The property was clean and in a very convenient location. Two things we did not like about this hotel, first the indoor you can only use from 7pm - 9pm after the outdoor pool closes. It was kind of cold and we wanted to use the indoor pool but we could not use for this reason during the day, were only able to use it once for less than an hour. The second this is that at least our room had a walk in shower with no limits on the floor so every time we use the shower the whole bathroom floor was wet, and even bath foam was coming up the drainage that was close to the toile! They need to fix this, we have a toddler and I had to use towels to dry the floor to keep him safe.

Have great amenities: restaurant, pools, fire pit. Some of the staff need more training, the host tried to put us at the back of the restaurant near the back door, the waiter spoke too much about the price for breakfast and gave us the bill before we ate

Clean, spacious rooms,Nice large shower breakfast was really good with a lot of excellent choices as was the dinner menu. They practically have a planet fitness in the basement. Granted, it was a Cybex graveyard from the 90’s but there were probably close to a hundred machines down there and most worked properly. They also-have a sign announcing a new gym to be opening soon. Would absolutely stay again if in Hyannis.

Stayed for business. Clean comfortable Both pools were great. Only feedback is- the bar didnt open till 530 and no where in or outside the hotel could I have an afternoon cocktail with my co workers !

I checked in on 6/6/25 and I wanted to use the indoor pool. I couldn’t ..no lifeguard..she was at the outdoor pool..then on Saturday I asked if there was any place in the hotel to grab lunch..no..they don’t serve food until 5;30..then I take my coffee mug to the indoor pool on Saturday..I was told I couldn’t use my coffee mug..I will never be back.

I have stayed in Double Tree before and was disappointed with the room feeling a bit dated and an older type of mattress that was not real comfortable. Although when checking in the staff was friendly, but on check out she did not understand basic things we were asking and was not overly friendly. This is something that simple training can resolve. They gym, albeit quite large was also dated and not well maintained. It appeared that you bought leftovers from a gym closeout. Many of the weights were rusted and the machines did not operate smoothly.

A variety of Food was available almost all the time. The pools were kept clean and there was plenty of lounging/gathering space. The only “complaint” would be that only one pool was open at a time-even though they have both an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel and grounds were well kept. I was worried about noise given the proximity to the airport but that wasn't bad.

The outdoor pool was heated and very clean. The hotel is a bit of a maze to get around and some staff amazing while others a little grumpy. The breakfast and the staff at breakfast all excellent. overall a very positive stay.

The hotel was spotless. The only thing that could be considered a negative was the hotel was very large and spread out. For a 77 year old it was kind of tough to unload and carry our luggage to out room. We wish there had been a bellman/porter available to help. They did provide a cart but it was a long trip to our rooms and we felt compelled to return the cart out of common courtesy. Overall we were very pleased with out stay and will stay there again the next time we travel to Cape Cod.

Location was convenient and staff very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, our 1st floor room, and the hallway outside, had an intense smell of mildew/mold, like there had been recent flooding. Staff was running dehumidifiers in the hallway the whole time we were there to little effect. Unacceptable to have those conditions at the prices charged.

The worst experience of my life. They gave me a room on the first floor close to the pool and road. They said the pool is closed but didn’t say that the workers are fixing the pool. Too many workers were passing by my windows looking inside. I closed the windows and curtains. Lots of noise from street and parking lot. I asked for room change, they said they have none and didn’t accommodate me at all. It’s 2 am and I can’t sleep. The room is moldy and can’t breathe. Already took several medications.

Room smelt like mold, cobwebs throughout the room didn’t matter where you went in the building it just smelt musty. Photos of the place are not at all what it looked like in person. Good location for what we had planned but even staying in the room just for the night was unbearable and we left a day early. When asking if we could checkout early front desk employee didn’t even ask what was wrong just said yes and that was that. No refund because “the maids went home for day and can’t clean.”

Unfortunately, my party of six (two adjoining rooms) had a disappointing stay at this property.The hotel could use a remodel. The carpets are dingy and the first floor of the property had water damage and smelled of mildew. The doors are hollow and you can hear everything from the hall in your room. The pool did not have towels and the towels that we fetched from the front desk were thread bare. The front desk staff were not helpful (told us that they were unfamiliar with the area because they had no time off) not accommodating and bordering on rude. The hotel is within walking distance to Main Street with restaurants and shops but you have to walk down a street of parking lots and by the train station that has panhandlers. The hotel restaurant was good and the rooms were clean.

Everything was awesome with the exception of the rooms having shared doors which are a little creepy considering the space in each room why not expand the walls to get rid of the shared walls where you can hear everything but it was a great experience. 2 min away from Main Street that has everything you could ever need as well as close to beaches stores and other activities such as mini golf biking etc Bar area appeared to have some grumpy staff members from limited conversation but overall very awesome pulling straws to find complaints really pleasant stay would recommend !

