This hotel is a shared property with Comfort Inn. Mainstay Suites is new and Comfort was recently remodeled. The only area needing attention was the pool. While clean, the edge was worn and the splash zone was not functioning. Breakfast was chaos.

Pool could be cleaner and needs some repairs. Breakfast yikes needs to be completely redone. Old fruit, no juice, bakery products poor quality. Cereal no options for kids. Room was clean perfect size. Location was great close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for the Oceans Calling festival. Nice room and lobby. Pool looked great though we didn’t use it. Parking lot was full on our second night and I had no idea what to do or where to park (thankfully someone left after I drove around for 10 minutes). Housekeeping staff were lovely and thorough. When we checked in, the man at the desk was maybe the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever dealt with but my friend and I just had a laugh about it afterwords and didn’t let it bother us. This place is about an half mile from the park and ride where a bus will take you over the bridge to the beach. So also a good location. Overall it was a good stay and I’ll return.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for an extended stay. However, if more than two people are staying in the room, you will need to contact the front desk for additional towels, silverware, plates, cups, etc. There was no bedding for our pull-out couch/bed, and again had to request it. The phone in our room would not connect to the front desk, so we had to walk down to the desk to request anything. The staff was not knowledgeable about Ocean City parking, which was disappointing. The pool was smaller than we thought but that's because the photo on the website is very deceiving but it wasn't a big deal...still a nice place to swim and relax. Plenty of tables and lounge chairs and furniture. Since it was raining most of the time, the location to the outlets and dining options was a plus! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the TV offered Netflix but we were unable to connect to it and was told it was part of the update and our room had not been updated yet. Very disappointing since we spent alot of time in the room.

Our stay was okay except the people in the room above us were constantly running,& thumping until midnight almost every night. Had to complain several times because we couldn't sleep. The person who was supervising the breakfast area was beligerant to 2 if the guests raising her voice at them to flip the waffle iron the second it beeped. We also went to the pool & it looked like it wasn't very clean. The water was a bit green and not very inviting, so we opted not to swim. I've never complained about any of my stays at Comfort Inns in the past, but this one was very disappointing.

When I first checked in they gave me a room all the way in the back corner of the first floor. Run was very dark and cold. Asked to be moved to another floor and was given attitude. Even offered to pay extra if needed. Finally was given another room. When I got to this room again it was all the way in the back. The floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, as I found chicken crumbs and several Bobby pins on the floor. Also the shower floor had not been cleaned very well as there was what looked like dried up “boogers” on the floor. The TV took some time to finally “warm” up after about 15 minutes of it turning off and on and don’t try to move it away from the wall although the arm on it allows for movement. It just won’t stay on. Also there was a very strong mechanical smell in the hallways.

Room was fine besides the pillows and the staff was friendly. Not really the hotels fault but the entire hallway and outside the hotel smelled like weed. Pool opens too late to enjoy it before checkout and it closed early the day before due to rain.

The hotel was nice but had bugs and roaches in the rooms I had to get transferred to another room because the tool they have is was so nasty the shower looked like it was never cleaned and the main floor smell like cigarettes and piss I don’t recommend stay here.

Sharing my experience: The lights were out and the TV on giving enough light to see, I was folding clothes and getting the bags organized…I looked up and saw it…an adult BED BUG. The associate was patience with me as I was extremely distraught but the manager on the phone was absolutely horrible. That was the worst night of my life as we had to change rooms and the room was much much smaller than the previous room. We checked out in the morning and I will never return bugs are my worst fear. I don’t have any at home and I don’t want to bring them to my home. there are reviews that found bugs in the room and for some reason I didn’t see them until after my stay there. Weed smells in the hallway and the floors looked like that haven’t been shampooed in years. Eggs were watery and awful. For two days it was $620…I’d gladly pay more to avoid bed bugs.

