Clean room, helpful staff

Not great for light sleepers. I had a room facing Route 1 and there is no insulation, so you hear traffic all night long. The shade would not fully pull all the way down so I had to use one of my towels on the bottom to block out the street lights, there is an awful light that is part of the electrical outlet near the sink (outside of the bathroom) that lights up very, bright and illuminates the room when the lights are out. Terrible sleep. It is very convenient if you are flying out of logan, need something inexpensive with free parking and free breakfast and that is it. The front desk folks are very nice as well

The hotel is great, breakfast as delicious, front desk staff was super helpful. It's right off a major road, so getting in and out can be a little difficult. Overall, great hotel.

We have stayed at the HIE before. Staff is friendly. I enjoy being able to get a hot cup of coffee or tea whenever I want it. Parking is at the back of the hotel so use the rear door once you have your key.
