Fast check in, easy parking, convenient elevator

Parking lot area did not feel safe. Several different folks hanging around outside the building at different times. There was no dining. Coffee in the lobby and instant oatmeal to take away.

Definitely a two star place. Everything was old and shabby, though the bed linens were very clean and comfortable, but need a refresh. Great TV. No bugs noted anywhere. Mat in tub was dirty. Only housekeeping on week days. Plenty of parking. Full kitchen, but counter, sink, and refrigerator were old and marked, but they worked. Lots of spots on the rug. Heat/AC worked well. Fan in bathroom really loud. One sink in bathroom, and everything in bathroom definitely needs replacing. No ice machine seen, but you could make ice in the refrigerator. Doesn't help when you get there, because it takes time to make ice. A positive is that there is a gas station and McDonald's right close by.

The hotel is called extended stay there was a very functional kitchen & medium size refrigerator. That meant no attached restaurant. No other amenities. They will happily give you towels or linens but they only service the room after a week. The room was clean & the common areas immaculate. The bed was comfortable. I was impressed by their having several different sizes of pillows because pillows are not a 1 size fits all item.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was extremely comfortable. The set up was very nice inconvenient. I love that the room had a full size fridge to put stuff in. And the fact that I had a separate freezer helps too. The location is also very convenient, and a good sized parking lot to park in.

Bed bugs, room smelled like cigarettes, floor was sticky, beddings were dirty. Sketchy people all around the hotel. My friend had a huge skin rash all over her body since we slept there and we slept fully dressed. By far, my worst experience. Would have had a better experience if we slept in the car. Avoid.

When I checked in, the room was unlocked. The room smelled. The bathtub was dirty. The towels were old and worn out.

If you're into bedbugs & cockroaches, this is the place for you!1st red flag was pulling into the parking lot & seeing unsavory looking people hanging out on the emergency exit stairs.Dented, rusted cars were strewn about the lot.This was not an extended stay for business people attending conferences.It was a residential motel.Everything in the area was sold out so I checked in.The front desk clerk was polite My daughter & I were attending a high school conference.My daughter was nervous a grown men leered at us.We didn't feel safe as we hurried through the nasty stench lofting in the lobby & halls.Our room was at the very end of a long hall.The smell of a dirty room was overwhelming when i opened the door.We sucked it up, & I did a quick bedbug check, as well as I've learned from watching People's Court.After staying out, doing tourist stuff for 2 days, i found a cockroach on morning 3 as i stepped on it in the bathroom. On the way out, i told the manager.She wasn't shocked.She apologized & said her bug guy would be there in 2 days.When we returned that night, i went to flop down in bed.On the sheets i slept on the night before were these weird looking things.Per google search, they were bedbugs!We checked out that night.After a hassle, the hotel refunded the remainder of the week.But they didn’t refund me for the night we checked out!

The place is extremely dirty and is poor conditions the bathtub and shower is our room looks horrible stained with splattered stains . Cupboards were dirty inside and out the refrigerator was dirty inside and out food was left from previous occupate. The stove top was dirty and rusty. No kitchen utensils, cups, dishes or pans. No dish soap or paper towels. Noisy inside and outside building and smells of weed as well. Intoxicated people hanging around entrance . The so called breakfast is very disappointing and really feel that this place is not worth the price they charge.

This property has BED BUGS and refused to refund us after being bitten to death and having to end our vacation early! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hallway smelled pretty bad, and there were cockroaches in the room and the cleaning wasn't very good.

During our weekend stay we witnessed numerous law enforcement officers in and out of the property every night we were there. The hotel almost appeared to be like a homeless refuge which would have been nice to know when traveling with kids. Definitely not a family hotel given the circumstances of the permanent residents that seem to live there. The staff was very nice however the property is in desperate need of renovation. When you walk up to the door you get greeted with a mixture of urine, cigarettes and weed. The lobby is dated but clean. The corridors need new carpets and a serious wipe down with bleach. The room appeared to be clean when we first walked in but after putting our bags down we realized we need to wipe everything down with bleach. The shower had footprints of someone’s dirty feet. The sink had black mold that didn’t budge and the toilet and floor were sticky. The carpet had a weird feel like something was spilled and never cleaned. Our pillows and blankets smelled like smoke and had a yellow ting to them. The room had a weird smell.

