Clean, spacious rooms with nice bedding. Minimal noise at any time which made for a pleasant experience. Wifi is slow and I wouldn't stay here because of the breakfast. That being said, I would stay here again.

Nice fresh property conveniently located around shopping and restaurants. Short drive to downtown Frederick. Room was very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Free breakfast was ample. Nice touches like 24/7 lobby coffee and warm cookies late day. Fitness room had no weights, just cardio equipment. Will definitely stay here on future trips to the area.

The location and interior of this hotel is exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful, and when I had a problem with my room.key it was solved in.a few.minutes (battery was dead) The exterior is always dirty, mostly.because.of the location near the highway: blowing trash, etc.

Overall a great place. My only issue is that there is a small outdoor shaded sitting area which would be very nice to have drinks. However, there are several 100's of cigarette butts covering the ground. There are receptacles, but they overflow.

Classier design/decor, muted earthy color tones, friendly service, comfy beds, nice rooms and good breakfast. Cons are the fitness room is severely lacking (no dumbell weights, no towels, no hand sanitizer/wipes, tiny space and no working AC during summertime). Also, breakfast doesn’t have enough plant-based/vegan/veggie options. I may find another hotel due to this reason alone. Otherwise, everything else is decent.

If you want a cheap room this is the place. Our room was filthy: the rug had many I mean many stains I didn’t even take my shoes off. The bed skirt had stains and the tiolet seat was not attached and could not flush. I didn’t bother changing rooms. It was just for one night. Would not recommend.

We have stayed at this local several times, we have always had a room on the 2nd floor. This time we had a room on the 1st floor and what a difference. The room was a lot smaller, the bed was very uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty. I had the “Do not disturb” sign on the door and housekeeper still knocked on the door, the location of this hotel is great we absolutely loved staying here but after this trip I’m not sure we will be back as I didn’t get any sleep the 2 nights I was there as the bed was absolutely horrible. Sad thing is the feet of the bed was more comfortable then the head of the bed. Bathroom trim was filthy.

The room was not clean. The carpet had stains, the room smelled musty and like cigarettes. There was a long black hair on my bed, and the sheets were not fresh. The curtains were broken in 2 places. There was a filthy chair in the room.

Our first room has a pair of dirty (pee stained) mens underwear under the mattress. Our second room the toilet would not flush, it had a funny smell as well. Not a very clean hotel at all. Would not recommend.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold ALLLLLL over the ceiling. I have a picture of it as well because I was FLOORED at how bad it was. Very unclean. You could tell they did not clean well at all.

First the positives- beds are comfortable and there is a decent free breakfast. But it is a very dated hotel and the carpet in our room was wet in one area and stained and the room smells. You definitely get what you pay for. It was ok for one night. I couldn't do it for another.

Not a fan of this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival. It was apparent that they did not clean the room (lipstick on sheets, hair on sheets, dried urine on the toilet seat, etc.) We noticed the staff did not vacuum before we got there (debris all over carpet). I would not recommend this hotel or use them for future stays in Frederick.

Hotel is very clean we have stayed before and came back again as this location is great staff is friendly. Only thing is Wifi was very spotty hard to use without going offline for a minute or 2 which isn’t good when you’re a streamer.

Room was ‘ok’. Climate control didn’t work really well. You had to bake or freeze. The breakfast wasn’t that good. McDonald’s was better. That should tell you something. Next trip there I’ll be looking at other options

The hotel was extremely loud and noisy starting around 1:15am. This continued off and on all night even though the front desk was notified. When checking out, the issue was brought up again and the front desk never even apologized.

The room setup was odd (tv not centered to bed) and only had one nightstand. This made it very hard for my husband and his cpap. The AC/heat control was terrible- either no airflow, freezing wind or heat all in a very small box of a room. On top of all that the bed was a sink hole. Our backs were in so much pain the next morning.

