It was all good Pool was dirty

Pool was not available.

My stay was comfortable and the place was clean. The pool was down, which was a bummer since it was 87° outside. My check-in process was smooth, quick and seamless. My checkout process was interesting. There was nobone sitting at the front desk. The general manager was in her office. She yelled out “what can I help you with?” I told her I was just looking to check out. She nonchalantly told me to just leave my key there. Part of me enjoyed that too. However, I do think she could’ve been a bit more friendly about it.

The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition. It was located in a beautiful and well maintained industrial park.

Very dirty especially the hallways they had a horrible smell and the pool and jacuzzi had so much chlorine that made your eyes burn just to go in them

We stayed for a week... very quiet area, near the interstate. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic! My only complaint was the eggs served for breakfast were very gross - definitely processed food. Tasted like eating plastic.

The rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but not the best we have had. We were disappointed in the pool and the hot tub was not working. We would definitely stay there again just for the rooms as they were top notch!

My Mother and I recently stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Residence Inn! Check in on Wednesday was smooth, staff was friendly, manager Bobby was present and helped bring in the luggage cart I used on arrival, as I entered lobby. I had called earlier in week, was told pool may open on 6/18, it did not, but officially opened for season on 6/19 and was quite popular with the guests! Pool water was a bit cold, but the hot tub was perfect and my 81 year old mother got to try one for the first time and LOVED it! We had suite 210 and it was perfect for our dogs, as it was tucked away in a corner, quiet, very clean, beds were very comfortable, loved the fire place, had an oven and burners, full size fridge, and anything you could need. It was like a perfect sized apartment with two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! While the decor is somewhat dated, my mother loved it, everything was in good condition, we loved the views of the trees, and it was peaceful. Occasional noise from upstairs neighbor but it was minor. We usually rent a house for trips, but this was cheaper, and worked out great! VERY pet friendly, all rooms can be used for pets, so your not stuck in the same wing with barking dogs. Lots of trails around hotel and poop bags available around property, which was lovely with flowers all over! The building can use some work though as some siding is rotting and missing. Breakfast was the same daily but excellent besides plastic like scrambled eggs.

The carpets were filthy in our room, the tub had rings, the bedding had stains Not happy at all for a Marriott location. I would never stay here again not Would I ever recommend this location

We reserve 2, 2 bedroom suites. When we arrived we were told they couldn’t find the second room. We waited 45 minutes just to be told they only Had one of the rooms and will give is a one bedroom for free. When I paid much more then that. We got to the rooms to be greeted by roaches and bedbugs. We went to tell the manager we were out of there because of the infestation. Their reply was okay then. You guys are all set. Unprofessional, filthy, and smelt horrible on top of all

carpet stains, light bulb in bathroom out, roaches and broken sofa/sleeper. I have pictures

The first room that I was sent to smelled like death and had cobwebs and so much dust and spiders. I requested to switch rooms which thankfully they allowed and the new room was cleaner and smelled more fresh, still some cobwebs and spiders. However, that first night in that room is when we discovered the hotel has a mice infestation and they can slip under the doors and enter your room at whim. Ever since that moment, I’ve had to place towels underneath and behind the door to close the gap that the mice enter through. The staff are very friendly but this isn’t the cleanest hotel nor will I be back with my family. We couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. My son’s car also got broken into our 2nd night staying here due to major parking issues since trailers park taking up all the space next to the hotel. Just a trip gone sour. Staff was a 10/10 though and breakfast was a nice variation.

The room was spacious, a little outdated but it was functional. The major problem that I had were the cockroaches that were infested in the entire hotel. They came out at night in the room but during the next day they could be seen crawling all over the floor and walls in the hallway by the elevator on top of the trashcan. Upon checkout, I informed the front desk and they were aware of it and we’re going to look into fixing it. I feel like this is unacceptable for any hotel let alone a Marriott, which is a national chain. To pay a decent amount of money to rent a room for one night and then have it infested with bugs is a health risk and not acceptable.

We found a roach in our room

The website has the wrong address and the number is too long so it is uncallable. It is impossible to find. My room was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. I must have had a major a/c or fan under my window. I was unable to control my temperature, it was so loud and cold that i had to just turn mine off. It was still really loud. The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and sink, the rugs were stained. No one came in my room to clean during the day. There was no place to put my suitcase except the coffee table. Most tables had not been wiped, there was sticky stuff on one of them. I was not impressed at all

Carpets worn and dusty. Finishes worj and scratched. Furniture old and ditry or worn and scratched. Linens very nice and updated. Lobby was like entering a fraternity house.

Hotel was a little hard to find. Very small sign, no lighting at entrance. Room type was just what we needed as a family but not clean at all. LOTS of hair everywhere, bathroom tub and floors. Bedding for pull out sofa was dirty and stuffed back into a bag. Found a VERY large dead bug on floor near fireplace ( Actually looked like a cockroach but not certain) not enough towels in room ( only two for the family) Housekeepers did not speak enough english to get sheets.Breakfast first day was cold, even the coffee in their pots! Large family overtook the only waffle maker so you werent able to get near it. The second day was much improved Pool and hot tub are nice Was great to have a kitchenette type area to utilize Not what I expected from a Marriott. Lots of other hotels in area. For price we paid it was OK

Rooms alittle dated

One night stay for local wedding. The room (227) was extremely noisy appearing there was a generator system outside the window. Tough time sleeping. Carpeting was aged and frayed. Served the purpose for a few hours sleep.

