Beds were terrible! Lumpy and hard. I know we are near airport but the noise from the street and train made it hard to sleep along with the bed that was awful. Hallway noise at 1 am people yelling in front of our door. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car! Restaurant was amazing and food and drink and wait staff was great.

Very clean room, friendly staff, running well with the shuttle service. The bartender is excellent, his name is Tomas if I remember right.

Great location, convenient to airport and downtown. Super clean and modern room. Person at front desk was so bubbly and happy and helpful-really appreciated them!

We flew into the airport and called for the shuttle bus. After a while, we received a call from the hotel. Apparently, the driver was waiting for us, but we just did not see the shuttle. Instead of driving off, they made the effort to locate us. That was much appreciated. Then upon arrival, the staff was very friendly. Even though it was almost closing time, we were able to order a light meal from the restaurant. Try the clam chowder, it's delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will stay here if ever again in Boston.