Very easy check in, clean and comfortable room, plenty of parking. The room has all you need and more, little kitchenette with stove, dishes, utensils, and big refrigerator. Comfortable and clean beds. My only little complaint is that I couldn’t get my shower water hot enough. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast as we left at 4 am, but overall a very positive experience.

Room efficiency was clean & spacious & I felt safe. Very quiet at night. Pet friendly! Bed was stiff. I woke up with a backache. Air conditioner worked beautifully. Stove did not work. Windows don’t open.

Room was decent. Lots of space and having the full kitchen was definitely a plus. Room was clean. A/C worked but was kinda noisy. Toilet seat was loose. But those are small annoyances that I can deal with. Good hotel overall, great location and price.

Property was clean, Bed was fantastic, and many fluffy pillows. We had a suite, it was quiet. Unfortunately, shower head was leaking, and shower door was installed backwards, so we had to get into shower and wait for it to get warm, dodging cold water, until it warmed up. Had a nice continental breakfast though. Ice machine conveniently located for us.
Property was clean, Bed was fantastic, and many fluffy pillows. We had a suite, it was quiet. Shower pressure was very low. Luke warm shower water. If someone else is showering immediately after water is cold. Breakfast dont taste good. Eggs were mush and sausage patty was like rubber. And Its the exact same thing daily. The Woman bringing out the food, yells a lot, and outloud directed at those eating breakfast. Staff came only once to see if we wanted house keeping. People a few doors down were super loud and having a party.

The suite was nice and big. Beds were comfortable and the AC was kicking. Very nice room with everything we needed. Very close to Assateague Island which was very convenient for us to make it to a wedding.

I selected this property for the option of pay at property which was misleading. They do not mention that they take out the first night before you check in. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close we had to pull the room door close until you heard the click if not someone could walk right inside. Also, the cleaning was not up to par. I booked two rooms and while we were at the beach they only cleaned one, did not leave enough washcloths and did not provide toilet paper we had to ask for it. The WIFI did not work so the TV did not get any cable channels. I went to the front desk and they knew there was an issue but neglected to tell us when checking in they provided another option to use the WIFI but the cable still did not work. The food was ok could have been better. I don't believe I will stay here again.

Originally booked Saturday thru Monday. Changed the booking to add another day. So now was Saturday, checking out Tuesday. Check in was fine. The microwave was on a chair in our room and the stove did not work. Got maintenance to get the stove working and could deal with the microwave. Went to the beach on Monday came back to find the room keys don’t work. Went to the lobby and was told that our check out was Monday and all of belongings are on a cart. The manger was rude and asked if I had proof of my booking, to which I showed him. He said nope we have today and I am sold out. I asked for our belongings and when the cart came around the corner I was mortified. They just threw things in trash bags and any other suitcase/bag we had. Completely upset and embarrassed!! I asked for my receipt but again the rude manager said he couldn’t print it and walked away. When my husband got our things into our car I asked the girl at the fro t desk again for our receipt and she printed it out no problem, at the same printer the manger said wasn’t working. Our receipt says check out Monday. So I feel that they made a mistake and tried to cover it up. Never staying here again!!!

Shower pressure was very low. Luke warm shower water. If someone else is showering immediately after water is cold. Breakfast dont taste good. Eggs were mush and sausage patty was like rubber. And Its the exact same thing daily. The Woman bringing out the food, yells a lot, and outloud directed at those eating breakfast. Staff came only once to see if we wanted house keeping. People a few doors down were super loud and having a party.

