When we checked in we asked about room service and front desk guy said “We aren’t set up for room service yet” with no explanation. Subsequent Uber Eats order got held up in lobby as front desk person didn’t permit delivery man to come to our room. No one called us. Later found out phone in room not working. Discovered mold present on ceiling of shower. Next night went down to in hotel restaurant for takeaway to our room for dinner. Food was not great. Crab cake sandwich WAY too salty and cheeseburger bland and tasteless as were “loaded” fries. Lighting in bathroom way too dim for any kind of use. No light on one bedside table so I had to get out of bed to shut off floor lamp. One of our complimentary bottles of water had previously been opened. Cleaning people start at 930am and chat loudly to each other and slam doors repeatedly as they go back and forth from Cart to room. (Suggest someone stand in 527 and listen as someone slams doors on either side. The noise is horrible.) Toilet seat had no lid, just seat. Unsanitary. A/c was off when we entered room - it was 83 degrees outside! TV was awful - did you guys notice that the “guide” lists the wrong numbers for channels? garbage left in Potted plant in front.!Positives were hotel very attractive, great view of harbor and well situated for max harbor enjoyment, pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. The bed and pillows were the comfiest we’ve ever been in. The window seat was fun to have as well.

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and the aquarium. Helpful and nice staff. However, walls are thin and you can hear the bathrooms flushing from other rooms and when people walk by talking. Also, if you get a room facing the harbor it can be pretty loud if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, everything was good. Restaurant on the 2nd floor was also good. You have to pay for parking but there is a way to get in to the hotel from the parking deck which is nice. Would stay there again.
