It was a meager amount of discomfort but the affordability and the friendly staff was infectious. Plus free parking in that area close to Ihop being practically across the street was a plus for me. 😆

The room was dirty the bedding had blood on it the floor was dirty the toilet had cigarette burns on it the bathtub was dirty the room had some sort of water bugs the attendant at the front desk was not helpful he was not friendly at all there was no manager and he would not give me a number to reach a manager or a supervisor the only thing that was good was the pool my children had fun in the pool other than that I will never stay here again

We were given a room whose key card doorlock did not work. We were told whenever we needed to leave our room we could come to the front desk to get someone to let us back in using a traditional key to unlock the door. Quite inconvenient. The room itself was clean but the shower fixtures were falling off the wall. Mostly, this place was run down and in need of a major update.

Smelled of cigarette smoke, burns on the bath tub, mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain rod falling off, security lock inoperable, door jammed, spots and smudges on the mirrors, hair in the bathtub. No "continental breakfast", wifi did not work. It's a motel, not a hotel.

The interior of the room was clean but the exterior stairwell was dark (lights out) and smelled and looked like homeless people had been living there. The walkways and stairwells need to be pressure washed and deodorized. Plumbing in the rooms need attention as drains drained slowly.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I stayed here while road-trip. The staff couldn’t have been any more hospitable, lovely people. I had a large 1 bed room with all the amenities, fridge, microwave, iron, cofee maker etc. everything was clean. The house cleaning you can see the wonderful cheerful ladies everyday keeping the place clean and the laundry sheets, towels, were very clean. I love how close proximity everything was. Walk out the door you have Wawa and 711 across the street, chicfilet to the left of yr and poke bowls and frozen yogurt to the right. I ended up extending my stay bc it was so comfortable and private, clean and the closeness to the Maryland State Fair was Awesome! Whatever you need is pretty much in walking distance, coffee, Dunkin Donuts, target, Walmart.I felt very safe. Very friendly place. Beautiful property with a nice pool, lots of parking available. Check in was fast and easy. Overall great Ramada to stay short or long. I enjoyed my stay and the area. Thank you to the entire staff. Great people. I’ll be back.

This place was in pretty bad shape. The bathtub had cigarette burns(we didn't ask for smoking) the curtain had blood on it. The sheets were torn and the blanket had holes in it. the bathroom door was also broken and pieces were laying on the floor.

The staff was super nice. Very helpful. The room however was disgusting. Pretty much walked into an ashtray. The floor had visible dirt and debris from other tenants. Every piece of bedding was stained. Comforter had cigarette burns all over it. Bathroom leaked from above. Still had painters tape all around the ceiling. Water bugs in the shower. So many things wrong with the room. I didn’t shower or even stay the morning for breakfast. Again. Staff was awesome. Room condition was disrespectful.

While the room was a 'smoking' room, it shouldn't have smelled like a 20 year old unwashed ashtray. It was barely breathable, even by someone who is a life-time smoker. The quilts, sheets, pillow cases all had cigarette burn holes in them. It was so bad, even the bathtub had cigarette burns on the rim. The walls were filthy and had holes in them. Room Service only came to us on the last day of our 3 day stay to ask if we were checking out. They did not clean the room at all during our stay, not that it would have made much difference in the state of the room itself. This was one of the worst, filthiest stays I've ever had and I will not be booking with this hotel ever again.

Upon entering my room the smoke aroma is terrible. Then pulling back the sheets were visible stains, pubic hair. Roaches were present. The room needs serious renovations. I was so uncomfortable I left maybe 5 hrs after checkout. Never again.

Requested the only handicap accessible room at the hotel. Upon entering the room's bathroom, I found a DEAD RODENT floating in the toilet !!! Front desk clerk apologized and changed my room. Unfortunately the new new room was not handicap accessible and I was unable to take a shower during my stay as I was not able to safely use the shower. I will be contacting the Maryland Health Department and Maryland Consumer Protection Agency. Finding a DEAD RODENT (MOUSE) in the toilet in the hotel room is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE !!! Having to deal with a rodent infestation in the hotel is absolutely disgusting, unhygienic and revolting. I have stayed in hotels all over the United States and Europe and have never had to deal with such a disgusting scenario ever - until this stay! (See picture)

Extremely dirty Hotel electric outlets falling off the wall smoke detectors covered up in plastic because the previous occupants were smoking in the room black mode in the bathroom sheets dirty floor is dirty. Horrible experience! There was blood stains in my room everywhere! They have a no refund policy so I wasted my funds. I wouldn’t recommend to a dog!!

I had to play with the electronic door lock several minutes to get the door open. The bathroom ceiling was falling in and the tub was dirty. There were black fingerprints on one of the towels. Drinking cups were not wrapped and were stacked lip down on a dirty tray. I thought the name Ramada meant something, but it seems no longer.

The room was clean and the guy working the front desk was good. We had a couple of small issues and he came right out to fix them. Only real complaint. No cable tv just regular stations. Very basic very old.

Upon arrival, someone had shorts and underwear left on the dresser, I threw them away. The washcloths looked dingy so I went to the store and purchased a few to use. The HVAC system started smelling like it was burning in the middle of the night so at that point I left and stayed with a friend.

