Nice location, quiet. Pool was wonderful. Great value!

The property is located in quite area. Parking was easy. To get to the room was easy. The room was clean and well kept. Would recommend

The pool was very dirty and the air conditioner stopped working on my third day of my four days stay. The staff was extremely friendly, however they were not very good at cleaning. I actually bought my own products and did most of the cleaning myself. On my third day of my stay the air conditioning unit stopped working and would not turn on. It was my last night so I just opened the window and dealt with it. The pool is also in very bad condition. There were broken tiles and a ton of grass and bugs floating around in it. I will definitely not be revisiting again.

We had a mostly pleasant stay. The location is very convenient for many Pittsfield attractions and is not far from Adams and Lee. Convenient location for hikers and outdoor activities. The outdoor pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. Clean towels were available pool side. Easy parking by your motel door. Interior seems recently renovated, so is mostly clean, but with everything on the first floor with doors exposed to outside, there is some dampness and some creepy crawlies that entered because the door isn't sealed well. Adding a door sweep at the bottom to keep bugs out and rotating a dehumidifier through the rooms would improve the experience a lot! We also ran out of toilet paper and tissue one night, so if the staff were to provide backup toilet paper, that would be helpful. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit the Berkshires for Geocaching.

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. The bath towels had some stains on them. I went to swim in the pool but it had a lot of leaves floating in it so I just put my feet in, there seemed to be some kind of substance in the water and when I put my flip-flops back on, my feet stained them white. Also there was garbage around the pool area.

Broken outlets, the door wouldn't close tight, the mattress frame was the wrong size and stuck out past the mattress (which caused endless bruised shins), the pool was closed and full of leaves, and the "included" breakfast did not exist. The desk guy even yelled at us for checking and asked why everyone thinks they have breakfast. It's listed on multiple booking sites.... One extra star because there is liquor store in the parking lot to ease the pain of this decision.

Property and rooms were nice and clean. Well taken care of for this older motel. The redone pool was nice. We were able to walk to a few places to eat. Convenient and inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels. A nice gem. Definitely would recommend

This was our second stay this year and as always like our stays in year’s past, the room was clean and comfortable. The room and property, inside and out, are kept well maintained and updated so it looks very nice. I love the in-town location and how the property sits on top of a little hill away from street traffic and in a bright, sunny spot. It is a Mom & Pop era motel that offers the basics of an overnight motel stay with a lot of dependable comfort. It’s all that we need and enjoy.

The motel room had some nice modern touches but they couldn't completely cover up the fact this this was apparently an older, crappy motel. The smell of must and stale cigarettes lingered in the room. On the bright side, the room had nice beds, an lots of conveniences: a fridge, a microwave, wifi, and a nicely updated bathroom. The shower was tricky to turn on, but I eventually figured it out. Overall, it was a great find for the price. My main complaint was that the musty smell required me to keep the windows open, which meant that I was woken repeatedly by the arrival and departure of other guests (including trucks).

The bed and pillows were good. The room was spacious. Location was convenient. Cobwebs with dead bugs were in several ceiling corners. The tile floors were waxed to the point of being slimey. I hated to walk barefoot.

Old motel. Updated in areas and others not so. Newly painted and very clean. Old style chain lock gives idea of accommodations. Biggest complaint no heat in bathroom. Card key handed to me in felt jacket that was very worn. Get cheap paper ones.

Room was clean but we kept smelling some sort of air freshener/disinfectant that was very strong at times. Flooring in bathroom was slippery when wet, tub was slippery also, mold around tub. Front desk staff was not very friendly, no one smiled.

Everything about this stay was Utter Trash! Very disappointed! The room was filthy with burn holes in the blankets. The floor was disgustingly dirty like it hadn't been swept or mopped! I really wish I have my money back on this one

Very comfortable. Well appointed room; mini fridge,microwave comfortable easy chair, individual lights above the bed to allow reading without disturbing your sleeping partner. A bathroom mirror that lights up for easy viewing for shaving and grooming.

This motel is well maintained. My room looked like it had been recently renovated with newer beds and bathroom fittings. I had a hair dryer, microwave, tv and fridge. The free Wi-Fi worked. Would definitely stay there again.

It looked great when I entered the room. It was clean and appeared new. The sink area was bright and modern, but the faucet extended over the sink so far that it was difficult to use. The sink stopper had to be picked up by hand to drain the sink (the shape did make this easy to do). But the shower did not work. The handle was loose and I could not turn the water on. Also there is a slight rise on the floor between the main room and bathroom, which was uncomfortable to stop on.

