I had a great stay at the William Fells hotel. It’s nice that it was located at the center of Fells Point area. The staff were very helpful and hospitable especially Krystal. I appreciated that they checked up on me via text which stood out and made the experience memorable. Love that they have a 24 hour gym in the hotel and also so many things to do in the neighborhood. During my stay on the weekend there was farmers market within walking distance from the hotel. I would love to visit again and I highly recommend this hotel. It’s best to book it in advance especially for the weekend or holidays.

Front desk staff was courteous. Valet staff were helpful and courteous. Tim the bartender in the basement bar was wonderful. The bar stools need to be replaced and the brass footrest needs to be polished and fixed to meet Hilton standards.

Great location right in the middle of Fells point. Hotel is very old (Historic) which adds to the charm. The rooms are nice size and clean. Could do with a little refresh here and there in regards to minor things and some brighter bulbs in the lamps. But those things do not ruin a trip. The basement bar is pretty cool and open late which is a plus. Convenient to lots of bars and restaurants in the area. About a 2 mile walk to Camden yards, but not bad if you don’t mind walking, otherwise it’s a quick cab ride. Overall it’s a nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Fells Point overlooking the harbor and only steps from restaurants and shopping. There is no on-site parking. We paid $100.35 for 24 hr parking in a lot nearby only to be told at check-in that a parking garage was close by for $17 for daily parking. I wish that information had been in the confirmation. Was charged an additional $9.95 at check in sfter booking and paying in full thru hotels.com. Check out is a generous12pm. Took our bags out to the car, adventured in the area before we checked out only to run into the cleaning staff when we visited our room one final time before relinquishing our door cards. Awkward. Two gentlemen at the desk were a wealth of knowledge and offered us suggestions for dinner. We ate at Duda's and it was fantastic. Complimentary "continental " breakfast was offered in a drab basement but there are plenty of fantastic food options nearby with fabulous meals enjoyed with outside seating.

IHG bought it and renovated it and it came out so nice. Love the little bar downstairs and also they bought the restaurant next door which was a nice place for brunch. We have stayed at admirals fell point (old name) many times and the renovation was a nice addition. Fells point is a nice fun place.

Great location and a very nice staff. Cute boutique hotel. The room is nice and the bed is comfy. Be prepared to pay $60 per night for valet parking at the hotel...which is steep. The sign outside the hotel notes $50 for parking however they add 20% tax on top of that, which is extreme and likely not passed on to the valet as a tip, so you tip..on top of that too. If you only travel with an overnight bag, it's definitely worth finding another garage/lot in the area, which would save you some money. Lastly, housekeeping was fine, room was clean, however they should leave an extra roll of TP as you are only left with, whatever was already on the roll. If you run out, you are literally SOL. So they need to either provide a fresh roll, or at the least leave an extra roll. Paying 20% taxes on parking, I shouldn't feel like the TP is being rationed out, nor should a guest have to ask for more as I overheard another guest do. Overall, great stay, not a deal breaker. When you know better you do better. I know better about the parking.

Excellent service, loved the lobby service (coffee and treats - especially the Goethe’s caramels!). Our electronic blinds weren’t working but Robert stopped by and made sure they were fixed and even followed up to make sure we were happy! Excellent communication around the festival and loved the dog cookies in the lobby entry, so sweet and welcoming!

The hotel room was very outdated which would not have been an issue but the cleanliness was non existent. The room had stains and dirt on every surface, the bathroom faucets were in terrible working condition. Hot water was tepid. There were dirty towels and trash under the bed. I would not recommend or ever stay again. It’s a good location but not for the price.

This hotel had nice staff. Clean room and brand new remodeled bathroom. The reviews I read leading up to my stay weren’t good. I can say I didn’t have the same experience. The hotel is updated and clean.

Great location but I would never ever stay there again. The first room was despicably dirty. Literal brown smudges around the toilet, YELLOW stained pillows, hair and dust in corners, just unacceptable. The staffmember was nice but couldn't move us. The second night they moved us to a larger room, which was a little cleaner, but still not great. And both rooms were shockingly hot. Literally like 90 degrees. I understand that they are undergoing construction, but there is no excuse for how filthy everything was. I have pics but I don't know how to add them here.

Check in was way too long , once in the room 1 pillow case was yellow, looked like they never swept the floor, bathroom looked original as built years ago, shower was dirty and would not stop dripping, while getting out of the shower some kind of bug about an inch and a half long ran under the door, save yourself some money and look elsewhere !

