This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, comfy bed, the breakfast was fabulous and even though it’s right off of the highway it was very quiet. Will be staying here again.

We got there at 4:30, one of the two rooms wasn’t ready. The hot tub wasn’t working, there was a thick line of dirt on the pool. The elevator near the room was broken down. The highway is right next to the hotel, you can hear it all night. The basketball court was not available. At least they take dogs…..

The room was clean. However 2 amenities weren't available for use. The basketball court and the hot tub were not in service. I booked specifically to take advantage of that. My teen son was so disappointed. Also, to use the pool, you have to get bands at the front desk and wait to be let it. Super inconvenient if you ask me. Who wants to wait in the lobby in your swimsuits. Also, my husband went into the pool room (not in the pool) and triggered the alarm accidentally, he went to the front desk and apologized and let them know he was just trying to get out. The door was not properly labeled. After my husband apologized, a staff member came to the pool area berating me in front of my children about something I didn't even do and he already apologized for. Will NOT be booking again.

If you are planning to rent a King suite with your family, please note that it’s not big enough to have a rollaway bed. We fortunately had an air mattress to bring with us, but my two kids are too old to share a pullout couch and we had counted on having a rollaway bed. Thankfully, we were able to borrow an air mattress otherwise we would have been at a total loss.