The second I opened the door to room 102, cockroaches were crawling on the counter. Absolutely vile. I didn’t even bother turning on the lights or unpacking—I went straight to the front desk, demanded a refund, and left. If you value cleanliness and basic hygiene, do NOT stay here. Where there’s one roach, there are many, and this place is infested. Completely disgusting and unacceptable

The property needs updating and was very noisy

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room is large and comfy!

We were shocked in the lack of upkeep. We could also easily hear our neighbors. There was a point where we thought someone was trying to break into our room.

The 2 bed room we booked was ‘exchanged’ for a single queen ADA room. The rooms are horribly lit with ugly fluorescents and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The adjustable shower head was tied up by string as the clamp was probably worn out. There were no glasses in the room for water. The bed came with 3 very flat pillows. And the place stinks! Best thing to say was we found no bugs.

4/10 The room was VERY outdated and in need of repair. We stayed in a non-pet room but the carpet smelled of pet odors. The shower/water pressure was great! It states breakfast but it was a very limited continental breakfast. NO CREAM for coffee (only coffee mate)!!

Refrigerator broke during my stay and all my food spoiled. I was on the 1st floor and some white moisture was seeping through the cracks in the floor boards as soon as you entered room and also in the bathroom. Tub was worn out. Will never go there again. The worst stay ever in my entire life. So disappointed!

Not what was pictured. The rooms and hallways need paint. The floors are well worn. There is a smoky smell throughout so you know rooms were smoked in. Window screens were damaged and smoking was allowed in the lobby drive up area. Not someplace you should stay with kids. The bedding was clean.

Pretty out of date. WiFi is unusable even with a paid advanced package.

Had family emergency, asked for 45 minute later check-out. It was denied outright. Sadly, that is the impression with which I left this ESA; other than that major inconvenience, had a good stay.

The rooms were disgusting, the checkin area was full of rif-raf and in disarray. “Breakfast” was scant and had to be taken back to the room to be eaten. Tried to get my money back after seeing the state of the rooms but they would not allow me to because I’d “checked in” even though I only just walked into the room. Would never recommend.

The worst check in experience of my life. The lady working at the front desk kept talking about how immigrants have taken over this country and how she fully supports a certain presidential candidate because they will definitely clean up this country and that the hotel was full of homeless illegal immigrants supported by the government. Then she went on to ask why we decided to get a room at this hotel in the first place, asked for everyone that was staying in the room (3 total) to show ID which was the first time I was ever asked that, she said it is every hotels policy to ask for IDs but at this point I didn’t want to argue so everyone just showed IDs. Either she was having a really bad day or she just hates the job but in either case I would think it shouldn’t fall on the guest to experience their frustration. The room itself was ok, nothing really special about it but it was clean.

We stayed 2 nights, beds were comfortable. Staff seemed nice, convenient to local businesses, McDonalds right across the street. Not far from interstate.

Perfect location for surrounding event venues. It is within close distance to everything a traveler needs including restaurants, shopping, gas stations, fast food, and grocery stores! The kitchen is super convenient and very ideal for an "extended stay" :) We had a great time!

There was alot of noise through the night from the rooms on either side of my own. There were some "questionable" characters through the hallway and roaming around the parking lot when i went to my car at midnight. The staff and room itself were not an issue, but i was nervous about the people staying there.

Excellent accommodations at a very reasonable price. Close to 495.

They advertise a breakfast….hot water, tea bags, instant coffee, “crappy” muffins (the desk persons words, not mine). Hair dryer didn’t work; there was a huge hole in the screen where someone must have ripped to smoke; the reclining chair didn’t….when we told the desk person about these issues, her answer was “oh”

Nothing unique, limited breakfast choices

The breakfast that was promised was out of stock and they only had coffee/oatmeal. The TV remote to the room was also missing, and the room reeked of cigarettes. Definitely not worth the $150/night.

Rundown hotel. Terrible smell in the room. Bathroom is in dire need of renovation. Front desk is rude. "Breakfast included" is a lie. They have coffee. Nothing else.
