Best Western North Attleboro - Providence Beltway

We've stayed at this hotel before (approx 10 years ago) and found it perfect. But it's now run down. The lobby smelled like chlorine, elevator amelled like marijuana, pool was closed, fridge had a broken shelf guard, and the laminate on the front of the bureau was coming off.

I booked this hotel because of the pool access and breakfast selections. The breakfast was very good But the pool was closed. And told we could use one 10 minutes away. Did not mention a slight price decrease because of the trouble to travel to another hotel for pool options. Very disappointed.

I was amazed that this small hotel had all these amenities. They had a washer and dryer available to customers, a small gym, and a swimming pool. Wifi and complementary breakfast were good.

The building was old. Paint peeling in the pool area. Shower in pool area broken and no towels. My room was very damp to the point my socks were wet walking on the carpet. Room smelled very musty.

The rooms appear to be updated, everything was clean and we enjoyed the pool. Basic breakfast but was what we needed.

Pool was closed, property appeared to be going through renovation.

Bathroom doors did not lock in both rooms.Pool was filthy bandaids on the pool deck and either very cloudy.Wieght room equipment was not working and very unsafe.Dresser drawers falling apart.

This property was very rundown. Every piece of equipment in the gym was broken. The lobby bathrooms were filthy and when the desk was informed they only posted an out of order sign on the doors instead of getting them cleaned. 3 people fell at different times in the breakfast room and upon letting staff know the reason they only responded by propping up a yellow slippery floor sign instead of drying the carpet under the a/c wall vent that was soaked and when the people stepped from the wet carpet onto the tile floor they slipped and fell. The rooms toilet clogged each time the restroom was used and asked the staff for a plunger but instead of them bringing it up to the room and unclogging it, they handed us a plastic bag with the plunger in it and it had mold and dried feces in the bottom of the bag. How incredibly unsanitary and lack of concern for their guests health and wellbeing. The sheets felt wet and a bit slimy making us feel uncomfortable as we tried to sleep and the beds were extremely soft and felt like sleeping in a ditch. Upon checking out we looked down at the floor from the front desk to the door and noticed a trail of blood droplets, so gross that we had to take big steps as to not step on them while carrying luggage. This Best Western property was the absolute worst I’ve ever stayed in but guaranteed I never would again!!! Very poorly ran!!

Gym is horrible . Pool is kind of green!

The room was clean and smelled clean. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. I slept very well. I would definitely come back.

Booked late for a night to sleep with my family. We were on a road trip. The hotel was decent, the rooms were outdated. The bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling. Also had a bug crawling in the bed. I tried to speak with the manager of the hotel the next morning, she seemed to have brushed me off and didnt want to address the mold or bug in the room. Very disappointed in what we got for the price we had to pay.

The first room I was in was not cleaned well. Debris on the floor and bed. Took top cover off to deal with debris and hair on bed. To find hair on sheets. Surfaces weren’t wiped down. Asked to move rooms. This room was cleaned but smelled of mildew and mold.

The carpeting in the room was so absolutely filthy that when I showered it left a pool of black filth in the bottom of the bathtub. In addition, the hotel had zero regular coffee in the entire Hotel including my room and downstairs which is utterly preposterous and unacceptable in addition to the absolute filth of the carpeting. I had high hopes for this hotel but it fell flat on his face, is absolutely disgusting, and I would never stay here again. They also basically told me too bad that they had no regular coffee. The one positive thing I can say about this place is that there was an absolutely lovely and accommodating young Asian woman at the front desk during the day who was absolutely delightful.

Good location for our event, but the property needs cleaning. Inside the room, I did see a cockroach, a lot of dust, spotty walls, and room lighting was dark so you couldn't tell if the rug was clean. Aircon, TV worked well.

The rooms were absolutely filthy. I had two rooms they were next door to each other. My daughter and her boyfriend had the other room. After only checking in at 11:30 that night my wife and I were in the room about two hrs when our toilet broke and was overflowing. The staff said they had no one to fixed it till the morning. With that said we had no toilet overnight. We asked for a plumber that night but they said they didn’t have one. In the morning at 7 am my wife went to see if they had any one to fix it. But they said no. She then asked again for a new

The place was old and gross. Had a weird smell in the hallways. Mismatched paint. Scratches all over the walls and doors. Shower was brown and still had soap in there from who knows when. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was horrible, I checked out early. First there was no one available at the desk for checkin. I went and sat in my car until someone else arrived and then went back on to see if I could check in. There was an odor that smelled like mold. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, they were all wrinkled when I pulled back the top layer. The coffee pot didn’t work and the final straw was when I returned from the bathroom and found a roach walking on my pillow. They told me I would get a refund for two nights I didn’t stay but I’m not seeing it on my credit card yet.

I felt totally uncomfortable in my room. The sheets and pillows felt damp. I left after an hour and would like a refund

Clean rooms and hotel

I go here often and this time got the must expensive room. I was deeply disappointed. The Jacuzzi tub is very old and only one button works. The shower head needs to be replaced. The toilet you have to flush several times. Three mattress is really bad and hurt my back and the free breakfast used to be better.

