We liked the hotel, and had a good experience. My only objection was parking, the parking spots are European-size (very small). Not sure why this was, but it was a bit odd, you have to squeeze the car in, and you can barely make it out (if you don't want to scratch your and other cars).

The location was prime however the bar is under construction (which will look great when it’s done) but the pool was supposed to be open but wasn’t. The room was spacious and comfortable once we were able to check in. The check in process should be revamped as each time we asked if our room was ready we were given different answers about when to expect it. Most hotels offer a text when the room was ready but unfortunately here you have to call or stop by to find out.

We were only in Hyannis for one night to see a show, and this place was perfect! They have newly opened a pool bar and restaurant which was excellent, our room was clean, and location was great. Literally walk across the street to the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket if that is what you are planning on doing.

Arrived at 2:30 am and attendant checked us in quickly. Room did not have tub as requested but we move to a different room the next day. Rooms around green space with baggy, hammocks, and fire pit are nice. But rooms away from main building are bigger. 92 year old mother wanted bath tub. If it was for me and my wife we would have appreciated the first room with nice shower only. Toilet paper holder would not stay on wall. Housekeeping had to know this. Simple repairs left undone always concern me. What else hasn’t been done? Secure parking. Easy in and out. It is the perfect location if you are catching ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard without a car. Walk across the street and you are at the ferry dock. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and the room was cleaned daily during our stay. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and Bluewater Grille was a great dining option (amazing lobster roll)! The only con was that our room was supposed to include a deck, which turned out to be a sliding glass door with a railing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are nice. The massive construction and restaurant closure were not what we expected when making the reservation. The resort fee was advertised but not the daily parking fee. Lots of unpleasant surprises. Unable to use the room deck due to tar smell from paving.

The room was ok, but had a few minor things missing like a door seal on the bottom to prevent insects from coming in; however, the main factor was the shower curtain had a large area of mold on it.

Expensive hotel in front of Hyannis ferries, with nice pool. The room had a strange smell, like the carpet was wet. They gave us a room looking at the garage lot for 300 usd a night in the back of the property, I think thats outrageous of price but we arrived really late to complain.

We stayed in a room in which the floors were grossly slanted along with the bed and the furnitures. When we bought it up to front desk, they denied knowing anything about it. They came to see the room, they noticed the structural damage. They offered to change our room but we had already settled near the pool which was convenient for our kids. We should have gotten a discounted rate since the room was subpar.

Loved staying here! This place was very clean and new and we had a great view of the harbor (a little off to the side) but still. The room was very cute and very clean and it was amazing. Parking with a truck I will say is extremely difficult for the parking lot here but other than that it was 10/10! The spots are extremely narrow and the rows are very tight and narrow as well so with a truck was nearly impossible unless we had an end spot. The parking lot is always FULL FULL so we had to leave the truck and uber everywhere so we would lose that spot for the remainder of our trip. So the added fees in uber was just a little disappointing but not the end of the world. Just bring a smaller more average type of a car and you’ll be fine!

This hotel is located in an ideal area. The rooms are clean and relatively large. The only issue we have is with the water pressure in the shower and the supper soft old mattress. So it’s unlikely that we stay here again.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is great. Unfortunately we had a ground level room by the pool in Oct and a large group of parents and kids were in for a soccer or hockey tourney. The room above was just like a herd of elephants upstairs and the kids ran all night and in early morning. Would have asked for a room in the back had I known.

Loved this Hotel-modern clean, large rooms, couldn’t hear people around us. Just wish the bathroom sink was in the bathroom, not the main room. Made it difficult getting ready in the morning while other person was still sleeping

This hotel was beautiful, rooms were huge and comfortable with great bedding, cleaning staff was friendly ahd helpful. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the girls at the front desk were so rude and unhelpful! Multiple other guests were complaining about the front desk girls also. They didn't even smile when you checked in. If you called or went into the lobby to inquire about anything, their tone of voice was nasty and they did not assist in any way! They should all be fired! Terrible customer service! It was if you were disturbing them.