The shower water had Inadequate hot water and did not drain properly as backed up while in the shower. Additionally crying baby at 2 am from the owners area.

Everything was great except the bed was very hard.

The AC wall unit was very loud... uneven steps inside and outside of the room. But, the place did what we needed it to do.

We stayed only one night, so the price was good for our needs. The room was quiet and dark for sleeping, although both mattresses were just terribly firm and uncomfortable. Perhaps for someone who needs a firm mattress this Inn will be a wonderful experience - but if you enjoy a comfortable mattress find a different place to lodge.

Should clarify this is a motel not an "inn." Staff was not friendly or inviting. Too much cleaner smell in the lobby and room. Room was clean and everything as expected for a motel and price (except for strong odor). Was able to hear people in the next room easily. Fairly good location. Would not book again.

Let’s leave aside the fights in the parking lot, that this is really a MOTEL and not an “inn” – but that nonetheless, we sure weren’t charged “motel” prices – the surly clerk who claimed falsely that there wasn’t a WiFi password, that the room didn’t merely have horrible decor but smelled like it hadn’t been aired out in a month, and that housekeeping was indifferent about requests to spruce up. We were booked for three nights, and on the day before checkout, while I was napping, my wife was sitting in front in one of the plastic chairs provided. And a fellow ambles right up to her, and without so much as a hello or an introduction starts chattering at her ... punctuated by asking her when she was checking out. Being no fool, she declined the bait, and replied that she would check out when she was ready to check out. And he answered “You leave today!” And she then notices his walkie-talkie and keys, and squints some, and recognizes the surly clerk ... and answers that she’s due to check out the next day. And he repeats that she was leaving that day, and she repeats that she’s due to check out the next day, and furthermore that we prepaid for three nights. And he answers “We’ll see!” and stalks off. I have booked a number of trips over Expedia the last couple of years, but this is the only place I’d never touch again with a ten-foot pole.

Other than the fact that the man at the desk was impossible to hear, and wouldn’t speak louder after asking multiple times it was great.

We've stayed here multiple times. This visit, we were in the building off to the side. The room was a bit older & not as well maintained. Perhaps they haven't upgraded all the rooms yet. Service is always polite & efficient. The room was clean.

Check in was a little hard. They a plexiglass up around the counter with a tiny window to slid your credit card threw. I could not hear a word the gentleman was saying. I had to have my 8 year old tell me what he said. They did not great us when we walked in. He actually sat there on his phone until i said hello afyer about a minute of standing there. The hotel itself was clean and up to date. There was nothing in the room telling you how to access the wifi or a listing of the tv channels. Trying to turn the tv on was a struggle because the cable box is mounted behind the tv. For you coffee drinkers, there is no coffee pot in the room.

As a solo traveler, I requested a room toward the front of the motel and that request was accommodated. I returned from my event later in the evening and the property was well lit making everything accessible and safe. This property is well maintained, clean, and the staff I worked with was friendly and accommodating. It's a very charming spot.

Right in the center of Pittsfield, convenient to everything. Looks very sharp and clean for the price. Beats the competition at this price point.

A quiet place to rest your head with parking right outside your door. Close to the center of town with Big Y and CVS a 2 minute drive for groceries. Overall worth the price for a quiet weekend.

Old school motel tucked away in a quiet part town and not far from Tanglewood! Comfy and cozy!

This location is so convenient to the Berkshire Museum and downtown Pittsfield! There are plenty of great restaurants a short distance away. The price is right and we used the savings to eat at local spots for breakfast, too. They have done some nice updates, so it doesn't feel like the motels that I went to when I was a kid with my parents.

Simple motel. Indifferent greeting. Basic, clean room. ROOM WAS TO INCLUDE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Was told that simply was not true and only a cup of coffee in the morning. If I did not like it, despite my confirmation, he would cancel my reservation. Very rare not to get what the confirmation says.

the motel is well located, and the room was fine. However, it was advertised as offering continental breakfast, which did not exist. The manager indicated only coffee is offered in the office. That should be known to travelers in the event they need food immediately, as with medication.

This is a nice motel, though there is no continental breakfast. There is a pot of coffee made at 7am. The rooms are clean and updated, the mattress is good, airconditioner in back wall, simple round thermostat for hot water radiator heating, mini-fridge is compressor type, microwave.
