We spent two nights at the hotel, which was comfortable. However, I don't think I would stay again. There was not much parking, the parking the hotel had was an additional $17 per night, however, when we parked, we had to put a credit card into the system to pay before leaving, which charged an additional $27 So, it turned out to be $44 per night in parking.

We visited Babson, and the hotel is only 8 minutes away—very convenient and easy to get to. The hotel is large, with very spacious and clean rooms. It also has a beautiful and pleasant terrace. The pool area is great, as is the gym.

Overall not a terrible place, of course they nickel and dime you for everything, however this is Massachusetts, but not having towels in the pool or fitness room is poor.

Great stay! Excellent ammenities and super clean. I had a problem with parking. Guests should be aware that if they charge the garage rate to your room stay- you need to exit with your room key card. If you only stay one night, you have already left your card at the desk and then you end up paying by credit card to exit and have to dispute the extra charge. Discussed with the hotel leadership and they forwarded info to the garage management- but 2 different companies here. So make sure to ask about this. Otherwise- really great stay and very convenient.

We found several used items (shoes, plastic bottle, plastic cup, bottle cap) under the bed. A bedside table lamp was missing a bulb, we were told it would be replaced but this never happened. Lamp WITH bulb was not plugged in. We moved lamps around so we would have adequate light. We were comped a $3 bag of peanuts but that was sad! Other than this, room was quiet, clean, and coffee was good. Mattress was too soft.

The staff at the check-in desk were great, helpful, efficient and accommodating. The size of the room was ample. We requested a room with roll in shower that was roomy, safer and easier than a bathtub. Unfortunately, the floor is not properly angled, water streamed out onto the rest of the bathroom floor every time we showered and we had to improvise putting towels on the floor to keep it dry and safe from slipping, it's an accident waiting to happen and a liability. During our 7 day stay, there was NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS ON 2 DAYS. Coffee supplies were lacking. When requested, we were given only decaf (we asked for regular), or only 1 pack was available at a time or delivery was hours later. Upon unpacking the first day, I found a large toenail clipping on the top corner of the box spring near the headboard. I have a photo if you'd like me to provide it. Housekeeping did not clean well then and the next time we requested service, toilet paper was not provided even though the one hanging was almost at the end; no coffee packets or cups were supplied.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Needham and was disappointed on multiple fronts. The air conditioning was inconsistent — frigid in some hallways, barely working in others — and the rooms felt swampy and damp from excess humidity. Peeling paint was a clear sign of poor upkeep, and the dampness gave the space an unpleasant feel. Cleanliness was lacking; looking under the bed or near furniture revealed debris clearly left from prior guests. Breakfast service was disorganized — staff forgot orders, failed to communicate delays, and left guests waiting without updates. The food overall was heavy, processed, and far from healthy. Location offered nothing within walking distance, and service, while polite, felt impersonal. Bottom line: Between the humidity, inconsistent climate control, lack of cleanliness, poor breakfast service, and dated atmosphere, this hotel does not meet expectations for the price.

Overall, very good. Disappointing that we were charged for an extra person. Sleeps 4, we had 3… why is that an extra person? Also, you knew there were 3 of us and we were only given 2 sets of towels and 1 small roll of toilet paper! A very musty smell in room… possibly the carpet? Other than this, everything was good.

Our room had wet carpeting and it smelled like mildew. They did not have any other rooms available. I did not get any sleep because the mildew made me sick and when I left I had a terrible headache.

Atrocious. We stayed here for two nights. In the first room we checked into their was BLOOD on the pillow and bedcovers, moved to a second room - AGAIN, blood on the sheets. Third room? Blood on the duvet, sheets, dirt stains on towels and shower curtain.... The washrooms in the gym are filthy, stains on the walls, broken tiles, door handles not working. Ice machines don't work on the 4th floors....absolutely shocking state of this hotel for a Sheraton.

The staff was amazing and polite, the hotel was clean and and had a welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I did find candy on the floor in the room and it appears to be from previous guests, so i will just recommend please be thorough while cleaning the rooms.

Front desk staff was friendly. I was put in a 1st floor room where I had to climb 8 stairs to get to --- while carrying a suitcase. I was told it had a nice view --- it looked out on a mountain of rock. The shower water pressure was awful and there was mold around the tub. Worse than that ---- there were little gnats/fruit flies in the room and also in the concierge suite. Also - the concierge suite was not staffed and while there was supposed to be snacks, etc., from 5-8pm - the food (hot item and cookies) was gone when I arrived at 5:20pm and never replenished. Very disappointing.

We appreciated having a mini fridge, coffee maker and supplies in the room. Room temperature was comfortable. Very safe bathroom with grab bars, the tub was slippery, should provide an anti-slip mat. There was a desk chair, we asked for another regular chair (2 people in the room). None was available.