We had a great deal of confusion at check-in. We had reserved 2 rooms each with 2 queens; one for one night, the other for two. Went to room 1– one bed. Down to lobby to correct. Got key for another room— already occupied! Finally got key for the proper room . In am confusion about who had checked out. They checked out the room booked for two nights. The primary person at the desk was hopeless. Another person each time got involved and fixed things. On the positive side the rooms very very nice, well furnished, very clean. The bathroom was very nice, modern, roomy. The bed and bedding were fabulous. Best night’s sleep in a hotel ever!

The hotel was excellent - rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent from the lady at the front desk to the staff taking care of breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The only negative is that I had arrived quite late due to flight delays. When I finally arrived around 1 AM the main door was locked, and the doorbell was not working. I called the front desk repeatedly, could hear it ringing on the other side of the door, but no one answered. Waited about 10-15 mins before an employee crossed the lobby and heard me knocking on the door.

Good location, close to the road, with lots of food options around. We like the Brew House for easy dining and good value. Sheetz is next door for early coffee and fuel when you need to leave before the complimentary breakfast opens at 6am.

Great location- many walkable shopping and dining options. Room was very clean and well equipped, hvac worked well, beds were super comfortable, staff was helpful and courteous. No complaints about anything. Will definitely stay there again when next in the area.

Front desk staff were welcoming & friendly. Many dining options nearby. Convenient location. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical-waffles eggs sausage potatoes pastrues yogurt etc Coffee available throughout the stay. Beds wete comfortable with ample pillows and extra blankets. Overall a nice stay.

Clean, spacious rooms with nice bedding. Minimal noise at any time which made for a pleasant experience. Wifi is slow and I wouldn't stay here because of the breakfast. That being said, I would stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, breakfast bar was substantive and different each morning, staff was friendly. Property was a bit dated, but for the price and the distance from our event venue it was worth it.

Room was ‘ok’. Climate control didn’t work really well. You had to bake or freeze. The breakfast wasn’t that good. McDonald’s was better. That should tell you something. Next trip there I’ll be looking at other options

The room was a bare bones room. No amenities such as soap and shampoo dispenser in shower and breakfast was a disaster. Very little choice for hot food and what was there tasted like library paste. They ran out of waffle batter around 8:10 and didn't replace it until almost 9:00, which was the time breakfast ended. We had a reservation for our return trip to Buffalo but cancelled it and are staying at a different hotel.

Don't let the Radisson name fool you, this place is pretty tired and worn. Check in was fine, keycard worked, etc. Breakfast day one someone let both decanters of caffeinated coffee run dry somehow. Both = all. No breakfast area help in site. Not great.

My wife and I we're liking our stay in this hotel but not until the very last day. It comes with free breakfast. We're told it's from 7am-10am, and didn't know it's 7a-9am on weekdays. So, on our last day today (Sep 22), we went to have breakfast at just about 9am. So, this lone staff started packing all the food abruptly since it's 9am as if where not there. I told the staff that we didn't know it closes at 9am. Didn't even bother to ask us to get some food before she took it away. Anyways, the poor us still managed to grab a bagel, 3 slices of bread, and an apple. An elderly lady came later and was surprised that all the food where gone. Of course, she was completely ignored by the same insensitive staff. The lady said she won't come back to this hotel ever again. The same goes for my and wife.

All was good, only issue was the front desk lady, she did not speak clear or speak up, it was like talking to your 15 year old kid who still mumbles. I had to keep having her repeat herself, about basic things, but I really couldn’t follow or understand her. The kick was she never spoke a bit louder or more clear, she kept repeating herself in the same monotone, low volume mumbles lol…..but everything else was good!

The location is perfect...close to I-70 and 270. There are many retail options close by. I was traveling with my dog. Plenty of green space for walking, and I felt very safe, even at night. The property has a small patio area for enjoying the outdoors, but it could use sprucing up. The breakfast was very good with many options. Rooms are small but adequate for a night. Coffee and tea with baked cookies available 24/7. I would stay here again.