The room was clean and well cared for by the cleaning staff ( I can't praise them enough for their efforts). The cleaning staff are outstanding in their efforts. It was adequate for our needs and had the stated amenities, although I felt the need to buy batteries for the TV remote on night two of our three-night stay because despite informing the person at reception they were not replaced. The reception staffs were friendly and tried to be helpful. I saw the note he put in a book informing of the need for batteries in my room. The manager did refund the cost of the batteries, but I had to make all the effort in reporting, replacing the batteries, and getting the refund. The tap leaked and soaked the floor by the bathroom door which meant it was unpleasant to walk on with bare feet. One of the chairs had a wooden armrest that was broken and dangerous. It had tape wrapped around it and did not look nice.

The room a/c was off when I arrived late evening. It took until 3am to cool off. The next day they turned it off when they serviced the room, so the same thing happened when I arrived back late that evening. Terrible thing to do to a customer in the dead of summer.

The first room smelled awful. They moved me to a different room that also smelled bad but was tolerable because I was tired and didn’t have the energy to get a cancellation and move to a different hotel. The bed sagged and was uncomfortable, and the whole room was run down and old.

after a very slow, long wait for service at what appeared to be a Bank drive in window, about 2" thick someone finally came out of the residence area and signed me in which seemed to take much longer than usual. I was given very poor directions to my room, not clear, no map, no diagram

after a very slow, long wait for service at what appeared to be a Bank drive in window, about 2" thick someone finally came out of the residence area and signed me in which seemed to take much longer than usual. I was given very poor directions to my room, not clear, no map, no diagram

The room was clean and well cared for by the cleaning staff ( I can't praise them enough for their efforts). The cleaning staff are outstanding in their efforts. It was adequate for our needs and had the stated amenities, although I felt the need to buy batteries for the TV remote on night two of our three-night stay because despite informing the person at reception they were not replaced. The reception staffs were friendly and tried to be helpful. I saw the note he put in a book informing of the need for batteries in my room. The manager did refund the cost of the batteries, but I had to make all the effort in reporting, replacing the batteries, and getting the refund. The tap leaked and soaked the floor by the bathroom door which meant it was unpleasant to walk on with bare feet. One of the chairs had a wooden armrest that was broken and dangerous. It had tape wrapped around it and did not look nice.

I had a terrible experience at this motel. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. The room was in a deplorable state with bugs, stains, and an overall lack of cleanliness. Outside, there was a concerning level of criminal activity and a constant presence of random people loitering around. To make matters worse, there were individuals openly smoking marijuana in the vicinity. I would strongly advise against staying here. It was a distressing and uncomfortable experience from start to finish.

Overall the property and stay were great. Good value for what you get. Very clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was advertised as “executive” continental but was just a couple of cold options and no proteins but we aren’t big breakfast people so we didn’t mind. Conveniently located close to expressways and nearby attractions. Parking a little small but almost always had a spot near our room. Traffic can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. Gas station and convenience stores directly across the street for an easy walk to late night snacks. Only 20 minutes away from a nice state park and beach on the bay. Many nice restaurants nearby as well. 30 min drive from airport car rental facility so it was convenient but out of the main city traffic. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The room was nice and spacious and the jacuzzi tub was the cherry on top! It’s also super close to everything! You can literally walk from your room to the chic fil a! There’s plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

This Ramada is right on York road so a little noisely from traffic but it was clean and comfortable with a frig and microwave included.

The room was dirty. Smoke detector was gone. Hair dryer looked like it was burned up and did not work. Toilet was very low old and dirty. Bathroom door broken. Fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. Breakfast was in room 111. Heating and air had two setting off or high heat. Just hope we did not bring anything home that we could not get rid of. Take our advice RUN. Never again.

If it wasn’t pouring rain and late in the evening after a long hard work day, I’d have requested a refund and left. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets, torn sheets, mold spots on the ceilings, AC/heater smelled so bad I turned it off, carpet felt damp, breakfast not available -sign said health department shut down- no surprise. People lingering in the stairwells, cat calls as you walk across the dark parking lot from the hotel office to the separate building where your room is. I didn’t even bring my luggage or winter coat into the room because I didn’t want it to pick up the foul odor of the room. In the morning I told the manager about my room. He said next time I come he’d give me one of the good rooms. Shouldn’t ALL of the rooms be good rooms??

The hotel was very dirty and had a lot things wrong with it. There was leaks, broken things, water in the bottom of the tub, there was no internet, and no breakfast. This place was horrible. I am now sick from being in this horrible place

I reserved a non-smokers, bedroom 2 days prior to my arrival. When I arrived, I was not given the same room, all were sold out for $$even reserved spaces; I was given a smokers room and NO key. I had to ask the staff to unlock the door for me with their master anytime I left my room; one of these times, the housekeeper had the key, and I had to wait for them to locate him to unlock my door. The room smelt awful, the bathrooms are filthy, the towels and bedding are stained and the beds reek, nonetheless the entire room. I asked for a clean bed set the day I arrived at 6-7pm, the woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She claimed I would have to wait for the morning for new sets and towels because the housekeeper was gone for the day. When I gave this woman pushback, she immediately started recommending I cancel the room and get a refund. I took a bus 8 hours from home and would then be stranded trying to find a hotel that fits in my pay range. When I told her this, she continued to show zero sympathy or accountability for selling my room after I had already reserved it and did not even try to look for clean bedding or towels. The bed's mattress topper had a cigarette burn straight through to the mattress. The bedding, pillows and their cases had individual stains. Once I did get "clean" bedding and towels (late around 3pm the next day; I asked first thing in the morning), I located a disgusting amount of another humans body hair all over the towel. there is more....

I have no doubt that the chambermaids work hard. I left a tip as I always do to say thank you. That’s not the issue. The issue is at the property is just in a horrible state of this repair. But the rate reflects that so what can you say?
