Parking was good, but it was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as it was located in an area with many other businesses. The front desk staff was pleasant and responded quickly to our request for a fix in the bathroom. The staff who cleaned our room were extremely pleasant and insured that the bed in the bathroom were clean as well as providing extra towels for the bathroom. However, this hotel needs some major updates. The tile floors were cracked and chipped, making it look dirty. The rugs definitely need to be replaced-in the rooms and hallways. The rates were expensive for a mediocre hotel.

The main problem was that there was no hot water much of the time. It came and went. Other reviews had said the same, but I thought it would be a one time thing that was resolved. The hotel staff did not seem that concerned. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

Our experience was satisfactory. However, the key card didn't operate to get into our room or the common area door to get into the hotel due to "demagnification from my cell phone in my purse." Apparently, it's an ongoing problem. Hotel is dated.