Much nicer than other options in the area and reasonably priced (at least in the off season). The breakfast is worth the extra $10/day. It is served in a nice dining room, with a regular menu including options like Eggs Benedict, made to order omelettes and delicious French toast. Buffet wasn’t available, perhaps because it was off season. Free parking is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, staff is helpful and professional.

Everyone at the property and the area were so nice and helpful! I was very happy with the property. The staff were very pleasant! Will stay there again!

Staff were very responsive. One of the rooms had a noise issue due to vent system for pool. They turned off the system to allow the person in this room to sleep. It was a problem the first night.

Unfortunately, my party of six (two adjoining rooms) had a disappointing stay at this property.The hotel could use a remodel. The carpets are dingy and the first floor of the property had water damage and smelled of mildew. The doors are hollow and you can hear everything from the hall in your room. The pool did not have towels and the towels that we fetched from the front desk were thread bare. The front desk staff were not helpful (told us that they were unfamiliar with the area because they had no time off) not accommodating and bordering on rude. The hotel is within walking distance to Main Street with restaurants and shops but you have to walk down a street of parking lots and by the train station that has panhandlers. The hotel restaurant was good and the rooms were clean.

Reception was not very nice during checkin. She was not outright mean. Maybe she was having a bad day but she seemed angry and rolling her eyes. Gave the energy like she was being bothered. It was uncomfortable. The sheets seemed unclean, they were musty and itchy. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed. There was irons stains on the floor from the leaking toilet.

Top quality accommodation at a reasonable price, located close by the Hyannis Transportation Center that gives bus service to Boston and to the whole of Cape Cod, and only a mile from the Hyannis airport terminal. So it is an ideal 'rest stop' whether travelling to or from the Cape.

Everything was awesome with the exception of the rooms having shared doors which are a little creepy considering the space in each room why not expand the walls to get rid of the shared walls where you can hear everything but it was a great experience. 2 min away from Main Street that has everything you could ever need as well as close to beaches stores and other activities such as mini golf biking etc Bar area appeared to have some grumpy staff members from limited conversation but overall very awesome pulling straws to find complaints really pleasant stay would recommend !

The facility was spacious and attractive, but a little undermaintained (probably due to this being the off season and slow). The restaurant was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel is next to the airport and the location was more commercial/industrial than recreational. Bigger problem was with Expedia. Their rate turned out to be significantly more expensive than the rate directly from Hilton. And the hotel staff advised that I was not eligible to accrue Hilton Honors points due to it being an Expedia booking.

Have great amenities: restaurant, pools, fire pit. Some of the staff need more training, the host tried to put us at the back of the restaurant near the back door, the waiter spoke too much about the price for breakfast and gave us the bill before we ate

The hotel aesthetics were very pretty outside and inside but the bed was not very comfy, the key cards rarely worked, lots of broken equipment in the gym, the bars and restaurants weren’t open Sunday or Monday, the lobby receptionist were very friendly but not very informative. The area surrounding the hotel is definitely a little rough. It was a very convenient location, walking distance to the harbor and downtown shops and restaurants. Lots of shops and restaurants in downtown Hyannis. Also only a 15 minute drive to go whale watching. The outside area was nice to sit out by the fire at night. Some great features of the hotel but it could use a little more updating outside of the lobby areas. Also a pretty quick drive from Boston.

Clean, spacious rooms,Nice large shower breakfast was really good with a lot of excellent choices as was the dinner menu. They practically have a planet fitness in the basement. Granted, it was a Cybex graveyard from the 90’s but there were probably close to a hundred machines down there and most worked properly. They also-have a sign announcing a new gym to be opening soon. Would absolutely stay again if in Hyannis.

Old building, no included breakfast, expensive food when ordered and old gym with broken equipment. On check out I asked for 20 mins as was running late and house keeping kept knocking on my door asking if I was going!!!!

I checked in on 6/6/25 and I wanted to use the indoor pool. I couldn’t ..no lifeguard..she was at the outdoor pool..then on Saturday I asked if there was any place in the hotel to grab lunch..no..they don’t serve food until 5;30..then I take my coffee mug to the indoor pool on Saturday..I was told I couldn’t use my coffee mug..I will never be back.

It is served in a nice dining room, with a regular menu including options like Eggs Benedict, made to order omelettes and delicious French toast. Buffet wasn’t available, perhaps because it was off season. Free parking is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, staff is helpful and professional.

The pillows in the room were flat . We arrived at 4pm and were looking forward to a cup of coffee which the said there was a coffee maker in the room (304) but only one packet for us(wife and I) . The coffee machine was not that good so we changed our minds. The following morning we were having breakfast, to be honest was just fair . The week before,when we were there it was really good and the coffee was hot.
