Holiday Inn Boston - Dedham Hotel & Conference Center by IHG

The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. We were kicked off several times a day. The reason we gave a poor rating is the room alarm (probably the smoke detector) went off in the room next door at 5 a.m. this morning and was not turned off until over an hour later. When the alarm started, staff said it was a room alarm which would turn off. Not the case. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. I wanted to send an e-mail to the manager but it was impossible to find an email address on their web site.

Room was great… clean and bright and smelled good
