Quality Inn Seekonk-Providence

Bed was very comfortable, pool was great, room was clea and easy to access. Front desk was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced and close to places we need to visit.

Terrible from beginning to end. First, the surprise $100 “security deposit” charged at check-in (he accidentally put a $200 hold on my card). Run-down lobby and hallway were just a sneak peek of my room's condition. Room smelled of stale cigarette/weed smoke. Stained bedspread, yellowed pillowcases that were supposed to be white. Chair near the window was stained and had either crumbs or ashes on the seat (I was NOT brave enough to do a sniff test). Bathroom light flickered, unknown white substance on the ice bucket tray. The carpet felt damp on my bare feet (shoes stayed on from that point on). The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Plenty of TV channels, but the picture was snowy. The worst part was a loud party happening in the room next to mine. I went to the desk to complain about the noise and was told by the man (after he hung up and called a customer stupid) that he couldn’t change me to a quieter room due to a limited number of rooms (not according to the cars in the dark scary parking lot, but okay). He said he would ask them to quiet down. Not sure he actually did, because the noise continued well past midnight. I would say this was a case of “you get what you pay for” but the room was not cheap, in fact, the rate was the same as what I would have paid to stay in the city. (I chose this hotel to avoid a $45 parking fee at a nicer hotel in the city). TLDR: This hotel needs a major renovation and a staff that actually cares about their gues

The motel as a whole was not very clean. There was an odor throughout the whole building, Sarah smelled smoky and musty. There was some black mold around the shower stall. The vending machine worked, but the door was broken and we couldn’t get items out. I put $10 in the money changing machine to get quarters for the laundry, and it only gave me $7.25 back. Then they put an out of order sign on it. One of the main reasons we chose that motel was they had an outdoor pool. My kids were very excited however we were there and the gates were locked and said it was not usable. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. The only good thing about the whole place was the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

There was a foul odor in the hotel. The pool was dirty and unfit for swimming. The staff treated us poorly. I do not recommend visiting this place.

Rundown hotel. Not clean.
