Comfort Inn Randolph-Boston

For what I booked the hotel was fine. It was a mostly clean facility. It was raining the entire time, our rooms window leaked, and water came in, and there were wet spots throughout the facility with fans blowing on them. The bathroom had some loose tiles, and the door didn't open past the toilet, very tight quarters. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The rooms had a faint smell of smoke even though it's a no smoking facility. The TV's internet features were not functional. Again, knowing what I paid for and the level of this property I wasn't "MAD" but it's definitely worth noting. I didn't complain or anything to the staff because it wasn't a huge deal in my opinion. The "fitness" room was a joke, various mix-matched dumbbells and a treadmill and elliptical, that's all. The included breakfast was good and very clean with tons of selections. The staff was very nice and friendly. Convenient location to the highways and such. Again, not perfect but for what I was expecting and paid I was ok with it.

Sadly this is not a good review. I tried getting a hold of the hotel manager. Nope. I tried to get a return answer from Choice Hotels. Nope. Our working vacation ended up not being a working vaca. Which means we didn’t get paid for missing work. But nope! Had to move the coffee maker because you can’t use the coffee maker and the microwave at the same time because they are plugged into the same outlet and we can’t unplug the refrigerator. Chicken bones and food on the floor and also Q-tips under the table. Also an empty baggie on table. I could not walk without shoes on because even through my socks there was frequently something gross on the carpet that I had to pick up. The hall smelled like cabbage 24/7 WiFi- not as advertised - very spotty. Did not have WiFi more than we did. (We are on a working vaca while our son and wife have their first baby) also because of the constant WiFi issue we could barely watch tv. Total false advertising. We literally went to the local McDonald’s for their free WiFi. Sheers on window are moldy. Needs a dehumidifier We asked for our money back (so we could go somewhere else) as we need WiFi for work and the ad for this hotel was obviously false. But we’re told there was no manager available. Washing machines had no doors so we could not do laundry. But front desk willingly exchanged a ten $ for a roll of quarters and sold me detergent and softener. There is so much more but I am out of room.

Very nice staff, room was clean and comfortable . Washer and dryer worked great and they also provide change in quarters to use. I enjoyed my stay !

Loved it wish it had a pool though

Drinking water funtain on first floor is a good idea. Please propose more salty food during breakfast.

Room was exceptionally clean, Bed and pillows so comfortable! Breakfast buffet also excellent! I would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness is everything for a hotel. Unfortunately it is not clean.

Bed bugs

The only drawback to this property is they only service the room every THIRD night. At the very least, towel refreshes are needed every day, so three days seems excessively long. One of the perks of being on vacation is having someone else service the room, and with this policy, the customer does not receive this perk.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the overall public part of the facilities were good. However, the main drawback for us was that our room was SO humid and damp and smelled very, very musty. The AC did cool the room but the dampness and mustiness never eased up at all. We were in a first floor room towards the end of the building. We were glad to get out of the room. The front desk staff was kind.

Convenient location for concert at Gillette stadium. Also short Uber ride to restaurants and shopping. Property is just very old and run down. Rooms are musty and our carpet felt very damp despite the AC running all the time.

The location is good and the only issue i had is that despite asking 3 times our room was never cleaned for the one week trip we stayed here. Everything else was fine and i would stay again (just clean the room next time and new towels please!)

The room was dirty stains on the walls in the bathroom and room. Carpet could be replaced. Water stains on the faucets and clumps of hair on the bathroom floor.

Curtains wouldnt close all the way letting in light. Toilets could be heard all night being flushed. Ac units are loud….! Sleep was limited and the pillows were tiny.

This hotel is nice the beds are very comfortable there's ample pillows the bathroom is nice and it's very roomy.

The location and room were good. The wifi did not work. It appeared to be connected. But Terrible signal. Unable to connect to any internet service

The only issue i had was the curtains do not close and the light was so bright in the room it made it difficult to sleep

Front desk employees all excellent- helpful, friendly, hard working. Peeling paint; rundown rugs; juice and water machine out of order; lobby bathroom closed; drapes ripped.

The AC in our room was extremely loud. We tried switching our room however, all rooms were sold out so we just had to deal with the noise. Aside from that the stay was fine.

Walls were pretty thin - felt like every move my neighbor made, including a clearing of the throat, was clearly audible to me. Asked front desk for cutlery and was told that they didn't have any but that I could poke around in the continental breakfast area. I did and found nothing but also didn't feel super comfortable going through every drawer or cupboard. Next morning at breakfast there very clearly was cutlery so I'm not sure why the front desk couldn't just help me access some. Not the biggest deal but kind of odd.

For the price I guess the hotel is ok. The first room had a broken AC that was making a lot of noise but they switched us to a new one as soon as we told them.