Room is nice, but noise like running water, draining water, and HVAC from adjacent rooms is annoying.

Really felt like going back in time when I got to the room. I was only there late evening to very early morning so I can't comment on the long term qualities. Friendly staff and clean room but there was very little in the room that felt contemporary...especially from the standpoint of digital interfaces. In the wall telephone data transfer ports a plenty. Lighting was dark and starkly brash colored. Then when I tried to get on the wireless system it required me to open an account with Marriot Bonvoy. C'mon, even the cheapest motels don't require you to give up personal information to connect to the internet. In my view, that is not free.

We stayed here for a softball tournament. The office park where the hotel is situated is beautiful. The hotel itself is fine. We were in a first floor room which was dark as it had one window that was blocked by another building. The room had a window air conditioner, which is odd, but it worked great and the white noise it provided was nice for sleeping. I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called the front desk, or service for the front desk, and was told there is no toothpaste. We had a super early checkout, so I was unable to have the breakfast.

We honestly love the room set ups it’s so convenient for traveling families having full fridge, stove top , microwave even a dishwasher lol

The hotel rooms are outdated.

The front desk staff last night and this morning were wonderful!!

Hotel listing said they had cribs and they didn't. We had to call numerous times to check in on our request and they kept forgetting to call back, even giving an attitude on one of the responses. We had to stay up through the night to make sure our baby was secure. No effort was made to help or accommodate us.

Hotel cancelled my reservation. Overbooked. Blamed Expedia. Full refund promised but I still have to see it back in my account

Arrived but room had soaked floor and bedding was wet. Switched to a room with broken A/C because no other rooms were available. Switched again to a new functional room. No real apology from staff and was told 10,000 points would be given as compensation. Points have yet to be given.

Manager on duty behind desk upgraded my room which I never even requested. Much appreciated!

This hotel chose to perform planned plumbing maintenance on a pipe that fed an entire floor without any warning to the inhabitants. When you are standing in the shower soaped up and the water goes off for over a half hour, you can’t rate the customer service very well. A simple NOTICE ahead of time to the occupants could have avoided a very unsatisfactory experience at this property. The front desk didn’t even know the planned maintenance was taking place until the 3rd time I contacted them. Once it was fixed, the shower remained unusable for an hour as the hot water ran rusty. Performing maintenance on the property is not my issue….failing to notify the guest of impending impact is a big issue. Do better next time.

Bobby was the most rude person I have ever met , we complained about roaches on the first night asked to be moved and there was no other room after we packed up all of our stuff to be moved, and after that they had it out for us and Bobby kept calling and saying their receiving multiple complains about noise at 5pm and 6 pm on a Saturday afternoon and Sunday daytime, he called multiple times. My family and I were traveling Boston and this was the most normal priced hotel so we weren’t here very much only to sleep and get ready and leave again, also I have a 5 year old daughter. They sent someone up to complain that we’re being loud when the floors are paper thin and I can hear my husband talking though the floorboards . Bobby called yelling on the phone and was screaming at my mom in the front desk the second day in saying he would call the cops if we got complained on again and that there were multiple people Complaining. The only nice person was the manager and after she said that was unacceptable behavior and said she’d talk to Bobby there was no more complaints and she said there was in fact not multiple People complaining. . Bobby is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever seen as an assistant manager. If I owned a hotel he would’ve been gone a while ago.

A perfectly reasonable choice for a stay on business travel...just off Rte93, easy access to local towns and businesses by car...but there are few food or entertainment choices in neighborhhood - it's in an industrial park. Place is clean, quiet and safe.

The location was beautiful! The staff and accommodations were great as well.

The hotel is located in a nice office park, so it's quiet. It's an area walker-friendly. The walk is pleasant. The room is comfortable and generally clean, although we did see a tiny roach. We stayed there a few years ago, it was very nice. This time it is showing its age; apparently requires a major update. Pots and pans don't seem to complete, for example, we saw a small lid without a pot matching it. For some odd reasons, there did not seem to have exhaust fan in bathroom. Staffs are nice and quite helpful. Breakfast was good as usual. Laundry facility was good and efficient. There is one good Italian restaurant in walking distance but seat is hard to find. There is no other alternative unless we drive somewhere. Overall, it was a nice stay. If price is right, we will be happy to return.

The staff are excellent - they are kind and very accommodating - but the hotel itself is dated and a little musty, and could definitely use some updates by the Marriott family. The linens and towels were clean, my bed was reasonably comfortable, and the rooms were generous in size, but the carpets could probably use a steam cleaning and it might be a good idea to have someone take a look at the birds going into the vents outside. I had a comfortable night’s sleep, didn’t seem noisy to me, good blackout curtains in my room. There’s no place to dine at the hotel, and the only food/restaurant options are at a driving distance, something to keep in mind.

They are pet friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was clean and modern. Good breakfast selection front desk employees were excellent very friendly and professional. The mattresses could probably updated and replaced.

Check in was easy. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. The breakfast was really good, they offer more than your typical hotel breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet, nice area and pool. Was able to sit outside around the pool. Only bad side beak fast is terrible. No yogourt, no bread, no fruit just bas quality eggs, bacon and bagel with no cheese. Natural food was not on the menu!!

Need to get rid of the rubber eggs and update your breakfast.
