Breakfast staff must to be waiting close the breakfast at 9:30. I went to have my breakfast at 9:20 and no breakfast.

No daily housekeeping service and when asked to have clean towels delivered they never were

The pictures online did not do it justice and I feel like the reviews have been made up by the company, the outside front looks beautiful but when you get around the back it’s in rough shape . The pool and hot tub we foamy brownish and you couldn’t even see the bottom, we decided to use the room tub since that was a bust and the tub wouldn’t hold water , the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the towels didn’t smell very clean to the point we just air dried. The exterior sliding door screen was not usable just leaning against the building and the actual slider didn’t even lock, we had to put a block in it. The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok but everything else was probably one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at and I reached out to them and they only offered about the equivalent of half a nights stay in the future. I definitely would not recommend this place .