The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra yard

Staff was awesome. We had a large order delivered for business and they accommodated us wonderfully. Very helpful and cheery staff.

I booked a double room king bed and paid extra for this "double room" setup for my mom, dad, and myself when I could have just booked a double queen bed. I get to the hotel and checked myself in at 3:30 am just to find out that it was really just a single kind bed with a door that connects to another room which the hotel booked to another person. I talk to the staff and he was super unhelpful saying he cant give a refund, he cant give me another room as its all booked up even though I see online there are still some available, and he cant go clean another checked out room. I write a letter so that he can give to his manage that he states would be in by 10 am and there was no manager instead I was greeted with such a rude and hostile attitude from the staff towards me, a customer. I would never recommend anyone staying here as its dirty, hostile, unhelpful, unprofessional, and untruthful business.

The hotel overall was great. What was not so great is not having 3 channels on the television for 2 days. I have never had this problem before. I had called down to the front desk on our first evening. Someone came to the room, tried to fix it then said they'd be back. Never came back. Tried again at the front desk the next day at breakfast, no one came up. Tried again that night, someone came to check, said they'd call in 15 mins. One hour later a call came saying it may be fixed within 24 to 48 hours. I was checking out the next day. It may not seem like such a big deal, however traveling with a special needs child who watches certain shows, it is a really big deal. Unfortunately I felt I was not being heard and the situation was down played by the staff.

This was my first time staying here as it was recommended because it was close to Gillette and easy to get to and from. We hit major traffic and a 4 hour drive turned in to 8. We were so happy when we finally arrived and could go into our room to relax for a bit, SHOWER, get ready and head back out. Unfortunately, that was not in the cards for us. Check in time at the hotel was stated as 3 PM. We did not arrive until 4:38 PM and our room was not ready. There was no way that we could wait until the room was ready and we had no choice but to say that we would take the room so we could at least put our bags in change and get right out again. We took the room being dirty. None of us were even able to shower. This was completely unacceptable. Your hotel also wanted a $50 incidental fee upon checking in. Again completely unacceptable as the room was not even ready for us, and it was way past the check in time! Then leaving the next morning, we were informed by staff that our car was almost towed because we parked in an area for buses where we should not have. No one told us where we could even park! I’m not sure if your hotel was overwhelmed with the amount of people staying there however, this was not only unfortunate for guests who have never stayed with you before, but completely unacceptable. I would be hesitant to ever recommend your hotel to stay at.

Some of the towels had long hairs on them. Although they may have been washed, it’s hard to notice how the long black hairs on the white towel were missed. The staff was really good though and everything else seemed ok

The staff was very attentive. The buffet breakfast was a great amenity. I just wish it went later than 9am. Great stay just outside of Boston.

My Employee wait more than 3 hours to check in and at the end he paid again from his credit card because Front desk person could not find the reservation I spoke more than three hours to fix this issue with Expedia agent

Hotel is very old has a rundown feel to it. Area has nothing to offer. Rooms are old

The location was good for easy access to the I-93. It's clear it is an older hotel and could use a refresh but the rooms were a good size, and the beds were comfy. We didn't get out much to explore nearby places to eat; it was easier to order food with Door Dash, which usually arrived quickly! Shell gas station next door, with well stocked convenience store and coffee shop inside. The included breakfast was pretty good; typical real scrambled eggs, sausage, back, muffins, toast, waffles, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee. Staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. A/C in rooms was good. Would stay here again.

It was a nice location away from town.

Property needs updating, a little tired. Friendly staff and convenient for visiting Xfinity center.

It was the perfect place, right off the highway and close to my family

I arrived late from downtown Boston, and it was easy to find the hotel. You can use public transportation, the subway, and the bus, which takes one hour from the downtown crossing in Boston. The check-in was smooth, and the hotel is quite big. My room was at the end of the wing. A gas station is next to it; you can find snacks and necessities. The room was nice and clean. There was a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee and tea packets. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The tub drain seems slightly slower, but not clogged. I liked the bed most. Not an old, sagging, soft mattress, but a supportive bed. I slept well. Overall, a nice place to stay!

The breakfast buffet was awesome. Will stay there again just for that. The hotel was clean, convenient, and overall a great experience.

The front desk was great. Although the room was clean, it did smell a little musty. Breakfast was served until 10. We were there at 9:30. Several things were done and not replenished. I went to refill a juice before breakfast was done. I was told sorry, the machine is turned off. Check out time was at 11am. I was brushing my teeth and at 10:55 am house keeping was already knocking on the door telling us to check out. For these reasons, I will not be returning. Than kyou

Hotel was nice. Breakfast decent, ended right on time so don’t be late! Carpet is a bit worn, elevators a bit slow, but times are tough for hotels.

They say they open breakfast at 6 I tried to get a quick breakfast on the go so I was check out at 6:05 and they not open yet