The newly remodeled rooms were just lovely! The hotel looks amazing and smells great! We stayed there last year before the remodel and what a positive difference this year. They have a courteous, friendly, attentive staff who are eager to help you. We can't wait for our next visit--Thank- you so much!

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of the harbor area. The hotel room and bathroom itself are beautiful, with fine touches that make it feel luxurious. The building itself is old and retrofitted, so the layout is maze like and a bit disorienting when you get off the elevator. The walls are on the thinner side so you do hear the TV in adjacent rooms. Since the hotel is situated in the middle of a lively district it can get noisy. You can hear conversations on the street if they are loud enough. Also, the roads are cobblestone so you do hear the cars roll by.

Best part about this hotel is by far the location. The rooms were average at best. Beds and pillows were poor and the air conditioner didn’t work. Ok for a quick one night stay but look elsewhere for extended stays.

Comfortable mattress, lovely terrace/balcony. Amazing location - very walkable to many shops and bars/restaurants. Old building so there was a bit of an issue with heat and water temp (super old system, so likely had to do with the boiler and being able to regulate the temperatures. Krystal was lovely, she brought up 2 fans to help cool the room and recommended we turn off the HVAC all together which definitely helped. Housekeeping was lack luster but not a huge dealbreaker. I do wish they had offered to help get our luggage to the car (handicapped entrance was the only way to use the bell hop carts and it wasn’t the easiest to maneuver - and it popped you out to a side street). We parked off site at a close garage since valet was the only option at a whopping $75 A NIGHT! Total for the garage for 4 days was a little over $100. All in all we enjoyed the hotel and would stay again.
Comfortable mattress, lovely terrace/balcony. Amazing location - very walkable to many shops and bars/restaurants. Old building so there was a bit of an issue with heat and water temp (super old system, so likely had to do with the boiler and being able to regulate the temperatures. Krystal was lovely, she brought up 2 fans to help cool the room and recommended we turn off the HVAC all together which definitely helped. Housekeeping was lack luster but not a huge dealbreaker. I do wish they had offered to help get our luggage to the car (handicapped entrance was the only way to use the bell hop carts and it wasn’t the easiest to maneuver - and it popped you out to a side street). Excellent stay at an excellent hotel. The room had a couple small issues with the condition (minor flaws in the flooring and the old windows are hard to see out of as they're discolored. That's the only thing keeping them from a 5 star review. Everything else from cost, location, and customer service were all top notch. That is why this is our 4th stay at this hotel. Its a GREAT hotel.

Room was ok but lighting was odd/too low, took 20 minutes to get hot water in the morning, and the worst part is the original windows. They have no sound insulation so was listening to tow trucks tow cars all evening and into the early hours of the morning.

I was checking in rather early than welcome was great and they immediately got me to my room with an upgrade and I’m very happy of course Would have given five stars but there was no hot water. It was only a one day stay and I didn’t realize this until shower time in the morning of departure.

I lived in Baltimore 12 years ago and this was my first time returning to the area since leaving. This hotel was in a prime location in Fells Point and was absolutely beautiful. The room was a great size with a beautiful huge balcony overlooking all of the action. The shower had some of the best pressure I have experienced in a hotel! Check in/out was a breeze and staff made it really easy to make requests via text. I would highly recommend this hotel and location and will be back soon!

The bathroom was recently upgraded, which was nice but it almost feels unfinished: there was no real toilet paper holder, nowhere to hang the hand towel, and no nooks/shelves in the shower for your soap. I imagine all of these things are coming with time, and none of them were problematic for our comfort. The bed was comfy and our room was huge! All the staff were supremely friendly and the neighborhood was excellent.

This property is ideally located in Fells Point. We pulled up to valet and were immediately assisted by Antonio. He got our many bags out and brought everything to our room extremely quickly. We worked with Krystal several times as she gave us directions, updated our reservation for late check-out and found restaurant menus for our convenience. We met other employees and all were gracious and welcoming.

The front desk staff all went above and beyond. The hotel was clean quiet and super comfortable bed. Valet parking made it very easy. Then we walked or ubered. I was kind of disappointed. No one was at the front desk for 7-8 minutes when I arrived. In the meantime the banquet manager was screaming at an employee just outside the lobby. The clerk was friendly enough and they accommodated my request for a 1pm check-in, both of which i appreciated. My room was on the third floor and we had some heavy bags. The room required climbing two additional sets of stairs (4 steps and 8 steps) which made things hard. Parking is two blocks away and street parking was hit or miss. The hotel decor is OK, also not great. It just wasn't a pleasant experience. I expected more.

