Very clean room dirty pool staff was great

We paid for 2 queen beds and we got 2 full size beds. Our bathroom room pocket door did not close. Pool was clean and very nice, but closed at 8.

Very dated. Dirty carpet. Thin linens. But room was clean. Staff nice. Ample parking.

Love the stay but hate pool is advertised but not open and ready for usage. Was told waiting for inspection.

Room was clean and AC worked but shower door was broken and water leaked on the floor. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Entrance was covered with a tarp. Lobby furniture and carpet looked worn and dirty. Just overall looks like it needs a remodel/upgrade.

There was nothing particularly special about the property but I would like to point out a few things. First, I was using a knee walker due to recent surgery. The “ramp” in front of the main entrance is much too steep for someone in my situation or most likely a wheelchair as well. Secondly, on one day a pickup truck occupied the space under the overhang for a long period of time, likely due to rainy conditions. We dined out and came back and that truck was still there, blocking others from the area. Maybe it moved and came back??? But if it was a staff member, that space should have remained open for guests.

Great stay but would have liked to know the pool doesn’t open until after Memorial Day

Liked: room ( quiet ) and bed very comfortable. Disliked bldg. side exit area ( ground eroded ) unsafe to walk night time and same area used for outside smoking , needs periodic pickup and would Not want room near this area or door exit.

Staff was good for the most parts a little slow in the morning for breakfast. General restroom was out of toilet paper in both stalls. Other than that it was a good stay.

For $200, we paid for summer time rates for a non-$200 room. I should have shopped around to get a better deal. The bed was fine. The room was fine. The shower floor was very slippery with a laughably few friction strips. Bring shower shoes or expect to slip and possibly fall. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry whatever you have up flights of steps if you have a second floor room. It is right off of 50, which is good and bad. It's convenient, though, you have to drive around a bit to find the 50 east on ramp. It's not a very aesthetic place, but, besides the shower and no elevator, a functional place. Not worth more than maybe $125, though.

The room was updated and clean but the shower was old and moldy. The hall ways were filthy with stained carpets and beat up room doors. The brown color is terrible but to be that dirty was unacceptable. The cleaning staff weren’t in any type of identifying uniform and the laundry room door was open at all times which as a paying guest you don’t need to see. For the ridiculous cost of the room, the hotel should be in much better condition. Very unsatisfied and probably will not stay there again.

Checked in and immediately walking into my room saw a giant cockroach crawling up the wall. Disgusting

I can deal with no frills, but this was a little rough. After walking down the filthy carpet in the hallway, we entered our room. We found milk that had been left in the mini fridge, the window unlocked and ajar, the bathroom sink cracked, and prayed not to see any little friends if you know what I mean. One night was enough…

Room very clean, but traffic noise all night. I would try to stay on back side of hotel next time. Check in fine, breakfast just ok.

Everything was clean despite a weird odor in the hallway of the first floor. The staff was nice and the pool was good. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was good and had a good variety.

Room was clean, some updates. Bed was a little soft. Could not use wifi because it isn't secure. My internet wouldn't work due to this so that was a major inconvenience. For that reason alone i won't be staying there again. The breakfast was minimal with eggs that looked like a rubbery puck and the sausage was gray so i didnt eat there. Soda machine was out of diet coke all 5 days i stayed there. Not a big deal but still another disappointment.

The Quality Inn was clean and friendly staff. Room comfortable and clean. WiFi was horrible!!!! You could either get connected or not. If connected it would suddenly slow to a crawl and many websites would not load or “timed” out. Fix the WiFi, please

Beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Even though you are by the highway you did not hear the traffic. Room was large and decorated nicely. Bathroom need updating. Crack in sink, bathroom door needs replacing, shower is like a capsule

The room has the sink outside the toilet/shower, so privacy may be an issue if you aren’t related. The sliding door to the toilet didn’t close/open easily making privacy a concern as well. We chose the hotel because it was 12 miles from St. Michael’s. NOT! Maybe as the crow flies. It at least double that. Staff were pleasant.

This is a NICE place. There were some unpleasant reviews but I had a lovely experience except for one thing. The breakfast included protein (sausage patty and eggs), in spite of what someone wrote. The people were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The rooms were NOT carpeted which makes me so happy. The ONLY negative was the wifi. I had to go to my car every time I needed to use the internet with speed and Zoom was certainly not happening in my room. That was a disappointment. Other than the connectivity issue I would certainly stay again.

