Muito boa estada no The Bethesdan. Check in foi muito bom com quarto disponível antes do horário previsto. Café da manha de excelente qualidade e com pessoas muito amáveis no trato com os hospedes.

I didn’t see a breakfast buffet. We could hear the room next to us showering and it was loud. It was a good room for what we needed but I thought it was a bit over priced.

The room and location were great. The front desk was understaffed. There was only one person working at any time, and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for other guests when checking in and other service needs. Parking was easy.

Hotel staff were helpful with an early check in, and when I reported that there was a small bug on our bed they did give us another room, however I think management kind of dropped the ball in not following up with us on this matter . The second room was relatively clean, though there were some small holes in the bed linen and some areas in bathroom and room that seemed to be missed by vacuum and a good wipe down. Included Breakfast was very basic buffet. it was not till after we were eating on our second morning that anyone mentioned there were made to order options.