We were next to pool on one side and elevator on the other. Loud until late at night. The elevator going up and down all night was nonstop and couldn't sleep. Breakfast was decent. Had to ask for linens for pull out bed and enough towels for three people

Room was fine, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Didnt much care for the shower but thats a personal preference (too narrow and a little slippery). Overall a nice place, would stay there again.

Late night check in was smooth. Walls are thin and we could hear a good amount of noise from rooms above and beside us.

Room was excellent and accommodated everyone

Property is a bit older. Room had a very musty smell to it. Shower bar broken. However the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms need a little tlc as the one bed seemed a little broke and the outlets in the lamp did not work. Otherwise a nice stay. Staff was great at check in and check out

Hotel needs upgrades

Nice bed, very good breakfast..... The hotel screams for maintenance, or at least, in the room that I stay. Beautiful foliage around.

This has to be one of my worse experiences ever in a hotel. I booked through hotel .com and the staff at the front desk was nothing but rude and not helpful at a. They told me it was a third party company and they couldn’t help me with my reservation. So eventually I got to my room and it had wet towels behind the room door. Also the lock was broke on the door I asked to be switched to rooms and she told me no sorry we’re full and that hotel was not full. Then later I went to go get dollars for the vending machine I politely lasted her if she had dollars I had quarters because it only took dollars and her sponsor was do you have money for it . I will never ever stay at a best western again even after I bought a voucher to use from your hotel So disappointing and I will not recommend that hotel to anyone

When we arrived (late check in) there were fire trucks and ems because someone was smoking weed and set off the alarm at 1:30 am. Then we were checked into a room that people were already in. Thank goodness they had the interior lock in place. The room we were subsequently checked into was falling apart. Molding away from the wall, drawers crooked and off track, the tub spout was about to fall off, hair dryer didn't work, and one of the lamp shades looked like it had been in a wrestling match and lost. However, it did seem clean and the breakfast was good. Thank you for the gluten free options.

Employees were friendly & helpful. Bathroom was not as clean as i would have liked, and the outlet was coming out of the bathroom wall. But otherwise it was a good stay. Thank you!

This property has been renovated and is quite nice. Good value for the money and cozy breakfast. We hoped to enjoy the indoor pool but it was closed for maintenance. The manager recognized our disappointment and compensated us appropriately. We will stay again when visiting our family locally

The gave us keys to someone else’s room when we first checked in. And then at midnight someone else entered our room as they gave someone else keys to our room. Phone did not work. Noisy, can hear everything in hallway and in room above.

Extremely rude, obnoxious wake up just past 11am even though we had an approved (and paid for) late check out time of 1pm. Was startled awake by banging on our door, yelling and threatening to enter, and when told we had a late check out there was no apology. We were stuck in Foxboro for 3 hours after the Coldplay concert and got in very late. We booked late check out knowing this may be the case. Staff should be checking accounts before they come banging on doors waking up guests who paid extra to get rest before long flights. Was not appreciated, during check out there was also no greeting or apology. Not happy with this hotel at all, would like to hear from management.

We arrived at 4 25 pm. Check in went ok. Asked for a 1 st floor and was told the hotel was very busy and i had to take what room i was given. That was ok. We were given a 2nd floor room , when we opened the door the room was a mess. Housekeeping had not touched it yet. We where issued another room this ti.e on the 1 st floor. Later that day to toilet was clogged, i went to the desk and was handed a plunger and we told she would help 9f needed but she couldn't leave the desk.

Liked that it was 28 minutes from Gillette stadium.

Great place to stay, especially if you have something to do at Gillette Stadium. Beds were extremely comfortable

I found this hotel to be in affordable option while I was staying in the Providence area. It is accessible to Providence and a highway ride to Boston.

Perfect for our needs. Well connected to the highways and easy access. Clean and good service.

I rented a room for a concert at Gillette Stadium, it was clean and really not that far from the stadium, the staff was very friendly and the beds were comfy.

This was very easy to get to and very convenient for access to the interstate for quick travel to our son.

Good spot for a night stay. Close to restaurants and highway(s).

This was my second stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Breakfast was good, the lady running it does her job extremely well. Nothing runs out when she's on shift! She's off Sundays and Mondays FYI! Great lady! There's a killer burger place less than 2 miles from here, KC's. I'm pretty sure I'll stay here again next time I come up.

It was a very nice place. The front desk greeted me everytime I walked in/ out. The room was comfortable, the bed & pillows were amazing. However, the continental breakfast was very underwhelming. We also seen a critter crawling around which is unsanitary. Also, the pool area could use some new equipment and a deep clean. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay again but I do recommend upgrading the breakfast and thoroughly cleaning the property.

The room was large, the breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from, the front desk was helpful

The property is a little older, but was very clean and quiet. The woman who takes care of breakfast kept the food well stocked and the dining area was immaculate. She interacted with the clients and made sure that they felt welcome, but she was not intrusive. I made sure to thank her and know I appreciated it.

Convenient to Gillette Stadium for events. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Everything was fresh.

Breakfast is terrible and now until 9 am. If you do not request to have your room cleaned they will not do it. Spent a week and they did it twice only. Only one staff was friendly and responded back to good morning. The rest omg.

The facility was clean. We couldn't check-in due to no rooms being available (room was already paid for). The breakfast was lackluster and for the $400/night price it had the value of a $100 room. Not even nice view from window.
