Parking was hard valet parking was not the best we put it on the order for our car to be ready. I know it was early at 4 o’clock in the morning, but the valet did not get the order we ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for our car and almost made us late for our appointment so we were disappointed with the parking valet

Liked the "Free" Breakfast, 24h Gym, Pool Closes at 9pm & has A 12pm Check out! Just Few Small things tjat can make a Stay More Enjoyable in my Own Home Town.

Clean, quiet room. Great pool and walking distance to the aquarium.

We had to either pay valet parking of $45 or park in a garage or on the street - no validation. There was no microwave in the room. There was no luggage cart when we arrived and no one could find one. There was a problem with the cereal dispenser - it was stuck. The coffee cup lids were really hard to get on - I feared I was going to burn myself trying to get it on. The nice lady at the counter helped me out. The swimming pool was drained for cleaning so we had to wait for that. It wasn’t a bad stay - just a bunch of little things went wrong for one night. The beds were very comfortable!

The lobby was nice. The parking valet’s were nice. It was easy to park. Our room had two windows but the view was of the building’s next door. Our toilet took a long time to fill up. The shower gel in the shower was empty. The pool was extremely cold. I couldn’t go in it. They didn’t replenish to towels in the pool area. There were also some dead cockroaches in the pool area.

The pool was never accessible. Would have stayed somewhere else had i known i couldn't do laps

Expensive and inefficient vallet service

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggest local restaurants and events. Breakfast was oland room was very clean. Also we really enjoyed the fitness center

The valet was exceptionally slow! One day we waited 45 minutes for our car - for $42 a day it should have been better!!

The hotel was conveniently located to the inner harbor area and attractions such as the national aquarium. They advertise a pool and it looks nice in the pictures. In reality, it was really not clean. There were hairs floating around on the top of the water, there were no towels, and we even found a ROACH! The employees seemed like they were concerned when we mentioned it. The rooms are decently nice, but our bed was really squeaky and anytime we moved it would wake the other. For the price they are charging a night they should offer cleaner accommodations.

The best part of this stay was the staff! Very friendly from the desk attendant to the valet. I was grateful for their professionalism while I interacted with them. However, the cleanliness of the room was horrible, Trash was under my bed stains were dried on the sitting chair. My children and I were afraid to sit on the chair, because as soon as we did we started itching. The shower curtain was torn. My toilet was running water the whole entire stay, the sound was so annoying thru the night.My Sister had to go to the front desk to ask for a housekeeper, but the front desk staff said they might have left for the day. So she offered us bleach wipes. At the end of our stay my family and I were ready to go home.

The floor in our room see was very dirty, I realized it when I got in the shower and my feet were very, very dirty from walking, barefoot in the room

Had a very nice stay. Hotel staff were very helpful. Hot breakfast was great! Bathrooms could have been cleaner, especially the floor and ceilings.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. We found it to very convenient. The inner harbour was only a short walk away. Although I was a little disappointed. I understand not changing the beds daily. I would have thought the room would have been made up and garbage collected daily.

Hotel was in a good location but the cleanliness was sub par. Toilet was broken/running when we got there. Husband fixed it. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The stains on the chair and floors were gross. Wish I drove home instead.

There was hair in the tub and sink. While wiping up a small spill from the floor, the rag came up black from the floors not being at least mopped YUCK

The bed was rock hard and the pillows were not supportive.

It was a nice trip and the room was clean, big and comfortable. Air conditioning was working perfectly, showers were amazing. The TV was nice and big. We had a really good time we can’t wait to come back.

Awkward, noisy room but clean and spacious. Only had two towels for a two day stay for two people. It worked though. Breakfast was undesirable. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and have always had a great stay, this stay just lacked in overall comfortability.

Beds and staff were great and so was shower. Curtains were broken and did not open and air conditioner rattled all night.

The only thing negative thing I have to say is the room temperature. And the air conditioner. It was hot in our room.

No wifi as well as no service in the hotel.

The bed was facing a completely different wall than where the TV is. Had to lay sideways to see the TV.

From the minute we walked in the front desk workers were rude. Our check in was @3pm and we were told they had no rooms available. They took my phone number, we went to eat something, we returned after FIVE PM and our room was STILL NOT ready. We had to wait in the lobby and when the mean front desk clerk finally and unapologetically assigned us a room, the room smelled of mold and wet dog. After that long wait I had to go back to get our room changed. I’m the meantime, my husband went to have our car parked and realized he had the key to the wrong room. I was in the room finally showering after a very long day/drive and the front desk would not give him the correct key because my name was the only name on the reservation, despite the fact that share a last name. And they had watched myself, my husband and our 2 daughters sit and wait for our room for over an hour in their lobby and still made my poor husband wait- more. I will be contacting Expedia for some sort of restitution for this awful experience. The next morning we woke up only to realize we were never told what time breakfast was served nor what amenities were available or where. We got to breakfast at 9:15am and there was no food left. Oh and we had to call the front desk because our toilet was clogged so they had to send a maintenance worker to plunge it and there was dried toilet paper on the floor between the toilet and shower that they’d never cleaned up. This hotel needs to do better. Awful, awful stay!!!

We didn’t get the room we reserved. The clerk was rude.

Room was downgraded 1 hour before check in and had to ague with front desk to cooperate with Expedia in giving me my partial refund due to the price difference in room.

Staff is absolutely phenomenal! Especially the young women who checked us in!

Everyone was friendly. But, I reserved a king bed, when we got to room right at check in time, it was 2 queens. Desk attendant said they overbooked by 4 king rooms so she had to change ours. When I pressed the issue, she said she was busy and put me on the endless hold! Never occurred to her to tell us while we actually checked in? At 3 pm, all kings were already gone? Not likely. Not nice

The hotel was within walking distance of the Inner Habor, nearby restaurants, and points of interest. We walked to Phillips Seafood Restaurant, and to an Italian restaurant in Little Italy for dinner. The National Aquarium was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

At times when we were walking back to hotel. We didn’t feel safe .

I liked that it is within walking distance to Oriole Park and Inner Harbor.

It was clean, updated, quiet in the room. Only concern was surrounding area felt unsafe at night. Alot of activity and police presence. Otherwise good for a quick overnight stay

Our stay was perfectly adequate. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The area was on the edge of a rougher part of town, as evidenced by the fact that you need your key to get into the hotel after 6pm. I would suggest only venturing south of the hotel, not north during your stay. Breakfast was pleasant and the lobby was very airy.

The breakfast was not great. It was empty a lot of the time. The selection was poor. The woman running it seemed not to give a crap. She cleaned it up a few minutes early each day starting with the grab and go items which she could have left out until the end for people to grab as they left. This morning the hot items were completely empty.

No bathtub. Property a little run down. Doors so very heavy. Shower slippery. Room dark. Hard to access the little sunlight that you can get from the windows. Curtains too big and heavy. Breakfast dreadful one day. OK 2nd day.