This is one of my favorite properties to stay at when I have the option. The staff is always super friendly. The rooms are very clean. The rooms are pretty spacious. Nice water, pressure good water temperature in the shower.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. Hotel location was convenient to many areas in the greater Boston area. My only complaint was the heating system made a very loud noise when turning on. Interrupted my sleep.

The hotel it nice - always seems to be crowded with people attending local events or having events at the hotel. The rooms are nice, pretty basic in decor but always clean. my only 2 complaints are the very low water pressure in the shower and the poor lighting in the rooms. Impossible to do your makeup if you care. ;) oh and the toilets flush so loudly it shakes the whole room. All good otherwise, nice little market in the lobby, a Starbucks, an ATM.. very nice staff.

When we got in last night we checked in and were not offered an upgrade as the VIP program stated and they didn't acknowledge the 20% off for food! We then requested the food coupon at the front desk and she said just tell the waitress about it when you eat. So this morning we told the waitress and she'd never heard of it and the new front desk person said nothing showed up on my reservation about getting special VIP perks! What's going on here?

Was awakened at 4:00 AM by children in the room above us jumping off the bed onto the floor for over an hour. Called the front desk from cell phone because the room phone didn’t work. Was comped parking and breakfast. Staff responded to the issue very quickly.

The hotel itself was fine and as expected. I was very disappointed to be charged an additional $17/day to park my car in a garage. I booked and paid for my stay through hotel but was also charged for full night's stay on my credit card, promised to be used for incidentals only. Mistakes happen, but trying working with customer service to rectify the problem was a nightmare. I'm constantly put on hold forever, people don't follow up as promised, and when I'm not talking to a robot, individual representatives forward me to other service reps. Spent a lot of time on the phone, trying to get Sheraton customer service to fix their mistake.

After driving for hours from Pennsylvania to Boston to visit our daughter in college, we arrived at the hotel around 10:00PM to check in. We were told that they were OVERBOOKED and that our room, which was reserved and prepaid by the way, was not available. They had provided us with another room, not in the area but in another state-Rhode Island! We then had to drive another hour to get to our hotel. Unacceptable.

We visited Babson, and the hotel is only 8 minutes away—very convenient and easy to get to. The hotel is large, with very spacious and clean rooms. It also has a beautiful and pleasant terrace. The pool area is great, as is the gym.

Nice space over all. The lotion and soap in the room was Warm Oak which is fine if you are male but I was glad I had my own wash with me. Maybe an organic more neutral scent? The coffee at breakfast was terrible and not hot. The rest of buffet spread was good but good hot coffee in the morning makes a big difference! Appreciated my VIP recognition but there wasn't a pre made card avail and it was handwritten so other hotel staff thought I was just trying to get 20% myself.

The staff were lovely and the facility was clean. Complaints-No free coffee in the lobby, coffee maker in room did not work, breakfast too expensive- we went out to eat, minimal parking and no clear directions in terms of where to park while unloading car and the parking garage- we were stuck in- and heard others were too. Scanning room key did not work. Recommend coffee in lobby at a minimum

The worse restaurant and service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel or any restaurant. When we complain to the front desk, they said they wouldn’t charge us for the food we didn’t order. They did and the fact that the food came out over an hour and not at the same time is ridiculous when the restaurant wasn’t busy. I would never recommend this place. Management is terrible.

The hotel was excellent. Overall, very pleased. Staff was SUPER courteous and helpful. Only complaint was that I was unable to reach the kitchen from my room so I went to the bar and ordered food to go and it took 45 minutes. The food was excellent when it arrived.

Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the level of service and functionality I expect from a Sheraton property. From the beginning of our stay, we encountered one problem after another: • The service in the hotel restaurant was extremely poor. • The telephone in our room did not work, making it difficult to contact the front desk or request assistance. • Every time we attempted to change the television to ESPN2, the television shut off completely. • We requested assistance with the television and waited approximately 30 minutes for an engineer to arrive. When he did, there was a significant language barrier, and he was unable to explain the problem or provide us with a solution. • The following morning, we could not get the shower to work. We contacted the front desk and were told an engineer would be sent to our room. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I could wait no longer because we were on a schedule, so I had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink. When the engineer finally arrived, we learned that the shower required pushing in the lever in a way that was not at all apparent to us. By that point, however, I had already finished getting ready using the sink. Any one of these issues might have been a minor inconvenience. Taken together, however, they made for an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience

The person who helped me at check-in charged me again for the room when I had already paid online and I had to speak to accounting to have the charge refunded and it will take 3-5 business days. If you book here, make sure you verify the amount that they are charging you to avoid this.
