I wasn’t allowed to check-in until 4:30 pm because they stated my room wasn’t cleaned yet. Properly was in poor condition and dirty. Pool was nasty!! Didn’t feel safe letting my daughters swim in it. The area the hotel is in is safe and its located in convenient location.

The rooms are clean and have plenty of room to stay with a pet. The staff was friendly and greeted my dog warmly. There is a $100 fee for a pet stay, which is understandable, but it would be nice if all or part could be refunded if there is no damage to the room. There is a good walking area around the hotel, but there are too many inconsiderate pet owners who do not clean up after their dogs & it does not seem like the hotel has anyone do it either.

The staff were very nice, the only down fall one of the doors to enter was broke had to walk around if something was not there to hold the door open, unfortunately the door was always had something in it to hold open day and night

We traveled with 2 dogs and requested a ground floor room closest to an exit. The hotel delivered and placed us in room 101. Some items like the stove did not work and we notified the front desk. The room door latch sometimes stayed open so you had to double check each time the door closed properly. The outside exit door badge reader is inoperative so we used a small rock to keep the door from locking us out while we tended to our dogs late at night. The breakfast selection could use more variety. But overall we were satisfied with our stay and the location was prime right off the highway.

Hotel is older so it is a little dated. My room looked clean but then I found goldfish under the bed and the vanity drawers were dirty and not cleaned. Not a bad place to stay but bring disinfecting wipes so you can clean stuff if needed. They need to be better about cleaning given they have a lot of reviews complaining about it.

Staff were courteous. The carpet had large multiple stains which were concerning. Linens appeared clean. Mattress on the pull out bed needs to be replaced as the blanket which was bagged in the closet. Breakfast and dining area were great. Front lobby floor needed to be mopped. Dirty at check in and check out.

Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, walls, air vents, mirrors are all caked with dust. Non smoking building that smells of smoke. Needs a serious upgrade, shower is all yellow.

Staff was friendly, pool was great and breakfast was good. The room, however, smelled like someone had smoked in it, mold and ants in the bathroom, damage to the walls, dented refrigerator - it looked like no one has maintained the property in quite some time.

Unfortunately, we found bed bugs in our bed. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and was very disappointed when the bed bugs started to bite our daughter, we had to end our 4 day stay Early. We found the bed buys one day after check in and left the same day to clean our belongings.

Long hairs on bathtub walls, dried vomit on wall near toilet, old coil noisy mattress, limited breakfast weekdays, scuffed up elevator walls and halls. Dumpy dark brown/beige colors. Was very surprised for a Marriott. The parking lot was full. The website make it look much better than it is. My son goes to a nearby college so I will need to find a descent hotel nearby. I took pics. Not returning to this one.

The room was big and nice but it smelled like a wet dog. The air conditioning I don't know if it wasn't working well or that it didn't cool properly. I traveled from NY to stay here the traffic on the road was too much so we spent about 7 hours on the way arriving to check in at 1 am next day for that reason I asked if they could give me a late check out and they told me a very big NO without taking in consideration my case. The rest was fine. We still enjoyed it a little.

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times, it’s our favorite hotel in the area. Check-in is always speedy and the front desk staff is very helpful. There were complimentary treats upon check in that were positively delicious! The woman who checked us in on our last 2 visits was kind and professional. We appreciate having the ability to make small purchases from the on site “convenience store”. They keep snacks and necessities stocked there, for that late night craving or in case you forget a charger or toothbrush etc. The breakfast is always good, in fact it’s the best in our area and includes multiple hot and cold options. They never complain if we take an extra yogurt or small snack back to the room for later. Parking is convenient and you can usually get pretty close to the rooms, which we like since we are the extreme opposite of “light” packers and we can see our car from at least one window in the room. The towels, blankets, and pillows in the room are fluffy and VERY clean! We enjoy the modern conveniences in the room (smart tv, usb plug ins to charge devices, sleek leather furniture and modern lighting). The rooms are well stocked with clean dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils. The appliances are all up to date. The rooms truly feel like a home away from home. It was comfortable, quiet, and all-in-all deserving of high praise. Our one and only qualm with this location is the pricing. The rooms are very pricey, even considering how nice they are.

My room was dated. The bathroom tub was scratched up and unpleasant to see. The bathroom cubbards were very weathered and in bad shape. scratched cabinets just gave you a feeling that the hotel is unkept and not properly maintained. The couch was a cheap vinyl that was very uncomfortable and you stuck to it.

