The young person that checked us in was totally unprofessional. First, he could barely speak English and practically whispered. I don't think he knew what he was doing because he had to keep asking the other person doing check ins. Also very disappointed in the fact that we had to wait 20 minutes PAST check in time to get into our room. We kept being told "first come, first served" and that is unacceptable. If housekeeping cannot get rooms cleaned in time for check in, there should be an option to give guests another room so they don't have to wait. I don't really care that I booked a studio-I would have taken any room with a king size bed. And speaking of that, I am sure that the bed in that studio was not King Size. I have a king size at home, and this bed was only a queen at best. The information should not state that you are getting a king size bed if you are not. To sum up, the check in experience was awful and I will not be staying at this establishment again.