We had a great time for our stay and the value for what we paid matched accommodations. There were a few minor details that could be improved upon, and there was also a highlight of our stay. Regarding the areas of improvement - the age of a piece of the gym equipment, mainly the treadmill could use an upgrade. The door to our bathroom was challenging sliding door that wasn’t the best set up for privacy. Also, the nozzle on the sink was a little short, so water would get on the countertop if you didn’t turn it all the way up. The inconveniences were definitely minor and did not impact our staying at adversely overall. Breakfast in general was better than anticipated and led to the highlight of the trip. Miss Teresa, who assisted me this past Saturday morning was a blessing. I had overslept and made it down right as breakfast was ending, but she assisted me by allowing me to get breakfast and even to make waffles for my three children and I after already having shut down the machines. This was a courtesy I so appreciated because she turned it back on and let me get what I needed for breakfast saving us money and time not having to go out and buy breakfast. I sincerely appreciate her kindness.

The property was easy to locate and in a great location. The check-in and check out were super easy, and on the day of arrival my suite was ready and I was able to check in earlier than planned. The store at the front desk was great as well for a quick snack purchase without having to leave the building.

Stayed here for the Oceans Calling festival. Nice room and lobby. Pool looked great though we didn’t use it. Parking lot was full on our second night and I had no idea what to do or where to park (thankfully someone left after I drove around for 10 minutes). Housekeeping staff were lovely and thorough. When we checked in, the man at the desk was maybe the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever dealt with but my friend and I just had a laugh about it afterwords and didn’t let it bother us. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for an extended stay. However, if more than two people are staying in the room, you will need to contact the front desk for additional towels, silverware, plates, cups, etc. There was no bedding for our pull-out couch/bed, and again had to request it. The phone in our room would not connect to the front desk, so we had to walk down to the desk to request anything. The staff was not knowledgeable about Ocean City parking, which was disappointing. The pool was smaller than we thought but that's because the photo on the website is very deceiving but it wasn't a big deal...still a nice place to swim and relax. Plenty of tables and lounge chairs and furniture. Since it was raining most of the time, the location to the outlets and dining options was a plus! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the TV offered Netflix but we were unable to connect to it and was told it was part of the update and our room had not been updated yet. Very disappointing since we spent alot of time in the room.

I usually stay on the boardwalk in ocean city, so this was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was great. Convenient location, and very large and clean rooms. Will definitely book again here next time I am there!

The suite was nice and big. Beds were comfortable and the AC was kicking. Very nice room with everything we needed. Very close to Assateague Island which was very convenient for us to make it to a wedding.

Our hotel suite was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to tear ourselves away. It featured a well-equipped small kitchen, complete with utensils, a can opener, pots, pans, and everything we could possibly need. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, adding to the overall delightful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

This hotel is a shared property with Comfort Inn. Mainstay Suites is new and Comfort was recently remodeled. The only area needing attention was the pool. While clean, the edge was worn and the splash zone was not functioning. Breakfast was chaos.

Everything is good, besides the breakfast area. They need a faster waffle maker and faster toaster. That held up the line really bad. Waited almost 15 mins to make a waffle. The machine takes 3 mins for ice. The hotel breakfast lady also needs to be more polite and put a smile on her face. Also it was a man clipping his toes nails in the lobby and none of the either said anything to him. I had to tell him it was very disgusting !

Our electrical outlet in the bathroom smelled like electrical burning. Bathroom had no conditioner a tiny tube of body wash also no wash clothes for the shower. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. We were there for bike week and there from Thursday to Saturday and the parking was awful. People were parking their empty trailers in the front which should have been in the back parking lot with their trucks if they were riding their bikes the whole time. Also there was a canopy in the parking lot taking up spots. No where to park a bike at all. Breakfast was awful. Everything was cold. Ran out of waffle mix the breakfast girl laughed about it and was talking on her phone the whole time. She was walking around with her phone on speaking phone and eating and drinking when she should have been working. I've worked in a hotel for breakfast. I would have gotten fired if that were my hotel. Very unprofessional. We will NEVER be coming back to this hotel. We will also let friends and family also know to not go to thos hotel.

Overall of stay was ok. The room was clean other then it smelled everytime we got to the room but after like a min it didnt! It was very weird other then that our kids loved the pool and the employee were great! Breakfast was good but definitely need more and updated equipment!!
