I've gotten rooms here often coming to town for different events and occasions The last few times I have requested room service it was ridiculous.. I asked for trash to be emptied as well as fresh towels. I left for hours and came back to my room and nothing was done. However, I asked the young man at the front desk to fix the issue and he stated to me , " I t wasn't his job." I figured customer service was key to keep your customer happy and returning.. I left very disappointed. Just so you'll know a very dear friend used this app in her name to accomodate my stay.

Dirty rooms Outside dirty Loitering Noisy Lots of activity all hours of the night. Didnt sleep well due to people up outside all night drinking and smoking. Not family oriented at all Not safe

Nice helpful staff. Very conveniently located. It's time for a refresh but the room was clean and the AC worked great.

Parking was good and right by our door on first floor. Room was clean but needs lots of renovation. Not much space to sit and work at the desk. Nobody can walk behind you, chair buts up to bed. No coffee pot! NO coffee unless you want to walk to the office. NO thanks, I don't like mornings. Bathroom needs a total remodel. Toilet barely flushes, bathtub has rust around bottom, not sealed in good. NO iron in room either. If you don't mind all the things missing then you will be okay her,but you can do lots better for the money! Very disappointed in King room and the very little space that it had.
