The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, especially the gentleman handling the breakfast. Unfortunately, I did not receive wake up calls in a timely manner. The first was 15 minute late and I do not know if I got a call the 2nd morning as it may have occurred after I left for breakfast. If it did, it was again at least 15 minutes late. Parking was horrendus. Still not sure where people are expected to park as lot behind was super small and then less than 10 spots along the driveway. My GPS led me to the entryway for the Department of Transportation, versus one of the entrances to the shopping center which the hotel entrance itself is at the end of a line of stores.

Staff was great and facility is always pretty clean! However I did notice a few issues with my specific room Bathroom: Sink (Drained very slow) Tub/Shower: When shower was turned on, there was water bursting out of main faucet from the wall. Staff reported it was ok to still use Curtains: There was a giant tear on the right side curtain, and the curtain bar was not attached to it Other than those items, everything else was great and clean

When I arrived, the check in clerk was too busy having a call on her cellphone with a friend. She served me without saying a word or acknowledging me, and even took a hotel call too, whilst on her personal call. The following days of the stay saw no room servicing and often the desk was unmanned. Terrible customer service. Certainly gone downhill since I used to stay here a couple of years ago... shame, as I had just come from 2 other Hampton Inn residences and they were so much better. Breakfast was the usual Hotel fare but good enough you didnt need to walk to the nearby restaurants (which are close).

the room smelled like cigarettes and mold; there were bugs in the room when we arrived; there was mold on the pillows, walls, lamps, and chair; there was blood on the pillow; and i woke up to bugs on my pillow two nights in a row. i left with very itchy bug bites on my hand and elbow that have gotten worse. chatted with the front desk about this who told me to call to talk to the manager, then was on hold with the manager for 20+ minutes and couldn’t wait any longer
