Upon check out asked about POOL and wss told it was closed! Called 888 number snd asked to move to another hotel for POOL and was hung up on x3 everytime I said it was for a POOL. So stayed but not able to relax at pool which was reason I was going

Thought I was getting a room with one of those triangular hot tubs in the room but got a jetted regular tub in the bathroom. We reserved this room because we wanted to soak due to sore muscles. We both barely fit in the tub. Pictures of the room do not show the tub. Also non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Kids stomping above us until very late at night along with running up and down the hallway hitting the walls and doors and screaming. No vending machine with snacks. Needless to say the relaxation we wanted was not what we got. Will definitely look for other options next time.

The room smelled of mold SO bad. Breakfast was out of mostly everything except instant oatmeal and waffle mix. Pool was in poor condition. Staff was nice.

It was a nice hotel for the price, breakfast was decent and staff was nice. The room was good enough, however almost all the electrical outlets were very worn out so all of our chargers would just fall out. The parking lot and grounds were rough and could use some cleaning up. One big downside for me was the pool was down, which my kids were not happy about and the elevator was also down with a sign stating they're getting a new one soon. We most likely will opt for a different hotel if we ever go back to Lafayette.

There were bugs all over the stairwell, in the bathroom, and other places. The pull out sofa had massive brown stains on the mattress and no sheets. The towels had brown stains all over them. I ended up driving back home that night and waking up at 5 am to drive back to Lafayette to coach my game.

Our room was clean, and the man at the front desk was great -- quick, friendly, etc. The hotel common spaces (halls, elevator) needed to be vacuumed. This made the "first impression" seem shabby. The room itself was clean. And our one-night stay was fine.

Smelt like marijuana in the hotel and room. The hotel was gross. Not the cleaners fault but building was poorly maintained and lacks updates and cosmetic repairs. Towels smelt bad. Wouldn’t even attempt to eat the breakfast there. Noisy all night.

Room was presentable but had an odor. Purchased some febreeze, sprayed the room down to remove the odor. After that the room was tolerable fir my one night stay. Bathroom door was hard to open & close. It may have been off track since it was a sliding door. Overall I slept good. Give it a 7 out of 10 rating.

You get what you pay. Place needs a total remodel. Hotel was convenient at the time. Breakfast was yourgut or packaged muffins and coffee. No joke. Area was safe and well lit.

The room smelled of mold SO bad. Breakfast was out of mostly everything except instant oatmeal and waffle mix. Pool was in poor condition. Staff was nice.

We stayed for a whole week for a softball tournament. Not many options for breakfast. Pool and elevator were out. Anyone could get into hotel through back door without a card. I was disappointed as most

You get what you pay. Place needs a total remodel. Hotel was convenient at the time. Breakfast was yourgut or packaged muffins and coffee. No joke. Area was safe and well lit.

It was a nice hotel for the price, breakfast was decent and staff was nice. The room was good enough, however almost all the electrical outlets were very worn out so all of our chargers would just fall out. The parking lot and grounds were rough and could use some cleaning up. One big downside for me was the pool was down, which my kids were not happy about and the elevator was also down with a sign stating they're getting a new one soon. We most likely will opt for a different hotel if we ever go back to Lafayette.

I booked a 1 bed queen room and I got to the room there was a nasty huge stain on the floor in front of the door. I also noticed the woman at the desk gave me a double bed room when that wasn’t the room type I booked. I asked for the room that matched what I booked and she looked at me with an attitude and said no that’s what we got.

The toilet in the room was unstable. It wobbled. The pool was under "maintenance. " clearly it hadn't been used or cleaned in months.

I didn't eat the breakfast. I probably wouldn't have eaten it anyway. I have picture to show how horrible the room is! I just was there on April 18, 2026. The air conditioner vent wasn't clean! The window had rust and mold in it! The carpet and the walls were dirty. The bathroom door was stuck in the wall! The bathroom faucet was broken! The shower door was rusted and ugly! The front desk said all the room were in about the same condition, but she didn't offer me a refund!! The front desk spoke in bad English. I wouldn't sleep here anymore as a matter, if all the rooms there are in that condition they should close this dump down!! And yes, I deserve a refund!!!
