Unique and wonderful place. Outstanding service.

プライベートのお風呂なので、高齢の両親も人目を気にせずゆっくりとお風呂を楽しませていただきました。 階段がそこかしこにあるので、高齢者の移動はすこし負担にはなりますが、お宿のかたにサポートいただきました。 飲み物が、オールインクルージブなのは、、嬉しかったです。また、家族みんなでお伺いできたらと思います。

This very new seeming property was excellent and I'd certainly choose it again for another stay at Besshoonsen. Room was and clean relatively spacious, the three private spas worked well (although the hotel was not full when I stayed). Meals were delicious, dinner and breakfast, and sensible quantities. If you're thinking of an overnight here a) you should come - it is a lovely old town and b) this place has your back for a bit of onsen magic while you are here.

The staff were amazing! The breakfast was so good and we were looking forward to it every morning. Overall great service , probably the best hotel service I’ve received! I’m looking forward to my next stay! - Aldrin and Family
