Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing due to issues with the air conditioning. We booked a double suite, but the AC in the room did not work at all—no matter how we adjusted the thermostat, it would not turn on. We reported the issue to the front desk, and initially they said they would try to get a repair person to look at it. However, later that evening we were informed that no maintenance staff would be available until Monday, leaving the problem unresolved during our stay. To their credit, staff did check the unit and confirmed the issue, but the only solution offered was a box fan placed in the window. Unfortunately, this was not a sufficient fix. After two nights of poor sleep in an uncomfortable room, it was clear the staff did not have an effective plan to resolve the situation. Overall, this significantly impacted our experience.

Honestly one staff member was really rude, and she also forgot to assign us a room, (the room she gave us, and we had been in.) and it was just messed up, but still all of our items were in the room, and I was thinking of the what ifs. Besides that the room wasn’t ready, and she consistently asked “are you sure you need a 2bed” mind you, 6 people.
