Comfort Inn Foxboro - Mansfield

If you are going to a concert at the Xfinity center there is a shuttle that will take you there and pick you up from the hotel! Very convenient! I wish I knew about it before my stay but will certainly be aware of it in the future.

Locks on the rooms seemed flimsy, had difficulty with my key-card Staff was very friendly Equipment in exercise room is pretty old

Staff was nice but the elevator broke down, the place was run down and dated, 2 unopened condoms in the room, towels and wash clothes haven't been updated probably ever, thin and dingy looking, tv was dated, room smelled funny. Needs some renovations!

The Jacuzzi in the room was nice BUT continually drained...they were helpful but not able to fix the problem...still waiting to hear about a reasonable resolution.

The only reason i booked the hotel was the whirlpool hot tub. Was not working. Let staff know and they did not care.

There were only 4 channels working on the tv, the breakfast offerings were extremely limited, the towels were dingy. The person at check in was aloof and not welcoming.

Staff were very customer oriented. Rooms were very clean.

For the price of this hotel, I was expecting better. When my wife and I walked to the elevator we smelled pot and when I looked down the hallway (first floor) someone walked by wreaking of pot. To each their own and it’s not the hotels fault on that, but going down my hallway 2nd floor) we could smell pot all weekend and noticed that our comforter had cigarette burns on them, which is concerning because it’s a smoke free facility. If it’s a smoke free facility then we should not have smelt pot down the hallway from rooms and cigarette burns on linens. There was a gap in our door and we could hear any and everybody walking by talking about smoking joints in their rooms at 1 am. Again not the hotels fault, but an area of concern. When I went into the bathroom to check the room like we always do, I saw pubic hair on the Kleenex box, which grossed us both out. Additionally, there were only a couple Kleenex in the box so that tells me it was not filled and checked. Another note on how paper thin floors and walls are, we had what sounded like a 400 pound elephant above us that would slam things and stomp all over their room at 2 or 3 am. Needless to say we did not get much sleep at all. The only reprieve we had was that the hotel was close by the 99 restaurant. For close to $800 for two nights, I feel this hotel was not worth the money. I’m sure one could find a cheaper priced hotel and get a better night sleep. On a positive note, the staff was good when we needed items.

I can't remember checking in and not being told directions to my room or to the elevator....not a big deal but not great either. Young adults hanging out at night openly smoking weed on the property (I realize legal in MA) wasn't what I wanted my kids exposed too. For a non-smoking facility sure did have a smoke odor in our room. Funky odor in hallways and elevator as well. On the positive, room was indeed clean and the sheets were fresh. TV is rather small. Ice machine left unplugged on our floor. Mini-fridge didn't work. That can happen and we arrived around 9pm so we didn't give em a chance to swap it out. Big issue was the lock looked as if it were previously damaged. Didn't inspire confidence.

it was a bit run down and not as clean as I would like. tub had a huge chip in it, rooms were poorly lit shower had no liner just the fabric curtain

Yes It was a safe, clean bed to sleep in, the man at the desk, checking in was nice BUT, we wish we would have spend the extra couple bucks to stay elsewhere. The entire building was damp; carpets, furniture, blankets. They had large fans in the hallways, I assume they where trying to dry it out. Very musty smell. Thank god the room windows opened.

They don't restocking after taking showers and ran out of toilet paper. Never going back after all the Marijuana smell while walking in the lobby.

The room is big, clean and comfortable and it's complete with ref, microwave and coffee maker.

We have stayed here twice now and definitely won't be booking here again. Zack the employee that checked us in was incredibly rude to us when we checked in. He was also not very friendly last stay when we checked in. Last stay our room smelled like cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking room. Our room this time smelled like wet dog and the air conditioner is the loudest I've heard in a hotel.

We had to change rooms due to the door lock nit working. The room we changed to, the deadbolt was completely busted, and the entire locking assembly door looked as tho a cro-bar has been used and was horrendous. Beyond that the room was great, it was clean and although lacking quality customer service skills the front attendant did his job and was pleasant. The lock situation felt unsafe, but the property outside felt safe enough.

This hotel is clean but that’s really it. It’s run down, the beds are like cement, and it needs major renovations.

This property was very disappointing. The noise level kept us awake or woke us up each night. The property itself is in need of many repairs and/or updates. Even the towels were worn thin. Breakfast was ok, several options available, coffee was good. I won't book at this location again however.

We had a good weekend, stayed here because we had tickets to Post Malone. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Tv channels could have been better. The breakfast was good and filling. Our AC worked great.

Easy to setup and they had my name and room ready. I only needed my id to check in.

Location

We were going to the Xfinity Center for a concert and picked a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to the concert and returning after. Having the 99 restaurant within walking distance was great. The room was nice, clean, and quite. Would stay there again.

Clean, pleasant, handy location to Gillette

Perfect for what we needed. Went to a concert nearby and just too far to drive home.

Great stay for the Gillette stadium but definitely nothing fancy just a nice stay.

Great place to stay if going to an event at Gillette.

Within the walls the hotel is a splendidly, serviceable option for a great location. The exterior is ridiculous. Had to drive around the entire building twice, checking a couple of doors before finding the lobby entrance. Signage implies property has been taken over by another company. Property is the opposite of inviting, which is unfair to the efforts put forth inside.

Good proximity to highway, and restaurant on site. Bed was comfortable. Great value!

The comfort inn was a good price. Very comfortable. Room nice, could use some updating and better color palette. Also coffee was great at breakfast, but would like to see bacon, along with sausage. I would stay again. The staff was amazing.
