No pool

The pool was not open so that was a little sad and the AC kept kicking off in our room.

This hotel has been maintained very well, unlike most hotels since Covid. It is reasonably priced, has decent services and facilities, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. My one complaint is that the swimming pool is in disrepair. They appear to have no plan to fix it. That is unacceptable.

Killed two spiders in bathroom twice. No hot water two of three nights. Came in at 11pm after ballgame and out door was ajar. Housekeeping has given us clean towels & left door unlocked, i guess all day. No microwave. No guest Laundry. Indoor Pool closed. Hot Water System broken.

We came and chose this hotel because of the pool, and we came from a far distance for a weekend. We went to go to the pool and they told us it was closed. It should be posted if your pool is closed. Very disappointed with that and because of the inconvenience all I got was a complimentary breakfast. Would love to speak with management of this establishment if possible’s but at this point it’s in the past. Everything else was good but would recommend calling first or looking elsewhere

The bed was clean, everything else was horrible, my key wouldn't work and also my lamps, mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. I was looking forward for the pool, wanted to surprise my woman, come to find out the pool been closed for months. Terrible experience, never again will i stay there or recommend anyone else.

Pool was closed. Pool was one of the main reasons I chose that hotel.

The WiFi is very slow on the 6th floor and I was told that I need to move to a lower floor to get faster internet speeds.

I booked here at the last minute (like 9pm the night I needed to stay), and was able to get a king corner room. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and the staff was great. 100% stay here again.

The swimming pool was closed and that was the main reason i booked here and when I expressed my clear disappointment, the clerk only said "sorry, it's on our website" but it wasn't on expedia when I booked so that started the trip off with a huge disappointment. The room was on the first fl and smelled like cigarette smoke, the rug had a stain the size of a large plate on it so I don't know how often they'd cleaned and my room didn't have a microwave so I had to reheat food in the lobby for my daughter one night... I've never had to deal with that before. Just not the best but not it worst experience.

Absolutely disgusting. Carpet was sticky to walk on with red stains (blood?). The bathroom had some weird black mold growing m in the corner and the paint was peeling up from the tub. Entry way to the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and the little pantry with snacks looked like it hadn’t been restocked in days. I arrived there after 3 weeks in Africa and by far the most disgusting place I’ve stayed. Unfortunately I was so jet lagged and there were no other rooms in the hotel. When I told the front desk person the next morning that the room was uninhabitable - and showed her pictures- she clearly didn’t care at all. She jotted on a piece of paper to her manager my name with a note “complained about cleanliness”. Awful expletive all around!!

Room had a weird smell even with a wall plugin.

The hotel was fine, but I was disappointed by the smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. The entire hallway smelled of smoke and as a result, so did my room. This is very differct for a person with asthma and allergies.

Very fast check in. I stayed here after a concert at Gillette Stadium and I arrived at around 11:45 pm. I was in my room by 11:52. Very happy about that. Clean room. Comfortable bed

Room was modern, clean and bed and bedding very comfortable. Nice amenities, tv and fridge. Would stay here again.

Hear noise from the highway all night. Windows not insulated.

Room was small, bathrooms ridiculously small. Front staff was dismissive and seemed incompetent. No coffee in the morning next to the desk. Couldn’t cash me out when I went to buy a granola bar. Generally low quality.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was much better than the typical hotel buffet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Comfortable beds

This was a large room and it is right near several restaurants and the large shoppers center with a Whole Foods. The shower had great water pressure. It is right near the highway and you can hear the highway at all times of the day.

Stayed for a couple nights for a concert at Gillette stadium. Was comfortable and fine, nothing fancy, but good enough. Could definitely use some updating.

I have calles to advise that we were going to arrive late, at around 10PM and they said there were no problem. We reserved 2 rooms with 4 poeple in each, 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived, we got to the room and only the main bed was done, the sofa bed was not made (and the reservation was for 4). We called to get linens, and called 3 more times after that, and this guy showed up an jour later, talking on the phone through video call with kids screaming on the other side of the call. I had to ask him to close ths phone please, the kids were sleeping and then he just handed me the linens. I asked him if it was me that had to make the bed st 11PM and with the kids sleeping and tired and he answered that he doesn't make beds. So, both rooms had to make the bed, at 11PM, in a hotel that we paid mode than 400$ a night. Also, the next morning there were only 2 towels, we were 4. I called the front desk, they brought 2 more up. The morning after, AGAIN, 2 towels, we called and she told me that we had to go to the reception to get more towels, because housekeeping wasn't in yet. So I had to go in my PJS to the reception and get them. It's absurd. And also the pool wqs clased. We had booked a hotel with a pool for the kids and it was closed and we had no idea.

I would say not so good. We never had a room key during our stay and had to rely on staff to let us in our room when we wanted to return. This defeats the purpose of having a hotel room and felt more like a dormitory. This is an issue you think would be priority to fix but we stayed for two days and never had a correction to the issue or anything offered in return for the inconvenience. This was our place to stay when visiting family in the area but think we will be moving on after this experience.

I stayed here for a wedding and the hall used was absolutely beautiful! Staff was amazing to us from beginning of planning to the end (this was months). Main contact was Linda and she was just wonderful and helpful throughout.

Staff was great! Paid for breakfast didn’t get and wanted to charge me again didn’t eat there again and lady was rude in dinning area!

Excellent check in. Room was nice. Hair in the bathtub. The breakfast was good. But water dripping from the ceiling is concerning. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Wife didn’t like the pillows.

The pool is still not fixed. I’ve stayed here for the last nine months and pool is still inoperable. Add to it breakfast was not included.

The staff was friendly but the facility is in a very unwalkable location. It’s surrounded by large parking lots and they have potholes, no sidewalks and limited lighting. The facility itself is very average. The breakfast which we purchased twice was not great. Food wasn’t hot and even the dinning room was cold.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful! My only complaint was the noise of big rigs or delivery vehicles backing up outside our window until midnight.

I like how everyone there was friendly and helpful, the best was amazing and comfy i slept like a baby every night! I wish the pool was open and that breakfast was included.

Property was very clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast.
