For context, I needed a hotel close to the airport with a fridge and microwave. The only positive of my trip was that the hotel was close to the airport and the highways. The staff, about four of them, with whom I interacted, treated my typical traveler requests or questions as a hassle. I was given a new room when the first one was dirty and had bugs on the windowsill. The bed was a full, not a queen, and not comfortable. The kitchenette was woefully understocked. I had place settings for two and ONE small saucepot, no cooking utensils, nothing. Asked for a change of sheets and towels on day three, and was told they would be done after a week. I was told I could request it, but by that point, int I didn't want a possible continuation of curt, rude behavior or interactions.
