To start they offered $5.00 a room/per night upgrade to be on bottom floor; while there is only one level. Straight up cheating and liars. Secondly the rooms are horrible and dirty. Doesn’t seem they have ever cleaned anything. Had to reprogram door key every day and it seemed as if it was a major hassle for the front desk person to get off the couch in the lounge area and help me each day. God forbid I get into my room. I wouldn’t wish this place onto my worst enemy.

No breakfast. Comfy enough bed and the towels were super soft. The desks, furniture, and tv and everything all looked well kept but the bathroom had taken a few beatings just in construction and then a couple more in usage. Good location for shopping or hopping on the highway. It was quiet outside and there was no problem with parking. I am surprised at how cheap it was so any complaints I may have are totally offset. I would recommend this and stay here again if I needed a cheap hotel.

At arrival the employe was outside smoking. He asked “are you checking in” when I walked up to the door. I was given a room number and pointed to the area. I couldn’t find the room because there was NO lighting. When I opened the door it smelled like mold and or some type of body fluid that was trying to be covered up. The carpet was dirty, there was a film over the dresser. The bathroom floor had actual mud/dirt chunks on it. There was visible mold in/on the bathroom walls and floor. The sheets had small holes and “crusty” yellow white spots on them. The TV only had 2 channels that worked. When I went to tell the employee that I was leaving due to the room being dirty he didn’t seem to care. He took back the keys, and when I asked for a refund he told me (and pointed to a sign) and said “no refunds after 30mins”. I told him I’d be following up and he didn’t care. To note: there was a lot of “foot traffic” around the hotel. A few unhomed people near by.