Excellent service, loved the lobby service (coffee and treats - especially the Goethe’s caramels!). Our electronic blinds weren’t working but Robert stopped by and made sure they were fixed and even followed up to make sure we were happy! Excellent communication around the festival and loved the dog cookies in the lobby entry, so sweet and welcoming!

Great location with lots to do nearby and awesome view. It is in a very bustling part of town, so the noise level is high, but if you are okay with that, then this is a great place. Lots of historic charm! Not a cookie cutter hotel like you will find in the harbor.

The hotel location was perfect. Close to everything. Shopping, the beautiful water, restaurants, bars, water taxi etc. the staff was wonderful. Krystal was warm and welcoming and everyone always asked how you were and if you needed anything. My only gripe was it was so loud in the room at night. You could hear people’s conversations, cars, the bar music. The tv wasnt even drowning out the noise. But other than that, it was clean, safe and a great place with alot to do. Just dont stay on the city side if you want quiet at night

What was Great: 1) The Front Desk Staff were all friendly and welcoming. 2) Great location! Yes, I can be loud at times but it is in the center of Fell's Point. Close to shops, waterfront, and amazing restaurants. 3) The Bar downstairs is one of the best bars I have been. Steve is an amazing mixologist and just a delightful person. 4) The price is a bargain given the location. The not so good: 1) Parking. Caroline St Parking Deck is your best bet, but it is a pretty good hike. 2) The place certainly has quirks. Key cards often don't work, shower is either very hot or very cold. Overall we had a great time and will be back :)

The hotel was great. Only issue was when I went to eat breakfast they didn't have any eggs which was weird and the attendant wouldn't leave me alone long enough to feel comfortable and just kept staring at me telling me not to eat near the buffet which I was like ok noted. After that they just kept staring at me and wouldn't stop. I was super excited they had breakfast with the room and it was a little disappointing and I just got a bagel and left it was depressing because breakfast is my favorite. Just being honest.

Hotel lobby was very impressive and appeared as in the photo in the website. Staff was very courteous at all times. Room was clean and in great condition. The Italian restaurant had an excellent chicken piccata and great service. The Anchor Bar in the basement was great and Steve was a fantastic bartender.

Front desk staff was courteous. Valet staff were helpful and courteous. Tim the bartender in the basement bar was wonderful. The bar stools need to be replaced and the brass footrest needs to be polished and fixed to meet Hilton standards.

Great location right in the middle of Fells point. Hotel is very old (Historic) which adds to the charm. The rooms are nice size and clean. Could do with a little refresh here and there in regards to minor things and some brighter bulbs in the lamps. But those things do not ruin a trip. The basement bar is pretty cool and open late which is a plus. Convenient to lots of bars and restaurants in the area. About a 2 mile walk to Camden yards, but not bad if you don’t mind walking, otherwise it’s a quick cab ride. Overall it’s a nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

We paid $100.35 for 24 hr parking in a lot nearby only to be told at check-in that a parking garage was close by for $17 for daily parking. I wish that information had been in the confirmation. Was charged an additional $9.95 at check in sfter booking and paying in full thru hotels.com. Check out is a generous12pm. Took our bags out to the car, adventured in the area before we checked out only to run into the cleaning staff when we visited our room one final time before relinquishing our door cards. Awkward. Two gentlemen at the desk were a wealth of knowledge and offered us suggestions for dinner. We ate at Duda's and it was fantastic. Complimentary "continental " breakfast was offered in a drab basement but there are plenty of fantastic food options nearby with fabulous meals enjoyed with outside seating.

This property has gone downhill. I used to live staying here. Maybe the new competition in the Fells point area is too much for them to compete with. There was no hot water in my room. The sink clogged. The sheets and comforter were very old and dingy. The tv got poor reception and only had a few channels. Although they do offer free HBO. No PPV or streaming though. Great location but there are much nicer places to stay. Sad. Again, I used to love this hotel. The free continental breakfast is a joke.

We enjoyed both of the bars on site in the course of our stay. Both wonderful with great staff and atmosphere. Our room did not have a TV remote and when we called down to report that, they said we should come to front desk to get one. No big deal but would have expected them to (apologetically) bring one to me. Also, our room was situated right above the lobby and the ambient music from the lobby piped right in through our vents - as if it was intended for our room.
We enjoyed both of the bars on site in the course of our stay. Both wonderful with great staff and atmosphere. Our room did not have a TV remote and when we called down to report that, they said we should come to front desk to get one. No big deal but would have expected them to (apologetically) bring one to me. Also, our room was situated right above the lobby and the ambient music from the lobby piped right in through our vents - as if it was intended for our room.
