Courtyard Shreveport Airport

Only ice machine on install floor. Carpet stained

Hot tub and ice machine was not working and bath tub had mold

The property is starting to get a little run down...lots of tiles and paint peeling. The hot tub wasn't working properly. Other than that, things seemed fairly clean and the staff friendly.

This property was under total reconstruction and renovation. It should not be open during this period Our stay was disgustingly dirty and inconvenient. We request a full refund please.

1. We picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. Apparently it’s not always available so I have to pay more for an Uber. 2. The elevator is broken!!! 3. It’s dirty and outdated. Super disappointed The lady at the front was super nice though.

When i got to airport and called for shuttle service they said it was broken and you have to get your own ride. Seems like its a habit around here becouse 3 hotels i called that night said the same thing.

Room was humid otherwise clean. Starbucks in lobby is convenient. Nice bar and food options

Staff was great, lobby & bar are nice, but the rooms are a little dated. No water pressure in the showers on the 3rd floor.

The hotel in general was ok. However i called and asked did they have a heated pool i was told yes but the jacuzzi didn't work i was with that. However the room where the pool was very heated for sure but the water was cold when you first entered untill your body adjusted to the temp... We had to go to desk for clean towels. We stayed 2 nights sheets were not changed no free breskfast However the visit to Shreveport was nice but for the price i paid i will not stay at Marriott airport unless i have no choice... 1 / 2025

I am a mobility handicapped veteran. We requested a Handicap Room. The one available was for hearing special needs and did not have a safe tub! When we turned on the sink dirty brown water came out but later cleared. Don’t stay here until 2026! The lobby area and hallway was a mess. We were not informed of this when wemade the reservation!!!!

No hot water. No Internet. poor staff. dirty property.

Room was ok. Stains on carpet. Found a bug in the tub twice.

I paid more than usual- in hopes the reviews stating it was renovated would make it worth te stay. I had a rough week- attended a funeral- and was basically going to be there 10 total hours- but thought Id treat myself to a nicer stay ... dissatisfied-rooms and building are in poor condition - older- need updating and fresh paint/flooring badly. The room is moderately clean- but carpet and walls definitely dont look clean. highlight of the place is consistently friendly and competent staff--the staff are so kind and helpful!

My family stayed at this hotel as a pit stop on a road trip. The room was disgusting. Hair stuck all over the shower wall, the tub appeared to be stained. The pull out couch was covered in stain spots. The couch mattress had a huge brown stain with acrylic finger nails in the bedding. The carpet was ripped and stained red. The bathroom mirror was cracked. There were three different earrings stuck in the wall. The sheets were clean but those appeared to be the only items cleaned in this "suite".

Carpet was dirty soffit was dirty roaches in the elevator.

We had to switch rooms because the AC.Was not working the second room that they give us the a c was not working good The bad tub was not clean. We had to use a towel to put our foot on it.

The stay was decent! I think the rooms are a bit dated and boring. Definitely needs an update.

Great staff but average property. Not as nice as other Courtyards I have stayed. Lots more f rust around faucets in tub, bathroom door would get stuck every time you closed it, and room was very damp feeling. Air flow was also not well regulated. We had it on 68 and it felt 75 most of the stay.

The staff is always friendly. Only incident that occured was the fire alarm going off at midnight. Very cold night to evacuate outside but was quickly resolved.

Staff was excellent, friendly and really nice. Hotel looks like it is under renovation. No noice which was great.

The staff did the best they could after wicked storm came through Shreveport and knocked out power to thousands of residents and numerous businesses including they hotel. They kept smiling and assisted guest as needed.

The staff is what I am impressed with about this property. The hotel itself is going through a much needed renovation! The carpet is orange and brown, looks like it is straight from the 70's. I am sure it will be much better once they are done with the renovation. I was on the first floor. I had requested a handicap accessible room with two beds. When I got there Lindsey told me that all they had was a room with a king sized bed. It worked out because I was staying with my sister. Lindsey was very friendly and immediately went and got the shower seat I requested and dropped it off in the room. I went up later and asked for more towels and the other girl working with Lindsey was very sweet and friendly and promptly got me some more towels. I had to walk past a maid on the morning we were leaving and she was very sweet and friendly which is SO refreshing because most of the time they would just let you walk on by and not say a thing to you. Also, on the morning I was packing to leave, my key card quit working. I went up to the desk and asked for her to update it and the employee was very friendly and completed my request promptly. EVERYONE i came across was SO nice. Your staff is amazing at this location and I will stay here again because of it. They need a raise! Everyone was so friendly. Please give them these compliments! Friendly people (even in the service industry) are rare these days, unfortunately!

Hotel has no continental breakfast or coffee for guests. No microwave in room. $150.00 per night should at least come with coffee in the morning.
