Air conditioning was down the entire time we were there, no schedule for repair. Looked like the person at front desk was the only person working in the entire building. He suggested we find another hotel but said there would be no refund.

AC was out in the main areas of the hotel, including the fitness room. The fitness room registered 85 degrees. Had we known this upon check-in, we would've gone to another hotel. The hotel itself is older. Definitely needs some upgrades. For a marriott, I was disappointed.

The pool was closed and that was the whole reason we went to that hotel with my kids. It was my daughter's birthday so I had to spend more money to bring the kids out somewhere bc the pool was closed and they was bored.

The pool is shut down. I was told Massachusetts has a law that doesnt allow pools in hotels to be open without a lifegaurd. Our rooms AC isnt working. Our bathroom had 2 tissues in the box. Why leave the tissues there if they are not stocked. We checked in with the reservation having 4 people, but only 3 towels. If 4 people are staying, put 4 towels in the room. I would not have stayed here if i new the hotel was like this. Marriot has always been good, but this is by far the worst one ive ever stayed in. This will definitely affect my desicion to stay at Marriots in the future.

I stayed in room 515 Absolutely hideous bathtub/shower Gas station quality Badly in need of new tub- had cheap adhesive mat- paint chips Water temp never got hot. Their Air Conditioning was broken. They knew about this well in advance but made a conscious decision to not tell anyone in advance for fear of losing business. Instead they placed portable AC units in windows. This really didnt cool down the rooms. We tried to open the windows but only one would stay open but the screen was missing. Additionally the bath tub was extremely dirty and the beds were way too soft (almost if they were too old). The staff was nice but they looked over matched while trying to keep up with the property. We paid $533 for a 2 day stay. It is an extremely disappointing experience!

There were cockroaches! We checked out within the first half hour of being there another place to stay. The couch was dirty and the place smelled awful. Cockroaches in the refrigerator, I took pictures of them...on the food I had just brought back for dinner after I opened fridge again. There was a dead one in the hallway near our friends room too. We had to pack up young children and move to a different hotel after just bringing our stuff in after dinner. Now I know why the place only had a about three other cars in the lot.

Awful hotel - ended up checking out early due to cockroaches in the room, plus air conditioning fan kept switching on randomly even though it was turned off at thermostat!! Wouldn’t have been so bad if the unit was not located in the bedroom and extremely noisy. No sleep for two nights!!!!

King suite. No hot water in shower. Shower unclean and moldy. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7. The hotel staff came in at 7:05 then proceeded to cook while the guests sat in the dark. At 9 am staff knocked and opened door to see what time we were checking out after saying not until check out time 25 minutes later staff then knocked on door to ask when checking out. Disappointing Marriott stay.

Room entry key did not work after two times trying to reprogram keys. Room was not made up between nights. Had to request clean sheets. There was blood on the sheets and it appears the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. Had to request clean sheets and make the bed ourselves

The layout of the suite with a bedroom that has a door is one of the main reasons I booked here (family with varying sleep times). The breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast were friendly and helpful. The room’s cleanliness was fair/good. There were crumbs and dust & a child’s toy under the couch. There was peeling paint on the ceiling. There was rust in the bathtub. The vents need to be cleaned.

Not impressed… Right after check-in we noticed the thermostat was inoperable and it was cold in our room. The employees initial response was that they were sold out and couldn’t do anything about it. She then said two others were out and they were being looked at, and she would add us to the list. Two hours later, after no updates, I called the desk and there was no answer. I went downstairs and there was no one at the desk. About 20 minutes later I tried again. The new person at the desk said the maintenance person was still there and would be sure to look at our room before leaving. Ultimately, they did nothing and gave us no updates. We added some blankets and slept fine, but were disappointed with the attitude and response of the staff. When I checked out the new clerk didn’t even ask about our stay. We’ll find another place to stay next time. P.S. We were happy to have the bedroom separate from the kitchen area as the refrigerator sounded like an outboard motor.

The room was well stocked in the kitchen, and well planned out. However an air conditioning unit in the window let in so much noise from the freeway that it was disturbing. The air conditioning didn’t work correctly, no matter what temperature you set it to, it stayed on the entire time and became too cold. We had to keep it off and the room was stuffy. Also, didn’t like that the hallways were not air conditioned.

The hotel was a bit hard to find as it was set back and in an office park, although it’s not close to other buildings. The hotel itself was great. My room was much bigger than I expected and had everything I needed and more. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable! I’d happily stay here again.

