We had a roach in the room. The pool was closed, and the breakfast was below average. I chose the hotel because it had a 9.0 rating. At best it was a 7.5! Will not be staying there again!

The entire entrance, lobby, dining area, elevators and first floor is under construction. Actually had to step over freshly laid tile that they were still installing. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't stay there again unless the construction is finished. My room was fine, and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent customer service. Fun perks like board games, complementary dinner and cookies, and delicious breakfast spread. The rooms are spacious and clean. This was our third year in a row staying here because we love it so much!

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the outdoor fenced in courtyard! If you have pets that travel with you, this is the place to stay. Only encountered one rude person and he was always mopping in the lobby.

Pet friendly, even gave us a goodie bag for our dog. We did not hear hall noise even though baseball teams were on the same floor. I would recommend this hotel.

When we opened the fridge, we found food from a previous stay. The food had been there awhile because it had frostbite on the steak. It really just grossed us out. They also charged us a certain amount of money just in case damage was done but didn’t advertise on the Expedia website like other hotels.

Couldn’t help but notice where housekeeping is available every 3 days! Our bed sheets were dirty, as in dirty from not being changed after last guest. The bottom sheet had a “foul” smell and body hair on it. The top edge of the comforter POSITIVELY reeked the smell of body odor. I pulled the sheets and comforter off of the bed, called front desk to please send up clean linens. The worker did bring me a set of sheets and another comforter. When she picked up the dirty bundle of linens there was absolutely no way for her to not have smelled the body odor from that comforter. The stay was not pleasant after this incident. I could have blasted this on social media, instead, I chose to fill out the survey. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed to your housekeeping dept. Definitely not a pleasant stay. Stayed 1 night with my family just passing through. Room was pretty disgusting. Saw at least 6 different hairs in the shower. Carpet was stained with black and brown spots. Garbage and toilet paper was shoved behind the night stand. There was a pile of see dust on the bathroom floor. The shower was warm at best with poor water pressure at the maximum hot water setting. I only used customer service or staff at check in and check out so I can’t comment on additional service.

First time staying here for a casino trip and will highly recommend it. First off the front desk host Amanda was amazing. Great personality, very personable and friendly. She welcomed us and offered us to join the Best Western membership. I can’t say enough about how great she was. The room was very spacious and was really clean. The breakfast in the morning was good. Your normal food for a breakfast included stay but enjoyable. We will be back.

Location is very convenient. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Desk staff had a sign up saying they’d be gone for 20 minutes when we needed sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. No signal at all with Verizon and the WiFi barely had a signal in our room that was all the way down the hall.

Have been here now since the Hurricane Beryl..the whole time was excellent, except for the last two day check in. I go to recheck in my room, and was all of a sudden charged 10 dollars. It’s not the amount , it’s the fact that I have been here a week and the last two days you want to bring up another charge . Hannah, you may be the manager, but your customer service skills needs a lot of work. Remember you are in a customer service field, being nice should be a part of your job. Linda and Frank, you are top notch, with compassion for people that has been thru a rough storm. Thanks to Hannah, when I have to travel from Texas , I will not stay here ever again because of your attitude.

when I got there, they didn’t have my reservation. I kept being told that they had a reservation until they finally found it. Then I was told something about check out that wasn’t true. I just wish that people would know the policy in the rules to their establishment.

Stayed here for a night and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the decent breakfast with a variety of options. The entry driveway to the hotel is a bit weird and the area surrounding it is alright. Easy access to freeway.

When I stayed at this hotel the breakfast was good and the area of where this hotel is located was good, not to far from Walmart if you needed to go and their were places close to go out to eat if you wanted and it was not that far from the golden nugget casino.

Trip was from Fri. Feb 2 to Sat. Feb.3, 2024. Check in was smooth and lady at desk very friendly. Rooms dated, but clean. Beds and bedding fairly comfortable. This was the best part of the visit. Sat. morning staff not very attentive. Noted staff getting coffee, depleting coffee and not having any for guest. Running out of things at breakfast and not replenishing. Also strong smell of marijuana in breakfast area. Probably the poorest service I have ever encountered at a hotel.

Comfortable beds, and they have an early breakfast for men who have to go to work at 6. Breakfast starts at 5:30. Perfect for nights I have to work late and stay close to the job.

Location right off the interstate was our reason for selecting as we had a very long trip. Check in was super easy and quick. Access to room was simple which was a huge bonus due to having a dog with anxiety behavior. Hotel layout was user friendly. Our room was a king suite with a door to the bedroom. A desk, sofa and easy chair made a very welcoming and comfortable evening after a long drive. Though the ac was a wall mount and not a wall thermostat control, there were two- one for each room area- we did have to rig the room curtains that were hanging right over unit and blocked air from getting to rest of room. Unfortunately there was a strong urine odor that became obvious in the bedroom as we settled down for bed. Thankful it was a king bed that we could snuggle towards the center and be less bothered by it. As a pet friendly hotel it is surprising they still have carpet-as I am certain the carpet was the urine culprit. Bed was great and the linens were smooth. Bathroom was good sized and shower head was amazing! Breakfast was on par for this level of hotel. The eggs and waffles were good. The bacon was so thin it took a whole piece to feel like there was enough to even chew! Coffee was very good. Check out was easy.

The breakfast is nothing but plain white bread , dry and old looking pastries and cereal, the only good thing is the 1 waffle maker but when the area gets crowded is almost impossible to get one, the Hotel itself is average for the price but the breakfast I’ll give 2 stars max.
