They had Roku could not any live sport unless i pay for it not fair the last time i stay here didn't had this problem not happy with that. The front desk could not help me with the tv problem i hope they fix this issue before the next customer come in for that room

Internet was out so he didn't know how to check us in. No TV since the Internet was out. The only ice machine on the property didn't work. To be fair, the freezer portion of the in-room fridge had ice. It was so frosted over that only about half the space was left. The breakfast was basically cereal and toast. After I plugged in the toaster. Other than that, it was great!

This hotel has three floors and no elevator. Travel lightly.

Check in wasn’t until exactly 3, sounded like they were kicking extended stay guests out their room. Exposed my 12 year old daughter to ensuing arguments. Room is filthy! Only provided 1 towel for two guests. 1 ice machine in lobby. Trash everywhere in hallways! 2nd negative experience with Super 8 by Wyndham. Stay clear!

Front Desk staff was friendly & helpful. The room was generally clean, but tub/shower left room for improvement. Beds were comfortable. TV/technology within the hotel needs updating. Overall good value for the cost.

We've stayed here several times. If you book online it's much cheaper. The first night I just paid here on the property and I was quoted one price and they charged my CC $20 more, so always check before you sign. It was late I was tired and didn't. From that night on I booked online. This may sound strange but your experience will be determined by who is working that day and which floor you stay on. The white American lady who works here is wonderful she will work with you and she cleans the 1st floor so the 1st floor rooms are clean. The second floor is done by an older man the rooms on the second floor are not nearly as clean, and our 6tub had a big crack in it that cut my foot. The hotel is dated and is in need of updating and repair. Our coffee machine didn't work in one room and our refrigerator didn't work in another room. The bedding has cigarette burns. The middle aged man that works the desk is unfriendly and not willing to work with us. Were staying here and get paid the next day between 12-1. The American lady works with us as long as we keep her updated. The middle aged man starts calling constantly to see what's going on even though we have explained the situation several times and everyone else knows, and don't call every 15 mins. One good thing this hotel don't bardge in on you saying they have to inspect your room- unlike many motels do in this area. You do have privacy here. Also there is a working safe in the room!

Lots of people smoking pot in the hallways and parking lot. Bathroom toilet wasn’t clean. Exterior rear building door not secure. Questionable area and inconvenient out of the way from interstate.

The hotel is more like an inn. It could have been cleaned better and I wish the internet connection was smoother

I couldn’t operate the TV and needed assistance from the night staff. The in room phone did not work on my end, but did on theirs.

For $60 it was fine- however the safety was an issue. Unfortunately we could not find another hotel to stay in on such short notice. The main concern was safety of the back door to the property, it did not close properly so anyone could walk in there. It should be key card entrance only but it was broken. There were multiple abandoned cars in the parking lot- just overall a very unsafe vibe. Room amenities were what to be expected from a 2 star however the comforter and sheets had holes in them and had old stains. The whole common areas of the property smelled of pot and cigarettes. Breakfast had only coffee, juices bagel or loaf with no refrigerated items.

The lobby, the corridors, and the bedroom smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The beds had a lot of stains, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, the carpets were disgusting.

The room was dusty, dirty & had flies.

The room was dirty, the towels were threadbare, bedding had actual holes in it. The elastic in the bottom sheets was worn and consequently it wouldn’t stay on, so I ended up sleeping on an old mattress with not even a mattress pad. And the very worst part, we had to kill a ROACH on the wall! The back door was broken and anyone could come in. The rug by the back door was not vacuumed even once in five days. The only saving grace was how pleasant the manager and employees were. I thought because it was a Wyndom property it would at least be okay. It was a dump.

We booked 2 rooms and we had to switch because my room had a spider crawling in the corner and my sister's room bed bugs were in th here she says soon as they sat on the bed the bugs jumped on them. Kumar was very nice and switched our rooms out but all rooms should be cared for and clean.

I was disgusted in the up keep of the rooms. I loved rooms twice. The first room smelled like mold and the tub was stained with rust and gray colored marks. The second room the sheets both had cigarette burns and were ripped . I asked for new sheets and the manager said they did not have any other ones to give me. While I was switching rooms house keeping was cleaning one a were throwing the sheets on the floor in the hallway while they cleaned I was staying with my two children so I ended up buying sheets and putting them on the bed.

Hotel is in need of repair and upgrade. Seems like everything is old and in disrepair. Bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Cracks in walls, holes in drywall, black stains in tub and on draperies.