Great hotel but some rooms-like the one we stayed in face the highway. The big problem was that there must have been an issue of the central air for our room because the hotel added a small window unit which was right next to our bed. With the window open to accommodate the AC, it was tough to sleep because we could hear every vehicle loud and clear.

That is definitely not a Marriott hotel—at best, it's like an Extended Stay America. I won’t even mention the exterior, but the room I checked into had no heat! The maintenance worker tried to fix it for a long time but couldn’t. It was already past 11 p.m., so I decided to change rooms. But the front desk told me I had to go down to reception to get the new key card. Since I was already in my pajamas, I asked if they could bring the card up so I could pack my things. Yet, she actually said, "There’s only one person on duty," and it wasn’t convenient for her! 😱😱 So I had to change clothes and go down to reception to get the key card for the new room. And they gave me an accessible room! Seriously?! By the time I rearranged everything and got into bed, it was already after midnight. From the time I woke up until I checked out, not a single person said "sorry" or even acknowledged what happened.

I slipped in the parking lot at 8:30 . I went into the lobby front desk and waited 5 minutes to report the incident and no one was there . Also you mentioned that the hotel was under Covid precautions and not a single employee was wearing or had a mask . We enjoyed our stay and liked the size of the room. We’ll continue to stay here as long as the price stays reasonable. Breakfast was nice and the gals serving it did a great job keeping everything clean and topped off. Checking in was easy and friendly.

It was an OK hotel, it is located in an industrial park so there are no restaurants with in walking distance. The hotel is in need of updating for sure. Older style. Bed was good, pull out couch had allot to be desired but worked. Bathroom was small and not as clean as it should have been. Needs updating for sure. Breakfast was OK. I had checked in online to make it quicker but it was not when I arrived. Don't know what happened there but it is what it is. People were very nice.

We stayed at this hotel after a day in Boston. It was easy to get to. We were headed to New Hampshire and were able to get on the highway easily. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and efficient.

After a nine days vacation and returning to Boston Airport late at night, this facility was perfect for my wife and I to rest after a long travel from Europe and arriving very late at the Logan Airport. We still had a three hour drive to home. A good sleep was much needed before starting the 200 miles trip home.

The hotel was a bit hard to find as it was set back and in an office park, although it’s not close to other buildings. The hotel itself was great. My room was much bigger than I expected and had everything I needed and more. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable! I’d happily stay here again.

The studio was amazing. The only 2 problems: 1. the glass sliding door in the bathroom almost fell on me when I was opening to take a shower. 2. Breakfast was not impressed. Eggs tastes like flour, no butter for the toasts.

Tub was rusty and the bathroom ceiling was peeling. Room was clean and okay but the elevators were dirty and the rugs were torn right outside the elevators. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of my rooms. The walk in shower was a luxury that I looked forward to each night with the two shower heads. The toilet was very low and had no where to hold on to to get up or down which made it difficult for me and anyone who has knee issues. They had a great selection of snacks even Ben and jerry ice cream. It was quiet and the staff was helpful and courteous. I liked that we had breakfast included. The only criticism I have is about the breakfast. The first morning breakfast had good scrambled eggs and waffles. Next day it was a Frittata that had very very little cheese and I did not care for the pancakes that were so hard that I could not cut them. It was obvious to me that they sat there drying out. They had fresh whole fruit but I would rather have strawberries and other fruit cut up. On the whole, it was Avery nice stay and I would stay there again.

First of all this hotel is going through renovations. Half of the rooms. Half of the hallways are covered in dust and construction going on. I wish I knew that because we wanted to have a pool experience in the pool has been closed for a while from what I understand The main entrance is also moved so you don't know which door to come through Now that being said, the room was impeccable and clean and it was quiet

Major renovations that we didn’t find out about until arrival. Many amenities on property not in use due to this. Much lower room maintenance and hotel is ripped apart completely right now with unsafe air

This hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The lobby is literally a construction zone. We are talking jackhammers, dust everywhere, debris all over the floor. The restaurant is closed and the pool is closed. Unfortunately, Hotels.com did not disclose any of this when we made our nonrefundable reservation. Not happy about this, to say the least. Our actual room was perfectly nice, and the front desk staff were very helpful. But there’s no way people should be paying it close to full price for this hotel.

Room was very good and well maintained. Hotel was going through a refurbishment of their lobby and conference rooms which left this area a little untidy though could hear no noise from the works in the room. Breakfast was not up to much but having a suite with kitchen area covered for this.

The room was clean. The hotel was under renovations so the amenities were not available. The bed was very firm and not very comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable either and there really wasn't blankets or pillows to use with it.
