Comfy bed. Easy property to navigate. Close to delicious food (Boston Tavern and the 60’s Diner!) would absolutely stay here again if we visit Gillette Stadium again.

Staff was lovely except there was no help for luggage, our room was the farthest from the lobby on the second floor (205 needing elevator, also very far) and we asked for help on check out day, but none came, so we had to go down bring the luggage trolly up ourselves, load our luggage and steer it all the way back around the cleaning staff carts in the halls that morning. It was very hard on a couple of old ladies after a very taxing week in the heat for an event at Gillette, I'm nearly 60 and my roommate has a cane. Otherwise, hotel is lovely. The restaurant was convenient but very expensive for the food quality.

Rude front desk staff!!! We got to the hotel after4 in the morning because our flight was very delayed, when we went inside there was no one at the front desk. After calling out for someone I noticed a staff member asleep behind the back counter. I kept calling out to them for several minutes and then realized that they had AirPods on. Finally I went back and gave them a slight shake which took a while for them to come around and wake up. Once I finally got checked in I requested a half hour or hour extra for a late check out. I was promptly and rudely told no, they won’t do that for 3rd party bookings. We went to our room for our 7 hours and left.