It was ok until I saw roaches, the towels had stains all over them. The shower head sprayed water all over and wet everything

Reception: It was clean, but the person in charge seemed to smoke. The office and all the hallways up to the third floor, where my room was, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Room: Beds: The sheets showed signs of cigarette burns. They had holes from the burns. I couldn't tell if they were clean or not. Bathroom: The shower wall was white and had a black crust on it. It looks like it's never been brushed or cleaned. The bathroom walls look like someone with a dirty arm leaned against it, leaving an arm print. Sink was dirty with hair. Stained towels. Dirty walls. Not recommended. Avoid this place.

The AC unit was moldy and ancient. It made the whole room smell awful. Right when I walked in the room I got hit in the face with the smell of mildew. There’s crumbs on the carpet and hairs in the shower. Given this, I was unable to sleep because the mildew smell was so strong I had to open the window and there’s a busy street outside that’s very loud when the window is open.

The safe didn't work, the wind was open.... I don't know if it was stuck or no but any way, the bed was hard as a rock, and pillows were lumpy

Good breakfast but no waffle or pancakes, bed was very comfortable but there there was no lock on the bathroom door, carpet instead of laminate flooring, was dusty in the room and the location is not the best with few conviniences nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful, answered questions well. The room overall was clean and fairly nice. Floors were clean, trash cans empty, bathroom clean, furniture and walls were not beat up, however, sheets were stained and missing a pillow. The room was better than expected for price paid but would trade one of the pluses for cleaner sheets and another pillow.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient (ends at 9 am even on weekends) = toast, cereal, fruit and juice. Free coffee always available at front area. Smoke detector in our room was missing.

It's what you would expect of a highway hotel at $70 a night. It's pretty threadbare and depressing. I shared my room with a stinkbug--I slept in one bed, he slept in the other. We didn't get in each other's way. Because the hotel's on the highway, it's not really within walking distance of downtown Havre de Grace. However, there is a very nice Weis Market within easy walking distance.

The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. But the room was very smelly and the carpet was very old and stinky.

For the price with breakfast included this was an amazing deal. The staff was BEYOND courteous, and the rooms were clean and comfortable although a bit dated. Breakfast was a delicious and plentiful offering of bagels and juices and breads. The only thing that could improve would be replacing broken fixtures (206 lamp is broken) and perhaps forbidding smoking (it seeps into the non-smoking rooms). Overall - would recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms are nice and big

Kumar, the manager allowed me and my family to be on adjacent rooms even though we booked seperately. That made a huge difference with our stay. Plus the hotel is near everything. Thank you!

Rude check in

Upon arriving , no one at desk, There was a phone with a cardboard sign said to use phone to call staff.. I call three different times holding on for the phone to ring 10 times , Still no staff came to office . After waiting 19 minutes , I started looking around the hallways for a staff , I found one on second floor who was the desk clerk and she came down to register myself and my adult son for two seperate rooms, I was told that my room was on lower level but because they were full my son was put in a room on third floor even though we had made reservation and paid for the rooms weeks ago. The next morning I found small black ants in my room where the coffee pot was and my son had small black bugs we had never seen before as well as his refrigerator would not work. He reported this to desk clerk and they gave him another room, on the lower level that had no bugs but the furniture was in bad shape and smelled musty like it had not been used for a while, They also was to come and to check ants. We stayed our three days as registered but no housekeeping member never came into our room to clean, remove trash or bring new towels.. Since this hotel is located in my hometown, my family and I have stayed here several times a year for over 20 plus years while visiting with family. We have never had any issues of any kind her before. I do not know if it is under new management , but with the many problems this visit , sad to say but it will be our last stay here.

It was decent for the price that we paid. The hallways kind of smelled, but our room was fine. Our refrigerator didn't work, but when I called the front desk they came and looked right away and then traded it for a new one. We requested a late check out and was told we could check out at 1, but it didn't seem to get communicated. We came back to our room and were locked out. There was no one at the front desk and we had to find housekeeping to let us back on. So we were rushed getting out as that took about 10-15 minutes of our time we needed and then housekeeping was knocking on our door right at 1:00.

The location of the property is not the best. The property meets the needs of a clean place to stay.

There was coffee and tea 24/7 which was good. Continental breakfast was good too. The bed was comfortable, however, the beddings had stains (pillow case and bed cover.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, the AC was working amazing. Nice size refrigerator, and good channels on TV. The free breakfast was great too, they had raisin bread, which I toasted each day, my favorite.We will definitely stay here again on out next trip to MD.

It was ok for a quick overnight stay. Front desk person wasn’t very kind. She wouldn’t give the person in front of me extra sets of wash clothes and towels for the amount of people in the room. The continental breakfast left much to be desired.
