Everything was ok, but charged $10 per night for parking in a suburban environment you wouldn't typically see charges for parking. Also no breakfast included and other options were overpriced

The service in this hotel is outstanding. Great gym, clean - can’t go wrong.

Simple hotel no pool or hot tub.

Our stay was very goid. Only thing is there is only one main elevator and when jt is busy the wait is so long. But everything else was good.

It was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately the fitness center was busy and there were broken machines, so unable to use it.

We went to the bar/restaurant and initially no one was there but the woman showed up a few minutes later. The "restaurant" was dark (no lights on) even though there was a family waiting to be served. The woman behind the bar was also the waiter for the "restaurant" (it's hardly a restaurant)..this was a Saturday evening. The hotel was easy access to the highway and mall area (although the mall is crazy busy) which is why we booked this hotel. Updating the property, including the restaurant and bar area and getting rid of the parking fee would make this hotel close to perfect.

Staff were great. I arrived late. Good room and bed. No ice first floor need to ask barrista for some in lobby. Parking slots really narrow. Other than that perfect thanks Ian

It was truly annoying to be charged $10 for parking in an open lot. That’s a good reason to go elsewhere. Dumb stealth marketing… This charge was announced to us on check-in. Bad tactic. Hidden fees are disgusting.

It was fine. Unhappy about having to pay to park. Seems ridiculous to me. I travel often and am never charged to park where I'm already paying to stay. No great amenities or breakfast. Next time will stay at one of the other places in the area.

If you have a box truck or bigger vehicle there’s no parking but everything else was good

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. While I had hopes for a comfortable and clean room, I encountered several issues that made my stay less than pleasant. Upon entering the room, I noticed a spider web on the wall near the corner. It was quite unsettling to see, and it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. It was clear that the cleaning standards were not up to par. The next issue I encountered was in the bathroom. The shower head was visibly dirty, with grime and mineral buildup present. It not only looked unappealing but also made me question the hygiene of the bathroom. Taking a shower was not the refreshing experience I had hoped for. Furthermore, the bathtub was in a deplorable state. Mold had taken over the grout lines, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. It was impossible to relax and enjoy a bath in such conditions, and I avoided using the tub altogether. To top it all off, the surface of the toilet seat had what appeared to be a burn mark. This not only made it uncomfortable to use but also left me wondering about the overall maintenance and attention to detail in the room. Overall, my stay in this hotel room was disappointing. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was evident, and it greatly affected my comfort and satisfaction. I would recommend that the hotel management takes immediate action to address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

The hotel was filthy. My daughter and I booked 5 nights and left after the first.

The bath tub was very dirty and had stains marks on the floor and look very bad . The room had a light oder which was not light . The shower curtain was not in good condition and was dirty. We were never told at check in or during booking that the house keeping is done every other day. We should have been informed so that we can chose the hetel accoringly .

Clean and airy room that was made up daily. Super friendly and kind staff and an excellent location for a short driving into Boston city centre.

Room 334 . I heard ever neighbor laughing, even at 130am. The person up above me dropped everything on the floor,so i heard him band everything. I checked out a day early because i could not sleep peacefully there. And your front desk clerk didn't care.

Great staff. Couldn't turn off fan unit in room, but I was comfortable despite this. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to I-90 as well. The hotel was quiet.

Wish there was microwave in room

Room was very quiet and clean. All staff was very friendly! Minor issues: Ice machine on the floor we stayed on was broken, and breakfast is not included, but very convenient to the turnpike and ultimate reason/location for our trip to the Boston area.

Room is outdated and dark. And small. Bed doesn’t face TV.Wallpaper peeling by ceiling. Dingy

Standard courtyard. Many of the courtyards are still I great shape but decor is getting a bit outdated. There r no C outlets or pads for charging. But overall a pleasant stay.

Desk staff was really great! But we arrived late and exhausted, and got up to our room to discover there was no bedding for the sofabed in our room. It took about a half hour for us to get the bedding and get the bed made up. We were tired and really just wanted to collapse, and weren't thrilled to have to do this extra step. Hotel didn't even have a fitted sheet for the sofabed, just flat sheets, and the blanket they gave us honestly felt like a burlap sack. Sofabed itself was not very comfortable, but we expected that. Of all the things to prioritize at a hotel, it seems like bedding would be at the top of the list. Desk staff did their best to help but the hotel literally didn't have appropriate bedding for the bed we had paid for.

I've stayed here several times and I like it because it's quiet and the staff is great. The only complaint I have is in the area of the sink the lighting is terrible. Especially for us women who need to put on makeup and the mirror is so far away it's very difficult to see. Definitely need better lighting and a pull out mirror on the side.

Staff is wonderful, kind and friendly people.

Awful check-in with a rude receptionist

I booked my a room with a King bed and a queen sofa bed for my my wife and I and our two teenage sons. I had prepaid for the room and check in online because I new we would be arriving late. When we did arrive our room was not available and we were told that we had a choice to either drive another half an hour to another hotel or take the room they had (only a King with no sofa bed) and they would comp us the room and breakfast. It was late and my wife was ill and hadn't come with us so I decided to take the comp. With some back and forth in the morning I received my breakfast comp but I have yet to be refunded for the room despite repeated attempts to reach out to the hotel. This is such terrible customer service, if you offer to comp a client you need to follow through, otherwise don't just make an empty offer. I find it more insulting to be offered the comp and not receive it than to not be offered the comp at all!

Waited 15 mins for front desk person to appear. Waited 10 mins for elevator. The room smells like musty shoes. First impressions are not the best.

Great property, friendly and helpful staff, daily housekeeping, easy parking lot, good location near highways and shopping centers. I noted when booking that I’d be coming in early from a redeye so would appreciate early checkin—they were able to check me in upon my arrival at 6am. Will stay again.

Very close to the mall for dining and shopping offers. Easy in and out and close to the mass pike.

Great location, a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. Situated near Logan express parking lot F. It’s very quiet as far as street noise ( 5th floor - back side ) I would stay here again for sure.

I thoroughly enjoyed this stay. My only feedback would be to clarify information about free breakfast. When I booked I was told that breakfast was free and then when I asked about it during the stay we were told that we had to pay at the bar. It is a factor that influenced my decision to stay with you. So, that may be something you should consider in the future.

It was extremely convenient for getting into and out of Boston, bith by driving and using the Riverside T station. Coffee in the morning was excellent! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. More outlets for charging would be nice because I was traveling with two teenagers. And it was a little bit tricky to keep the room at a cool temperature. I'm not sure if the a/c was working properly? Overall a great location for visiting Boston!

Extremely quiet room on 3rd floor back side amazing no highway noise . It is conveniently next to Logan express and the any type of shop for a great shopping experience.

Very nice location close to so many food and shopping areas. Bar & bistro open at night, and breakfast available but not free. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The facility is older but maintained. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is a bit difficult as the road itself is not clearly marked. Unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be any convenient spot for breakfast. There are some options in the lobby but you must pay extra.

The chef "bartender" was out. So there was no dinner at 6 or 7 pm. It is disappointing that the hotel does not have a back up cook.

There really wasn't anything unique about the hotel Much like other Marrott hotels. They didn't offer a free breakfast which I usually take advantage of even if just for the coffee.

We needed a pet-friendly place for a couple of days. Nice place, clean. Extremely nice staff. The Bistro had good food and Cory at the bar was friendly and fun.

Great bar and restaurant. Clean rooms. So great!