I am local to the area and this was a last minute overnight stay. I needed to cross the Bay Bridge the next morning, before commuters, so I selected this hotel putting me closer. It was 11 pm when I arrived, and the hotel clerk was so friendly and helpful. He knew I made the reservation 30 minutes earlier and had a room ready for me. The room was spacious and very clean! The bed was comfortable, too. I had two disappointments. The first was not being able to charge my phone! There are no USB ports in the room. I was actually shocked and desperately needed to charge my phone. Had I had the charger with the outlet plug... (kicking myself for not grabbing it). I was able to charge my phone, some, from my notebook. The other is breakfast, partly because I was unusually hungry given, I'd not eaten since the previous afternoon. The breakfast was full of carbs with a limited choice, from what I could assess. Knowing the area, outside of the next door Denny's (which I'm not sure is still open) there is nothing immediately close. I crossed the Bay Bridge and went to ChickFil-A, eating 30 minutes later. I choose hotels with breakfast included because I'm paying for my stay and it cuts costs of having to go out and purchase a breakfast, which rarely seems to be under $10 anymore. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again, it was a positive experience, but I would be prepared for breakfast and charging device my phone and jetpack.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. It is near a busy road, so if you’re a very lite sleeper you may want to bring sleep medicine, noise machine or sleep ear plugs. We would stay again.

We booked a one night stay Saturday to Sunday and a situation arose that changed our plans to a Mon. to Tues. stay. I called and asked if they could please change our reservation to Monday and we would gladly pay the higher Sat rate to do so. The "Manager" stated she would not do so and the "General Manager" would agree with her. We stay here quite often and will not be back in the future.

Bad service Racista people

This was a last minute stay at the Quality Inn in Grasonville, MD. The staff was friendly, and the service in the AM was excellent.

I booked a room for my children: (2) 18 year olds and (1) 16 year and myself for an event. Unfortunately at the last minute due to vehicle problems, I was unable to meet my children when they checked in. The office staff would not let them check in without someone over 21 years old which is understandable so I called a friend of ours who was staying at an RV camp to go assist them checking in. The office staff would still NOT check them in unless the person stayed with them in the room and even threatened to call the police! It was 9:30 at night and I was 3 hours away from them. The staff was VERY unprofessional on the phone and accused my children of stopping other guests to check them in when they were actually friends of ours at the same event. Our friends had to check into the hotel room while our kids stayed at their RV. I feel the staff was unreasonable and would not work with us under any circumstance. We will not stay at a Quality Inn again or recommend it!

We were very happy to see that there was handicap parking available. Was very happy to see that it was not taken by people who did not have on display a placard. This is really important for those who need the space. I was happy also to know that the place was clean. it's very important to be in a clean environment. The location is good it's not too far from many a things that I needed. The area was quiet in the night and also surprisingly in the morning as well. We had absolutely wonderful customer service from one of the managers Pianca. She made certain that our room needs were met. We had a discomfort in the room due to an illness and when we informed Pianca she didn't make it out to be an issue and was gladly able she assist in making things better for us. Without making us feel weird about what took place. It's great to know that customer service at this hotel is truly authentic. The breakfast bar was kept nice and clean coffee was readily available all through the day and I'm a coffee drinker. However this particular brand was not my favorite but when in Rome you do as a Romans do correct? Lol The hotel from what I've seen is kept clean. I'll return.

Close to Route 50 or 301 on the way to Bsy Bridge

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room and the bed and sheets were comfy!!! Slept well! Of you are running the Bay Bridge race, this is a convenient location- 7 minute drive.

Breakfast was mostly cereal and "make yourself" waffles. nothing to complain about for a one night stay. the area is off a main highway with not much around (which is NOT against the hotel)

The property is sorely in need of an upgrade. The rooms have no full-length mirror nor hooks in the bathroom. The showers are old and showing wear. There is no hot food for breakfast other than the ubiquitous waffle maker and microwaveable prepackaged pastries. Won’t stay here again.

Construction workers flooded the breakfast. Kitchen person could not keep up. Eggs and meat patties all gone. No table to eat. Loud. Not a good reflection on any hotel. I will stay at location again. One time probably I am sure.

Needed a place to stay after a busy day traveling and while we got there late they quickly checked us in and we slept soundly until breakfast time. Menu was limited but food was fresh and hot.