The staff was fine. The breakfast was ok. On par with many other crappy free hotel breakfasts. The main issue with hotel is that it is old and has clearly not had any updates in a LONG time. The room was dirty…very rinky dink beds and no luggage racks. One shower was clogged…light switches that were backwards for the ‘appropriate’ lights…the room was just very weak in every way. Old sheets, old pillows, old beds…

Overall the stay met its purpose. The hotel was convenient to what we were doing but I would not stay here again. As these rooms only have one bed, my son was to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. What a joke for a bed! The mattress was paper thin and very uncomfortable. I ended up using the sheets to make up the sofa for him to sleep on which that was uncomfortable as well. The kitchen had all we needed however there was a dish cloth and spoonge but there wasn't any dish soap to be found. The breakfast was sufficient. I was disappointed to find that the waffles were only available on the weekend. That is pretty much all my son eats when we travel so this was a challenge. The only thing that made the stay enjoyable was the night employee at the front desk, Neila. She was very friendly and checked us in efficiently. Another positive to this hotel is the restaurant next door, 99. The restaurant was very good enough so we ate there 2 times. If you are going for comfort you should choose another hotel.

Went to Massachusetts for my mothers funeral and tried over the phone to stay an extra day and couldn't get that to happen and I had to make other arrangements. I asked for a room next to family member and they couldn't accommodate that family member on first floor and I was on third floor. TV remote did not work properly , no toilet plunger in room first time using toilet and it almost over flowed asked front desk for plunger to be brought to room just in case this happened again and it never was brought to room, telephone in room did not work tried different numbers and nothing worked no dial tone but phone was plugged into wall. I would not recommend this hotel anymore I stayed before but it has gone in service .

We traveled with 2 dogs and requested a ground floor room closest to an exit. The hotel delivered and placed us in room 101. Some items like the stove did not work and we notified the front desk. The room door latch sometimes stayed open so you had to double check each time the door closed properly. The outside exit door badge reader is inoperative so we used a small rock to keep the door from locking us out while we tended to our dogs late at night. The breakfast selection could use more variety. But overall we were satisfied with our stay and the location was prime right off the highway.

Staff were courteous. The carpet had large multiple stains which were concerning. Linens appeared clean. Mattress on the pull out bed needs to be replaced as the blanket which was bagged in the closet. Breakfast and dining area were great. Front lobby floor needed to be mopped. Dirty at check in and check out.

This property is worn and dingy. There were numerous things needing repair. The hotel needs a complete remodel.The breakfast was horrible.The staff was fine. The current rating on Expedia is extremely inaccurate. I never leave reviews but this was exceptionally bad.

The staff was fine. The breakfast was ok. On par with many other crappy free hotel breakfasts. The main issue with hotel is that it is old and has clearly not had any updates in a LONG time. The room was dirty…very rinky dink beds and no luggage racks. One shower was clogged…light switches that were backwards for the ‘appropriate’ lights…the room was just very weak in every way. Old sheets, old pillows, old beds…

Comfortable, clean and modern. Overall great stay. We were there for a baseball tournament. We were able to socialize and order take out in the lobby / dining area. Slept great and breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is in dire need of updating in general, for example my room this time, the tub looked like the finish was stripped, I hope it was not a stain of unknown origin. The breakfast was delicious, good variety.

Overall the stay met its purpose. The hotel was convenient to what we were doing but I would not stay here again. As these rooms only have one bed, my son was to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. What a joke for a bed! The mattress was paper thin and very uncomfortable. I ended up using the sheets to make up the sofa for him to sleep on which that was uncomfortable as well. The kitchen had all we needed however there was a dish cloth and spoonge but there wasn't any dish soap to be found. The breakfast was sufficient. I was disappointed to find that the waffles were only available on the weekend. That is pretty much all my son eats when we travel so this was a challenge. The only thing that made the stay enjoyable was the night employee at the front desk, Neila. She was very friendly and checked us in efficiently. Another positive to this hotel is the restaurant next door, 99. The restaurant was very good enough so we ate there 2 times. If you are going for comfort you should choose another hotel.

My wife and I travel a lot , so we’ve seen it all.This hotel is filthy. Housekeeping manager should be fired. Wiped my finger on desk top and top of desk light. Filthy. Bathroom filthy, even left with fecal matter in toilet and residue of grime in remainder of bathroom. What a joke! Front desk moved us to another room. Same issue less the fecal matter. Our family member also booked a room for the same 3 night stay and her room was also filthy. We ended up leaving the hotel and scrambling to find another hotel with last minute availability at 10pm.. KEEP FAR AWAY!

The room and hotel were fine. The lady at the front desk gave us a weird vibe. Seemed like she did not enjoy speaking much. They said they clean the rooms every other day but they only changed out the garbage and replaced towels. They also reset their WiFi during the day without telling anyone. My wife was in the middle of remote work at the time. We were here for 3 nights.
