. Both rooms had partially used rolls of toilet paper with no extra provided. Then the next morning, we discovered that breakfast didn’t start until 7, which was the time we had to arrive at our tournament. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and we travel frequently.

Check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. We were on the interstate side of hotel and it was very noisy. So much that we thought the window may have been open! Hotel had a stale bar room smell. I picked this hotel because it said no pets, but while downstairs in the lobby I saw a dog and owner walk through. The next morning we got up for breakfast around 8:30 and there was very little waffle mix left and not much else. Most important of all there was no coffee!!

The hotel did not match the pictures. It’s much older; however, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. The breakfast was the only downfall. The juices were extremely watered down. The only hot things to eat were the typical powdered eggs and sausage patties. That was both days. The pastries and breads were stale and the toaster wouldn’t toast them at all. For the price though, I would stay here again.

All was good with the exception of the breakfast. The only They had was decaffeinated, the hasbrows tasted like they were all few day's old. Eggs were something not of this world. Other than the breakfast all was good.

The hotel is very old and dirty. There was stains on the quilt and sheets. The receptionist tried to explain the stains away and normal. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

The hotel is an older property. Walls had stains on them. Bathroom tile was lifted and shifted often. The bed linens had hair on them and were dingy. The worst part was when my husband asked for more towels, the male desk attendant said “you should have enough “. He said they did not have enough inventory. We stayed 2 nights, no only cleaned our room, which is why we asked for more towels. We will never stay there again.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean still had hair in places and toothpaste around the sink. The sheets were stained. The ac was loud and took forever to cool the room. The night staff wasn’t helpful and a little rude. The food was discussing. Over never spit out waffles so fast. Even tried it again the next night thinking maybe it was mixed wrong but nope it’s just nasty. The only good part of this hotel and maybe I just got lucky there were no bugs. Definitely won’t be back.