When I got into the hotel, there was 20 people in front of me waiting to check in Wi-Fi and computer were down, So took an hour and a quarter to get to my room . because they couldnt program any cards I had to Leave the door ajar anytime I left. not their best night what shocked me the most was that in a hotel this size there was only one member of staff working , and she was doing the work of four, she was fantastic, management , give Her some help!

Check-in process was unnecessarily slow. While check-in was at 4:00, it was clear there were rooms available earlier, yet front desk staff insisted on checking EVERYONE in at 4:00 in a very small lobby. No food or drink options available at all, but clearly there's a facility for such. Room was a hike from the lobby. Nice place, but they could do so much better with the facility and location.

Loved it! Spacious, new room, great location right across from the ferry, good restaurants nearby. Staff was amazing especially Tania at the front desk who even came and brought us towels and fixed our tv because maintenance had already gone home. She remembered it was my husband’s birthday and sang him happy birthday when we came in from dinner. I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was beautiful, rooms were huge and comfortable with great bedding, cleaning staff was friendly ahd helpful. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the girls at the front desk were so rude and unhelpful! Multiple other guests were complaining about the front desk girls also. They didn't even smile when you checked in. If you called or went into the lobby to inquire about anything, their tone of voice was nasty and they did not assist in any way! They should all be fired! Terrible customer service! It was if you were disturbing them.

Hyannis Harbor was a very nice property and quite large. The lobby area is welcoming and warm, our room was comfortable, and the dining next door was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and enough reason for me to go back if I am ever in the area again.

We were only in Hyannis for one night to see a show, and this place was perfect! They have newly opened a pool bar and restaurant which was excellent, our room was clean, and location was great. Literally walk across the street to the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket if that is what you are planning on doing.

Great hotel. Rooms small but clean and updated. Ferry right across from the hotel, walkable distance to town. Plenty of restaurants in town. Our favorite was Albertos. 10 min ride to Traders Joe, Whole Foods, stop and shop and other stores. Hotel is in walkable distance to the beach( it’s a good 10 min walk) but you can also park you car at the beach ( parking $25 for a day and it’s good for other beaches around). Only complaint about the beach is wish the town cleaned the seaweed from the beach. There was a lot of it. Overall great experience and definitely will be coming back.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and the room was cleaned daily during our stay. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and Bluewater Grille was a great dining option (amazing lobster roll)! The only con was that our room was supposed to include a deck, which turned out to be a sliding glass door with a railing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are nice. The massive construction and restaurant closure were not what we expected when making the reservation. The resort fee was advertised but not the daily parking fee. Lots of unpleasant surprises. Unable to use the room deck due to tar smell from paving.

To be fair there was some construction going on in and around the property, my girlfriend and i really enjoyed staying at the property... The 1 thing that we did not like was that they do not cook or serve food on site...

Prime location. Room was clean, however they didn't come to make up the room until close to 6pm. Understandable, because it was the mass exiting on Labor Day, but I thought they would take the time to make one room staying. The restaurant food was meh. Scallop were over cooked :-( but the fries and drinks were excellect. It was quite chilly in there was well.

It was a last minute booking because issues at my initial hotel I booked for my trip. The staff was kind and vey accommodating, Maria was wonderful! Facilities were clean and hotel is located very convenient if you are traveling to the islands. Bed was super comfortable and room has everything you need. Definitely will be back again!

First, 4pm for check-in is late. Got there around 3:30 room wasn’t ready and was told we would get a text when it became available around 4:00. No text came. Showed up and waited in line for 20 minutes to check in. Only 2 people working with around 15 people waiting to check in (was told you’re short-staffed) Second, I can’t believe you only had one small Keurig coffee maker for the whole hotel! Yes I realize there’s one in every room but for those of us that use creamer we had to go downstairs. Nothing but long lines just to get coffee. Please invest in an industrial sized coffee maker. Lastly, we booked a room with a harbor view (which we didn’t get unless we stuck our heads out the window).
